How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Draft Lost
I lose a draft game instantly, it goes directly to the main page with already price recive.
Can you fix it, I spend 1500 gems :(I play on an iPhone

Although I won in the game, MTGA results was "lose".
ドラフトの際、勝ったはずなのに負け扱いになり、それまで2敗していたのでそのまま３敗になりドラフトが終了してしまいました。

Received a loss after a win
After winning my fifth game of a premier draft of Bloomburrow I ended up with 3 wins and 3 losses after only playing five games and losing 2.
I received a win and a loss at the same time resulting in me getting dropped from the event.2 votes -
Invalid deck in brawl
I'm trying to enter a brawl match with my usual "teferi hero of dominaria" deck, with some new additions from bloom burrow, and it keeps getting flagged as invalid, despite having no illegal cards.
After getting this error message, sometimes all the card styles are removed from my deck.
Can you please look into this?
I would attach some logs but I can't understand where they are saved on my phone.3 votes -
Arena crashes when I want to resume a draft that I signed up for
I registered for a premium Bloomburrow draft, but now I can't acces the event in Arena - the program crashes every time I click on the "resume" button, it never gets past the "waiting for the server" screen. Bloomburrow limited events end soon, what should I do? Thank you in advance!

drafted rare not turned into wildcard
I drafted a Thoughtseize from the Amonkhet Remaster draft and I already had 4 of this one, however I was not given a wildcard.

NEW FROG SHOP IS TRASH, MAKE EVENTS FREE, THIS IS NOT MTGO THANKS.
New frog shop is trash, just make events free, i have to pay to partecipate in an event, it doesn't make sense to lock an event behind a paywall, it's rather frustrating, and predatory in it's execution.

Jump-in not giving cards (out of FNM)
I have selected "Rabbits" then "Frontier" but I have not received the cards from "Rabbits" in my collection.
version 2024.39.0.6329.1081215 on PC1 shows that cards are missing in my collection
2 shows that cards are missing in my collection
3 shows the screen in the event (proof that it is not FNM)
4 shows the deck from Jump-in menu
5 show the second choice of this event

Wrong reward on sealed event
Finished a BLB sealed event and only got 1 pack as a reward. Received no gems or the 2 other packs that are customary to completing a sealed event. Did this event on iOS. Only went 2-3 on the sealed pool.

Keep community updated during downtime
I was doing a draft event! Keep community updated during downtime, there's no reason a game of this size should be down on launch for almost an hour with no update besides "we're investigating reports". IT'S a freaking product launch, how is there not one person on staff who can tweet out an update for those of us who scheduled our lives around this launch?? There's no excuse. Very dissappointed.

Missing 1 Bloomburrow Mastery Orb
Like others it seems I was short changed by 1 orb at some point and now will not have enough to get all the card styles.
PS Umm also, please update the categories for these posts. Where is the basic “bug report” selection? None of the available options fit this situation.

Bloomburrow Mastery Emporium 2 orbs spending not purchasing properly
On PC, I clicked to unlock the Historic Sorin playset for 2 orbs and received a frog sleeve instead? I was supposed to receive the 4 Sorin Plainswalker cards.

Can't switch Deck in Jump-In - jumps to Deck editing
I went to select the deck, then editing, then I think I clicked on Decks and Collection. Once I was back at the Jump-In, every time I click on the deck, it brings me back to the deck editing; I restarted the client and it didn't solve the issue.

Bug: Report a Problem in your Event
I played a quickdraft today and in the last match the connection with the server disappaered (see screenshot ending with magic). After I was able to log on again the boardstate was changed in such a way that I was lost.
No problem I thought I just report a problem with my event. When I go to that page, they ask to log on to report a ticket. So i try, i get redirected to my account page logged on, however if I try to go to the place where I have to log the ticket I am logged out…

Assigned Loss Incorrectly
I started a game this morning, but cancelled before the game was joined because I didn’t think I’d have time to play the whole game. When I logged back in later, I had been assigned a loss.

Can't join events
Since mh3 update i've been unable to join any draft/limited event. Also the screen and a lot of sleeves appear all dark, making difficult to see.

I couldn’t assign legal blockers during a draft match and I lost an event game because of that
I played a premier draft of blb and in my last match I lost because I could not assigned blockers even though those were legal. The game didn’t freeze but didn’t allow me to select the blockers. I restarted it, but then it got into inconsistent state, where it asked for blockers, one creature was selected as blocker, but I still was not able to select the other one. Please investigate my account and the game log.
