How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

I need a refund
The game does not work. I have payed 1500 gems for an Avatar Premium Draft that i can not play, and now the event have even been taken down. Give me back my gems.

Free Mulligan in Omniscience Draft
When you only get 3 cards getting a mulligan down to 2 or even 1 card is pointless continuing. At the very least give 1 free mulligan. It's such a fast game you generally lose after the first turn if you are one card down.

Mystical Tutor Bug
Last night I had a strange occurrence in an Arena Powered Cube game.
During the end step of my opponent's 2nd turn, I resolved a Mystical Tutor and put Time Walk on top of my deck. When my 3rd turn started, the Time Walk went to the graveyard and I drew a new card, despite neither player having done anything. I've outlined the steps of what occurred below in Reproduction Steps.
My T1: Land, pass.
Opp T1: Land, pass.
My T2: Land, pass. (holding up Mystical Tutor).

Standard Event Prizes
Look I'm not here to **. I'm not looking for a refund and I know I'm bad. But the rewards for the constructed standard event. Both best of one and best of three are **** dogshit. Respectfully. I had 10K gold. I had really good deck imo. Thought why not give a try. I got both magic'ed and **** on at the same time so bad. Went 0-3. Orb redemption did not work. I've lost an orb and the redeemed card.
I tried redeeming an orb to get the card Grub, Storied Matriarch. I used the orb, then I could not find the card in my collection. I am using Windows 11. I've attached prints to show where the error occurred. Please help me out with this. Thanks.

Karn's Temporal Sundering
I cannot cast Karn’s Temporal Sundering. I have the mana for it and as far as i can tell nothing on the enemy board is stopping me. Has happened every game I have the carsd and mana. It happend in All-Access Brawl Modified Metagame Challenge please refound.

Elfhame Achievment not triggering
On mobile the Elfhame Holiday Achievement tasks is not triggering/tracking my progress. I’ve played over 10 games and am using a deck with 34 elves. I’m playing historic, but the tasks doesn’t specify that the games need to be a specific format.

connection lost durig the game
connection lost while playing an event: today 5 jenuary 2026 i lost connection to 2 games while playing an event pioneer I think it was because of the servers and not because of my connection because i changed connection beetween games and didnt change anything. Still cant connect to the game

Cube draft issues with tamiyo and thran physician
During my cube draft I casted out Tamiyo and he came in tapped due to a function my opponent had. When I casted Ancestral Recall, Tamiyo did not flip. This action actually cost me the win. I’d have gone at least 5-3 instead of 4-3 (maybe more who knows!?) When I used Thran Physician proliferating ability, it did not give me the option to add an oil counter to archfiend of dross. This did not cause me to lose luckily. When targeting myself using Ancestral Recall, it usually takes many attempts to target me, and it’s very frustrating when your…

Game froze during draft
Same as other. Game completely stopped working, couldn't do anything and lost. During a premier draft.

Game crashed and I got a loss in draft
The game crashed twice in a row playing the premier draft Lorwyn Eclipsed and it gave me a loss. The second crash happened when I played "tweeze" on an opponents creature and chose a mountain to discard.

Strixhaven Pack Reward
After I was done powered cube. I went to claim my reward and I got a strixhaven pack… I don’t think I was supposed to get a strixhaven pack before the release. I got too excited and already opened the pack. So I didn’t think to take a screenshot. But I have strixhaven cards in my collection before the official release.

ho avviato degli incontri in evento draft. Dopo la ricerca avversario e l'inizio dell'incontro il gioco crasha, facendomi perdere automaticamente la partita...ho perso 750 gemme per via di questo problema.

bug
During a draft I go to pick a card as time runs out. I have it selected but if time runs out while I am dragging it then there are two of the card in my deck and the client crashes. Then I have to wait for the server and I miss several picks.

Price of arena power cube
Its just wild that you have to pay $10 to play in a single event where you don't even get to keep the cards. The cost of this game is prohibitively expensive and it's sad to see people's love of drafting get taken advantage of for a cash grab. This post feels like a shout into the void but I hope wizards sees it and takes a bit of it to heart.

Immediate loss after connection problem premiere draft
I had a match in Premiere Draft and my internet connection went down for a few seconds. The game went immediately to the draft Interface and it showed 1 loss after I had connection again. There was no chance to get back into the match.
