How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Jurassic park lands
I realized the Jurassic Park lands were on mtg arena and I missed my opportunity to get them, i pray yal can make an opportunity for me to get them since I missed out on them and I really really want them cause that was my childhood growing up and will make my deck look better

Release standalone version
I do not want to have to use Epic to get Arena, it is so off putting I'm already reconsidering getting back into magic at all. Steam would be acceptable, Epic is just terrible. The launcher crashes, they alway keep showing ads and ******** popups. I just want to play some magic and all the other ******** needs to *****. I've been playign mtg off and on for 25 years, but the last 10-15 I just can't get into it and spend my 1000's of $ a year on it just because epic is so * and off putting…

no three steps ahead alternate style
I noticed there is no borderless version of the Three Steps Ahead card which is a rare and sees a lot of play.

Mythic pack rare wildcard
Hello. Like several players, I purchased a mythic pack and received a rare wildcard. This was a Kahn's of Takir mythic pack on the android client.
It's disheartening seeing a bug that's over a year old still happen today. What steps are you planning to correct this bug so it doesn't persist?

Store featured bundle prices not showing
Slots where the prices would normally go (and where you would click to buy) are empty.

Did not receive multiple wild cards when opening them from the packs.

Now you guys have to be kidding right?
350 gems for a deck I already own? all the cards I already have but you still want 350 gems? this is ridiculous
Aside that the price for thos decks is pretty greedy... even after "reducing" the prices for each card already owned: for the dinosaurs deck i still pay 290 gems for the 3 rares I am missing.. EACH... You know how much gems we GET for the fifth copy of a rare? well I wanted to write 40, had to look it up thats for MYTHICS... rares give 20 gems.…1 vote -

Are you guys really that hard up? You don't even offer options to earn gems but you want people to pay you money for card styles?

horizon hideaway pass bug
Before I purchase Horizon hideaway pass for 2800 gems, on Jun11, I already have assess to Psychic Frog's Horizon Hideaway. I was able to purchase stuff with ticket won during quest. I thought purchasing hideaway pass would give me more access to other prices. After I purchased the pass, there is no different in the hideaway. I don't know if it was a bug that I can access hideaway pass without paying 2800 gems or the 2800 gem purchase doesn't do anything. In short, I have 2800 gems less for nothing

Psychic Frog Horizon Hideaway’s not giving proper credit for prior achievements
I bought the Psychic Frog’s Horizon Hideaway pass for 2800 gems today (June 11). It says “ During this period, you will earn Horizon Hideaway tickets even if you haven't yet paid for entry to Psychic Frog's Horizon Hideaway; you can always pay the entry later if you decide you want to shop after all…” I won 11 matches and completed my daily quest. I should have gotten 45 + 5x2 + 5x1 = 60 tickets, but I only got 56 because it did not give me credit for the matches I won before I bought the pass (the pass…

Decks not in store
When I tried to buy a deck in the store (the preconstructed ones available since the 13th) none of the decks showed in my client

Waiting for server when clicking Shop on Android
Can't use the Shop on Android. It loops in "waiting for server". Also I can play one game on Android and after the match same issue. Only fix for playing is restarting the app.
