How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Game freeze during quick draft events
Quick draft Eclipsed game. Game froze on opponents action they timed out, game still frozen. Request refund

Game not rewarding packs and tokens it promises
The game says you get 3 packs + gems for winning 1 game, then 3 packs plus gems for game 2-7 but no matter how much you win it only rewards you the last milestone. Please can i get a refund or be awarded the missing packs/Gems?

Pick 2 Draft TMNT only let me play 2 of 3 games
After completing my second game in the Pick 2 Draft for TMNT, it didn't let me play the 3rd game. Only option was to pay and start a new draft! I did get a reward, but it could have been a better reward if I won my 3rd game.

Can't claim draft prize - draft locked
I finished a pick-two draft 4-1, but instead of "claim" button i have "home" button. I didn t get my prize for 4 wins, instead got returned to main menu. I restarted the app. Then my win count reset to 0 from 4, and i still have to "home" button in place of "claim" button and get claim my prize or start a new draft

Premier Draft bug
During Premier draft the system bugged out moving me back to the draft welcome screen and refusing to load until I rebooted the client. This resulted in a match loss as I passed through my turn. There is an instability in the code resulting in involuntary ejection from an ongoing match.

Powered Cube Prizing Inaccurate
The prizing for Powered Cube Traditional Draft is issuing a different number of packs than indicated on the event information inside Arena. Hovering over the prizing for 3 wins, it states "Reward: 2,500 gems & 3 Cube Prize Packs & 2 Packs". However, the actual prizing issued for 3 wins was 2,500 gems, TWO Cube Prize Packs, and THREE Packs. This means everyone going 3-0 had been issued a regular pack instead of a Cube Prize Pack as shown on the event page within Arena.

The game froze and shut down during draft
While playing on PC during my first game after a draft, the game froze on turn two. It crashed a few seconds later, and I had to switch to Arena on mobile because the PC version wouldn't relaunch. It cost me the match.

Kicked out of a Game in progress
Last Night during TNT premier Draft, i was literally kicked out of a game i was winning ( i was more than 20 points ahead and my opponent had 2 points). Unfortunately, I don’t have any screenshots because it all happened very quickly. I was leading 4-2, but this JOKE was counted as a defeat.

Bug: Matchmaking error – Accidental match cancellation counted as loss
"I was entering a 2-player draft and finished my deck, but I accidentally started a match. I cancelled it immediately and it sent me back to the home screen, but the game still counted it as a loss."

Waiting for Server Response” Causing Lost Draft Picks
Hello,
I am contacting you again because I keep experiencing the same issue and I still have not received any response to my previous report.
During my draft, I was disconnected and stuck on the “Waiting for Server Response” screen for several minutes. Because of this issue, I lost at least 8 draft picks and the draft became impossible to continue correctly.
This has been happening repeatedly lately, and I have video recordings showing the problem every time it occurs. I create Magic content, so I have clear evidence of these disconnects and server issues.
I find this situation unacceptable,…

Midweek Magic Achievement Stuck
The Midweek Magic Achievement is stuck at 48/52.
Last week I checked between games and it was not moving up. I thought maybe once the event is over all 3 will be counted at once but no.
This week, I've checked prior to the games, did my 3 Standard Pauper wins and it's still stuck at 48/52.

Draft starting witha loss/App crash leading to not being able to play out turn
Two separate bugs, both in the same week. I’m on iPhone app.
I did a quick draft, built my deck and closed out. Came back that evening to play and had a loss marked despite not having played a game in the event yet.
This morning, the app crashed during declare blockers step. Reloaded app and was unable to select any options aside from pass. Reloaded app twice more to the same result before my timers ran out and the app auto passed.
I’d be less irate about this if hadn’t cause me an unnecessary game loss. I get these…1 vote -
draft pick error
During a Premier Draft, after the pick time expired and I still had the card clicked, I was unable to pick any more cards, and a network error occurred. I had to restart the app.

No Play-In points for March
I ranked #1079 in March but I haven't received Play-In points. I want to receive them to play the Qualifier. I've already submitted a ticket, but with no response.

Android client not rendering text
I bought a premier draft, and could not read types or stat lines. The draft was unplayable. I've waited for an update so i could try the mystery deck i built, but that doesn't seem to be coming

bug na gameplay de um draft
estava jogando um draft, e logo no inicio da partida, no primeiro turno do meu oponente que era o primeiro a jogar, uma carta do meu deck foi para o grave, sem nem ter começado o jogo, e durante o turno do oponente. ele passou o turno, eu baixei minha primeira land, e quando passei o turno para o mesmo, uma carta foi descartada da minha mao (???), eu tinha 7 na mão neste momento, nao tinha usado nenhuma magica nem nada. como se não bastasse, após isso, não consegui conceder a partida, tive que fechar o programa direto. llevo casi 1 año sin poder avanzar en las misiones diarias y conseguir oro para comprar packs, obviamente deje el juego por essto esperando que se arreglase vuelvo y sigue igual

Connection issue during SOS premier draft
I was playing SOS premier draft with my PC(Steam).
During card picks, two different each cards picked in one pack and suddenly connection issue happened.
So I restart the client but the computer already autopicked a few cards.
And it even happened twice.
It was 06:04 PM KST (05:00 AM EST)Please get me back 10000 golds.
