How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Nyx born unicorn unblockable

    Nyborn unicorn became unblockable during a draft event after becoming detached from the enchanted creature. Could not be targeted by a blocker… very frustrating as it cost the game.

  2. Snakeskin Veil not working during Quick Draft Outlaws

    FIVE TIMES I had the mana and one or two Snakeskin Veils available during battle. All five times, that instant was not an option either before selecting blockers or after selecting blockers. I could have taken out several of his creatures if that had been working, but because they did not work, I lost the game. When I practiced with a similar deck against the bot Sparky, that instant worked fine, but not in the event game. I will upload two screenshots and have many more if you want them. I also upload the log file.

  3. Uses 20 points if you click a pointless floating coin in the newest Qualifier Play-In

    Don't press the floating coin if you don't want to enter the Qualifier play-in event as it is glitched. If you press it and have 20 play points it will buy an entry somehow

  4. caiu a conexão co o servidor durante o draft

    estava no meio da partida e a conexão caiu com o servidor e não consegui reconectar a tempo de continuar a partida mesmo apos varias tentativas.

  5. wilds of eldraine

    While in a premier draft of WoE, several picks have cleared as selected cards but did not appear in my deck list. After pack 1, I only had 12 cards. specifically lost a copy of candy grapple and the witch's vanity. These cards did appear in my pool after the draft completed, but were missing from the list during the draft.

  6. Bug Sideboard

    I cannot the side board to in traditional draft. This happens to me more than 3 times already. What is happening. Im losing all my gems because of this. Can you please do something on this or atleast refund my gems. This is such a hassle. Waiting for quick respond. Thanks.

  7. Midweek Magic Set Constructed and a dedicated Set Constructed event

    The Midweek Magic set contructed event currently happens about one week after release of the set on Arena. That is way too soon to accumulate an extensive enough amount of cards to contruct a deck with. Right now it feels like little more than Sealed plus, since many players lack the cards to truly engage with the new set yet.

    This event should be held a week later, when the set is still fresh, but the collections are a bit more fleshed out. Simply swap its spot with the "On the Edge" MWM event, that currently is held one week…

  9. Visual glitch on draft page

    On the page to start drafting MH3, there was a tiny picture of some coins in the middle of the screen. The coins were smaller than the text, and were right above the reward line. Tapping it used one of my draft tokens to begin a draft.

  10. Quests tickets not showing up

    I am not getting any quests on my main page, I have won plenty of games and I have not earned anything or seen anything to earn my tickets.

    I paid money for this and I feel like I just threw away all that money because I am missing out on the opportunity to earn the currency. Please fix this.

    Uninstalling then reinstalling the game doesn't do anything for it, either. I missed out on so much of the event.

  11. Flaw with land auto building

    New sealed token used to play MH3. I have black blue and white cards decked and added a few fetch lands and figured that the auto build would add an appropriate amount of each land needed. I checked and had 17 lands, but lost the first game when I drew only plains. Bad draw. It happens. 2nd game only plains. I lost badly. I checked the deck build and only plains were added by the auto build. I am BIG MAD ABOUT THIS BECAUSE I play sealed often and the deck builder auto adds proper mana blend every time. Can…

  12. Premiere Draft victory recorded a loss. Recorded video footage as proof

    I won the game in premiere draft but it recorded it as a loss. Please can I at the very least get my 1500 gems back. But I believe I should be compensated more because I lost rank and potential to win more gems than 1500.

    I was on P3P7, and suddenly the draft was over. It was Premier draft OTJ. Can I be refunded for this?

  14. Pauper and Artisan formats

    Hello.
    Would it be possible to have more pauper and artisan formats?
    Like with each new set rolling in, a pauper or artisan event would be available for that set (or for couple latest sets).

    Not to mention I would really appreciate seeing those for all time, even as non-ranked plays.
    It's just fun to play those:)

  16. Card tracker

    What has happened to the card tracker in draft events? During draft events the alt/command keys no longer track selections versus personal inventory. Initially I thought the issue had to do with bluetooth keyboard connectivity, however I tried on a desktop with a wired keyboard with the same results.

  17. Another Draft Playing Against Mana Flood

    17 Lands in the deck and I'll surely get my 3 losses watching my opponents build their board.
    16 Lands and I'm never seeing them.

  19. Got both a win and a loss at the same time.

    I suspect this may have something to do with the queue. I entered the matchmaking queue, realized I had to do something and hit cancel. Came back 2-3 minutes later and entered the queue and got paired. I won the match, but when I got back to the draft screen my wins/prizing had increased, but so had my losses and my event was now supposedly over.

    I really wanted to play this deck more. :-(
