5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

“Report a Bug” page request sign-in, though signed in
MTG Arena crashed mid-premium draft (paid for with gems) and I went to the support page for a refund. I arrived at mtgarena-support.wizards.com, use the scroll down window to select “Report a problem in your Event”, and it informs me I have to sign-on. I click the sign-in button, sign-in, get redirected to my account page, click customer service, click report a bug (how I found this page), click “Submit a Request” at the bottom, once again selected “Report a problem in your Event”, and once again it inform me I have to sign-in. Crashes when trying to connect to Arena's server
I am on a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra running Android OS. It crashes when I load the initial scene, when I purchase a seat at a Draft event, when I start the draft, when I start any game (no matter what the format is), when I try and edit my deck. Basically whenever my phone trys to connect to Arena's server. It doesn't happen every time I attempt to do those actions. Just some times.

Draft Picks Not Appearing
Several of my picks in the OTJ draft were not added to my draft pool. They were both Freestrider Commanders after I had already drafted one.

MWM Cosmetic Reward was from ELD
After completing the 3 wins for the Gold Phantom event, I received the parallax style for Charmed Sleep from ELD which doesn't appear in the reward list for the current cycle of events.

I didn't get any starting decks after the event
I didn't get any other starting decks after completing the starting decks event and I also didn't get the last mystery cosmetic reward

Won’t let me pick second pack in jump in
In a jump in event let me pick the first pack (spelunking) but won’t let me select a second. It’s on IOS

Jump In! packet selection
Jump In! event is not offering new packets. On my 4th event I was offered Militia/Bittersweet/Urza's then Resistance/Recruits/Compleat. I have only drafted Evidence/Forensics/Disguised from new set. I have previously drafted all packs from other sets.
I am playing on a PC I use two different computers to play both have same issue with Jump In! I would love to know if there is a workaround for this.

Not Technically a bug, but Arena open not giving minimum reward for draft 2 if not played is incredibly frustrating
I don't know if this qualifies as a bug or not, but I qualified for the Arena Open day 2 draft 2 today, but wasn't able to draft during the 12-2pm PST window. These very tight time blocks are frustrating to begin with (especially needing to wake up at 6am on a weekend), but in this case specifically, the minimum reward i could get for going 0-1 was 5000 gems. However, because I did not use the token, It would have actually been better for me to lose an additional match in the prior draft, so that I get the…

jump in blue mission bug
Jump in blue mission not progressing even though i have completed jump in 5+ times, making sure to get the win and collect the rewards each time.

Uncommon event reward for midweek magic: MH3 Constructed
The interface stated that the card would be at least rare, but I only got an uncommon - Belligerent of the Ball.

Draft: Unable to view selected cards during drafting.
During drafting, both premier draft and quick draft, after selecting card, during the card picking phase, I am unable to interact with the cards selected. I am unable to scroll to see which cards has been picked already. I am unable to inspect the cards until after the picking phase.
Steps to reproduce - Anytime during the picking phase.

Draft Issue
I was kicked out during pick phase in draft, let me skipping 1 or 2 choice ( 1 for sure), was so sad coz i save my gem for that event. wish i can have a free draft token back or some. thanks in advance

Unable to take game action
Opponent passed turn, I was unable to take any game actions or cast spells. Turn tracker in bottom right was missing, my timer started ticking down. Restarted the app but by the time I got back in it had skipped my turn, lost game because of it

Extra Duplicates of Creatures
With Ghastly Mimicry and Mirror Box on the field, my opponent's enchantments acted like copies of my Mimicry. At my upkeep, I received 3 different token copies of all enchanted creatures, when I should have just received a copy of the creature enchanted by Ghastly Mimicry.
