Loading Store in iOS app causing program to force close/crash
1 May 2024, 09:20PST: when attempting to load the store in the iOS app game app crashes/force closes with no error code given. Have tried multiple restarts of both app and device with no change in result.

mastery pass
In the mastery pass, you could previously see which locked rewards you would unlock (because of your current mastery pass level) if you purchased the mastery pass right now. This is no longer shown for me, only the level 0 rewards are shown. I see no reason why this would be removed.

gems
In the past few weeks, whenever I try to order gems and click on the button, I see 'waiting for the server' on the screen indefinitely. However, I have no issues playing online, and I've never experienced this problem before

Bought Pack, but Golden Pack meter did not advance
I bought the MoM Pack in the Daily Deals, but the Golden Pack counter did not go up by one.

Can't pay on mac
I can't get to the paying interface on Mac os. If I get to the point where I'm supposed to pay it just hangs and I can't spend my money on the store.

Empty code deck
I claimed a code of 2 decks but for some reason one of them is empty, and i dont have de cards from that deck in my lybrary neither.

Store not working
The MTG arena store will not let me purchase gems. I am trying to either purchase the $20 or $50 gems option to participate in the Decathlon pauper event. When I click on the button to bring me to payment, the store just gets stuck on the loading screen.
My username is f3_kf2#92968 and I am playing on the Mac app.
Since I cannot play the event during the work week, I would like to be either given the token for the event or a significant discount on the store if this issue is not resolved today.

MTGA PC client doesn't let me buy gems in the store
Your store has been bugged for MONTHS. The ability to buy literally anything on the PC client is bugged. PLEASE FIX

Pre-Order Packs missing after update
Seems like there’s a bug in the store.
Bought outlaws pack bundle which is missing after update. Mastery Bundle appeares to be activated.
Sent order details to customer service, did re-install and validated bundles again. Cards / packs are still missing.

Error lands
The other day I bought the LOST CAVES OF IXALAN full art lands from the Magic Arena store, and these were not enabled for me, I have let several days pass, just in case there was an error and they will be enabled in my account after some update, but now I'm in OUTLAWS and they still don't show up, that's why I want to report this to see if they can be recovered or my coins returned to buy other things

golden pack tick not progressing after purchasing pack
did not get a tick in the golden pack progress after purchasing a MOM pack from daily deal

Mastery Pass not giving rewards for past levels
Just purchased the mastery pass for Phyrexia, Im currently at level 20 and did not recive any of the rewards for the past levels. Usually when I buy the pass at certain level, the game gives me the rewards for all past levels, is this a bug or a change on the system?

Not able to purchase pre-order products for Outlaws - 2024-04
Time is running out and I've been trying to buy this for three days. Help! I don't want to miss out on this. Fix it please! Is anyone else having trouble purchasing it? I can't find any fixes for this issue. I reloaded the game from Epic Games. I rebooted my computer multiple times. I made sure I had the latest update on my Mac. Nothing worked.

Problem purchasing daily deal
I tried to buy the daily deal (1 pack of New Capenna for 850 gold) and it won't let me purchase it.
Went to report a bug, and when I try to type in the subject, the website clears the screen and forwards me here.
I've attempted to do this several times, using tab instead of clicking etc.

Redeem Code Failure: Code Already Redeemed
I recently started playing Arena again after a few years. I deleted my account a few years ago because I wasn't having fun anymore.
When I created my new account, I tried entering codes for free packs and sleeves. However, some of the codes didn't work. I got an error message that the code was already redeemed, but I didn't receive anything for it.
I only get the error message for codes that I redeemed on my old account, which uses the same email address as my current account. Is it possible that the system can't tell the difference between…

Store error: internal error
I can’t buy things in the store with gold or gems that I have. I bought the $5 beginners pack or whatever it’s called. Now I get “store error: internal error”. Don’t know what to do. Wanna spend money but it won’t let me.
