How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Strange Draft bug
In a draft, I second picked Yavimaya Iconoclast-- but visually the client displayed me having picked a Captain's Call. I finished the draft assuming it was a Captain's Call, but when I went to submit my deck the client seemed to break a little bit-- the whole deck builder was a little wonky (couldn't resize lower pane, Captain's Call wanted me to craft it). Finally, the deck failed to submit, and when I loaded the pool back up the Iconoclast was back and I had a single Captain's Call rather than two. Log files attached.

Didn't receive card reward from Midweek Magic Phantom Bot Draft
I got a third win in the Midweek Magic Phantom Bot Draft and my reward was a mythic rare - Sanctuary Warden. I had already received one of them in the Sealed event, and I still only have one. So my Phantom Bot Draft reward never arrived.

Invalid Loss in Premier Draft
My Account "Raithwalker#85179" experienced a loss in game four of a Premier Draft that should not have occurred. If possible, please review game logs on your end to see that loss occurred during opponent's upkeep phase erroneously with no card in play that could have facilitated the loss. Would be happy to discuss over email or phone, but do not have logs saved

Raffine, Scheming Seer in Sleeper Agent event
Raffine, Scheming Seer was cast as a Phrexian during the event. In one unblocked attack on turn 4 I went from having no poison counters to loosing for having 10. This has to be a bug.

Matches starting during screenlock
Completing a match in a event and locking the phone screen at the event page will start next draft.

MWM Draft Selection Bug
I was drafting in the MWM phantom bot draft and at least four times I would pick a card and press the yellow button in the lower-right (done) and I would end up with a different card in my deck. The first time it happened was with the Wiretapping card, on my first pick of my first pack. I selected Wiretapping and got a Citizen's Crowbar instead.

Frozen Draft
Draft froze at the start of pack 3, I was stuck on the "waiting for packs" indicator with no packs piled up in front of me.

Queue Time Stucked and I received a loss
During Qualifier Weekend - Day 1, I was waiting in queue to play with an opponent. The time was already over 12 minutes of waiting, I pressed cancel, to search again, the game gave me a defeat for free! This is an absurd! It's already extremely difficult to qualify in the event and Arena gives me a defeat that way!! I demand automatic classification!!

draft frozen
it´s second time in a row that I got frozen without any reason after second pick of the first booster during premier draft. I have to left the game and then come back, but then the selection forced picks I didn´t choose. I had to build a f... jund deck on the draft because of the forced selection. I would like to be refund for that draft BUT ALSO to stop with this thing. the draft can´t get frozen so easy. YES, THAT TIME, I WANT MY GEMS BACK. YES, MY CONNECTION WAS GOOD, IT WAS A SERVER PROBLEM!

Earn a new deck timer stuck after being given two color decks
Earn a new deck timer stuck at 0:00:00 after being granted the two color decks through customer service.

Loss registered without a match played
During arena decathlon event 3 I hit cancel to stop queueing and the event registered a loss. As a result I did not get to play the full number of matches allotted to me. I would like a refund of the 2k gold entry fee.

Unable to Submit Sideboarded Deck in Traditional Draft Event
I was in the finals of a Traditional Draft today and I did not change my deck after game 1. After Game 2 I attempted to side in Islands and counter magic but when submitting the screen went black and five seconds later displayed my unaltered starting deck. I attempted this two more times and both times the deck was unchanged. I lost Game 3 and the potential 3000 Gem prize partially due to the fact I could not adjust my deck. Please at least refund the 1500 gems spent on this draft, this is unacceptable.

draft
In my draft of New Capenna, I couldn't pick cards because I couldn't see them. The game frozen after the first pick (of the first booster) reporting "waiting for other players to pick" for 2 mins. Nothing was happening, so I decided to restart the client and I found out that all the cards were auto-chosen. I couldn't play the draft. I hope in a refund

Given incorrect card in Kaldheim draft
While taking part in the Kaldheim quick draft event I took a Rootless Yew, however a Skull Raid (which was not even in the pack) was added to my deck instead.

Not receiving Gold rewards
Today I have been not receiving gold rewards from daily wins and from Cube Draft wins.

Unable to Access or Claim Rewards from Sleeper Agents Event
Upon entering the Sleeper Agents event and playing through to a reward claim, attempting to claim a reward and losing connection has led to me being unable to view the event without the client crashing prior to loading the event. This is prevalent on both Windows 10 Desktop client and the Android mobile version and persists after a reinstall on both devices.
When attempting to view the Sleeper Agents event, the screen will sit on the "Waiting for Server" circle until the client hard crashes.
