I'm on arena for mac os. Arena crashed partway through a powered cube draft which badly compromised my deck.

順番にスタックを解決して、最後のスタック前にさらに割り込んでスタックを積もうとしたら、割り込めずに処理が入った。しかもそれで負けるという。
補償とかあるのですか？

Jump In Bug
I cant play Final Fantasy Jump-In again for weeks. Client bugged and cant allow me to remake event.
Instead recreate Jump In Arena just show Home button and hothing to happen when i press it.

Matchmaking and shuffler in draft is trash. Mirror matches happen FAR TO FREQUENTLY for it to be random! Also, there is rampant hacking and draw fixing in draft, people are drawing perfect answers at a rate that is, again, far too consistent to be random.

Just now, in a powered cube draft my mtga just shut down.
As I quickly restarted the game, hoping to go back to the match, i fowd myself with a loss...
Frustating, its no a cheap format and it war a long and good match that would be amazing to be able to have played till the end.

[BUG] Paid for Mystic Confluence, my spell still got countered
In the current Ranked Cube Bo1 Draft Event:
My opponent cast mystic confluence choosing 3x "Counter target spell unless its controller pays 3", I had more than 9 mana open, so I paid all three but when I paid the SECOND time my spell still got countered and was removed from the stack, losing me the game.

I had a visual bug a card Elder Gargaroth stay on my cursor.
During the draft portion of a premier cube draft I try to drag elder Gargaroth in my sideboard. But the card stay on my cursor and I was not able to click properly on the cards to pick them. I miss several pick. I was not able to align my cursor with the card I want to pick. After the draft in the deckbuilding the card Elder Gargaroth disapear. Can you give me a refund please

Game freeze during a draft match, can't block
Playing a powered cube game on mobile, my game froze and kept me from blocking (when I had legal blocks), and could only declare no blocks. I lost the game because of this. These bugs are very frustrating when coming from such a large brand and long-standing game. This makes events like this a huge waste of gems and takes away my reasons for playing the game unless these bugs can be corrected.

Power cube draft freeze
While drafting on mobile, my screen froze, and then a "disconnected" warning popped up. By the time I closed out of the app twice, 10 picks had gone by. How have drafts been ongoing for years, and there are still these kinds of issues with the draft? I expect at least an entrance fee gem refund for such a terrible experience, and a prompt bug correction that is ruining the release of this exciting powered cube.

Power Cube Shouldn't have rope feature for storm turns
The power cube has an insane amount of storm cards, and we spend and are playing for a significant amount of gems. Despite this, during a match which I had definitively won on board using a mixture of Displacer Kitten and Bolas's citadel, and despite the fact that I was casting spells quickly and efficiently and advancing the board state, arena's rope feature lost me the match.
The rope feature is realistically there to stop people who are AFKing, or otherwise trolling their opponent in non BO3 matches which use a traditional MTGO style timeclock, but specifically in power cube,…

Draft Play button is set to Home button
Played TDM premier draft and went 7-1. In 2 games opponent was losing and suddenly I got the connection issue/waiting icon. Shortly after I'm directly thrown back into the lobby with a +1 win on the tracker. When I won my last game I only had the home button available in the lobby and i can't claim the trophy. I also cannot play any new premier draft runs as I am stuck with this bug. When I rebooted the tracker showed only 1 win and only the home button (no play button available). This is frustrating as i would like…

Vaultguard Trooper Bug
during my third game of draft I had in game Vaultguard Trooper. My opponent tapped it down with Mechanooza. Sadly from some reason at the end of my turn it didnt triggered Troopers ability, even when there was second tapped creature. By that time. It costed me a game and the draft in the end. I would kindl ask you for compensation for this error in gems or gold. Thank you and have a nice day.

Susurian Dirgecraft Translation Bug
I payed 12000 gems for 2 “paquet scellé” (I don't know the english Word), events for EoE where you could win display booster box, and I lost 2 of Them begause of bugs. Once, one of my creature has been killed even if it shouldn't, and the other time I lost because of a translation error on ”susurian dirgecraft “, in english it says” each opponent", in French “chaque joueur" (each player), can you refund me ?

Auto-lose immediately after joining match
I encountered a bug while playing Powered Cube today at around 10:42 ECT. I immediately lost the game after just having joined and before i could do anything. The loading screen when finding a match was pretty quick, we are talking about 5-10 seconds max. But when I joined, the opponent already had a land and a creature out and it seemed like my timers all had gone out, causing me to lose the game. There is no way that much time had passe, like I said the loading was fast and I had only just joined the game. I…

Obzedat, Ghost Council exile bug for midweek magic event 7/9/2025
During this week's midweek magic event if you get Obzedat, Ghost Council and use the exile ability it does not return on your next upkeep and just vanishes out of exile and completely out of the game. I assume this has something to do with the game mechanics of this week's event, and would also assume this occurs with other similar abilities like Teysa, but cannot confirm.

Feedback on Pricing for Power Cup Draft Events in MTG Arena

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the current pricing structure for the Power Cup draft events on MTG Arena. Charging 10,000 gold or 1,500 gems for entry into a phantom draft is unacceptable and feels like an egregious exploitation of the Magic: The Gathering player base.
This format, while enjoyable in concept as a unique cube-style draft ), does not justify such a premium cost. In phantom events, players receive no lasting cards to add to their collections, unlike keeper drafts such as Premier Drafts, which offer comparable entry fees but allow…

Crash in Cube Draft
During a Cube Draft match, the game crashed less than 5 seconds before I was about to win. When I tried to return, I got stuck on an update screen for a long time and couldn’t rejoin the match until it had already been counted as a loss.
Could you please review the match and help restore the win or refund the entry?
