How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Duplicate Lands in Cube

    The latest Arena cube just launched and it appears that the singleton rules are messed up, at least for fetch lands. I saw at least three copies of Wooded Foothills and three copies of Scalding Tarn during my draft. I drafted two copies of Tarn. I didn't notice duplicates of any other cards.

  2. Quick Draft Quest No Progression

    I decided to spend some of my gold to do the Quick Draft Quest (the blue one) and started a WOE Quick Draft event. After playing 3 matches I went to check on my quest progression, since I didn't get the reward prompt, only to find out that it's still at 0/3. Immensely disappointed as I won't have enough gold this month to do another draft and get the Halloween pet, so I'd have to wait a whole other month to attempt to do this quest again.

  3. Can't sideboard in standard metagame challenge

    I was 4-0 in the metagame challenge, and would easily won my last match, but I lost because there is a bug that don't allow me to sideboard. I was with a RW tokens needing to put my hasters to win a game against a mill deck, and I couldn't get out my sunfalls. really, I lost at least 4 hours playing this tournament to lose like that.

    jump in event button "play" became 'home' for a long time, but no fix and replay, click home will turn to main home page, plz fix it!

  6. mastery pass problem

    Hello,

    I have a problem with the mastery pass. My account levels up but the pass benefits are not released. I've already lost some benefits like the pet skin and also +400 gems.

    This error has been happening for about 4 days. Which made me lose several benefits.

  7. Season pass reward not being rewarded.

    I have not recieved the mastery pass levels 17,18 and 19 already. Still got 9 orbs and should have 10 because I dind't spend any of them. I leave the log just in case, and some screenshoots from the orb store, to see that none of them are bought.

  9. Midweek Magic Card Reward Display Bug

    After winning the event: Midweek Magic: Phantom Sealed Faceoff - Midnight Hunt for the first time I should receive a card. The reward however is not displayed and it takes multiple clicks on the "Claim" button to proceed. I can't even confirm whether I have gotten a reward at all.

  10. Alchemy Event Reward wrong pack (OTJ instead of DSK) - 2024/11/21

    I played Alchemy Bo1 events the past 2 nights (2024/11/20 and 2024/11/21). Each time, the rewards were OTJ Alchemy rather than Duskmourn (DSK) Alchemy packs.

    Based on other reports, it looks like it's been this way for several weeks or longer. Please just make this simple correction to award the pack that the game shows as the reward.

  11. cube draft

    Joined a cube draft and clicked ready but the pod never launched even though it showed everyone else as ready. I tried restarting arena and it simply said connecting to server for several minutes. I checked my WiFi connection which seemed to be working just fine. I waited about an hour and retried and now I lost the 4000 gold for the event and don't even see if as an event when I navigate to the events tab.

  12. Waiting for server forever and can't start the game anymore after trying to join Arena Cube queue

    Wanted to play the Arena Cube right after today's update. While waiting for everyone in the queue to ready up, I noticed, everyone was already set to "Ready!" but the timer was running out (see screenshots).
    After a while of nothing happening, i force-closed MtGA and tried to restart and re-join the draft before the auto picker ruins it, but I get an endless "Waiting for Server" (see video)

    Now I can't play at all.

    Dear MTG-Employes!

    During the "Finding a Table Screen" while queuing for the Arena Cube Draft:
    The timer fuse ran down to 0:00 althought all the players were already "ready". Then the Draft didn't startet.

  15. Game crashed while opponent ragequitted

    Hello!
    I was playing a best of one Chromatic Cube Draft on my PC. My opponent was dead on board but looks like they ragequitted, so I was waiting for their time to end. After a while "an error has occurred", I tried to restart the game but cannot reconnect for some minutes. I tried 3-4 times and then I rejoined and the game was ended with a loss.

  16. Kicked out of premier draft game causing loss

    Randomly Kicked from Duskmorn premier draft game and given a loss.
    During the match I was randomly kicked from the game (sudden black screen, no loading or "waiting for server") and was returned to the draft screen. I had no loss at first but after checking the deck when I returned to the screen I had 1 loss. It happened so suddenly I wasn't able to capture any footage or screenshot. First time I've had this issue

    Since Bloomburrow I have not been able to restart the Jump in event. I was hoping that with the update of this new set the problem would be solved but I can't use my Jump in tokens.

  19. draft

    Client stops working when trying to log into any kind of draft. Specifically stops working when I try and start. Premier Remix Draft: Artifacts. Would just like my 10,000 gold back as it seems like it will leave the que soon. But would also like this fixed soon as I really like to draft and I just cannot draft.

    I just got an email about the DSK Arena Direct. There's a pinkish button that says redeem, but clicking it doesn't do anything. What should I do?
