How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos

Cards not showing up after purchase
I purchased a bundle using 1900gems and my cards aren't showing up. Gems were deducted, the bundle(which was one of 3 in the store) isn't showing anymore, but no cards. Please advise..

Alternate Card Style Not Working
Bought the alternate art Den of the Bugbear when it was on sale last week. No matter how many times I've tried it does not appear in matches. Every other alternate/parrallax in the deck works. It is selected just like the other's. But the plain original appears in gameplay. Very frustrated to have spent money on this. Am very close to having the entire deck alternate/parralax. This would ruin that goal and cause me to stop spending money

Shop, Gems - quanity not showing only price
PC: In the shop for buying gems it is only displaying the cost. It is not showing how many gems you will recieve.

Neon Dynasty Preorder Bundles Not Showing
The preorder bundles for the wanderer and Kaito play are not showing in the store for preordering only the raccoon bundle is showing.

40k gold missing from my account and I haven't made any purchases lately... it was there yesterday and I logged in today and it's gone. Nothing to show where it went.

Buying card sleeves in the store fails and disappears
I bought card sleeves at the store, but the Darvriel card sleeves don't seem to have been purchased successfully. It's not in the collection and it's not in the store, so I can't buy it any more.

Add store option to buy multiple packs with coins
Please add an option in the store to allow the purchase of multiple packs with coins in one transaction. Each set release I buy 50-75 packs with coins but can buy only ONE pack per purchase, requiring 3 mouse clicks per purchase. WTF?

Rare Wildcards not being credited.
This is getting silly.
I've had this problem for quite a while. Just today I had 4 rare cards NOT being given to me after earning them during opening packs. 3 of them were from inside the packs themselves, one from the rare wheel in the top right corner. This is not a new problem for me, it's happened many times before, but 4 at once is maddening.
Is there a way to get this fixed up?

Missing promo card at 45/90 Ixalan and Rivals of Ixalan packs bundle
As soon as WotC add the opportunity to buy 45/90 packs bundle for gold, I plan to buy Ixalan and Rivals of Ixalan. But I noticed that unlike all other bundles, this bundle does not have a promo card in 45/ 90 packs bundle. Please, as you will be adding option to buy bundles for gold, also add promo cards for Ixalan block bandles, as in other bundles.
TLDR: Ixalan and Rivals of Ixalan 45/90 packs bundle in store doesnt have promo card like all other 45/90 packs bundle. Please fix.

Purchased 20 NEO Alchemy packs, became Innistrad
I purchased the new NEO Alchemy Pack deal, opened one pack, exited to post about it to my friends, reloaded the app, and now all my packs are Innistrad Alchemy.

Wrong booster reward
I bought 12 booter packs, so I decided to use the new booter opening feature of 10 packs at once, to open the other two packs afterwards.
However, the game registered the wildcard countig as if I had opened only 3 packs, not all the 12 I bought and opened right after.I have a video to prove the 12 packs opening, but it's too heavy to send it here. If needed, I can send to an email account.

Store purchase not showing in my collection. Can't be added.
Just bought a card in store and it didn't show up in my collection :(
It was resplendent marchall. The gold was substracted from my gold pile ;(

Charged for Arena Pack Deal Twice
I purchased a pack of Kamigawa Neon Dynasty from the Arena Store’s sale on 6/27 using gold. The option to buy another pack using gems was still present which I did and was charged for, but was only given one pack to open

Arena code not working
I bought two of the New Capenna Pre-Release packs, I put in both codes for my six new packs a piece, but only one of the codes worked. The other tells me it’s not valid or has been redeemed. Can you please help me. It’s only showing six packs on my Arena screen.

Bonjour
Google play me dis que mon téléphone n'est pas compatible alors que j'ai un modèle récent et que j'arrive à télécharger Magic avec Appdoid qui est un équivalent de Google play.
Et le jeux fonctionne très bien je peux y jouer sans soucis, sauf que Appdoid n'a pas toujours les dernière version et donc je ne peux pas jouer en attendant que il les aïs.Bref ce que je ne comprend pas c'est pourquoi je ne peux pas y avoir accès avec google play ?

Featured Daily Deal is a Lie
The Daily Deal makes it look like you can unlock the premium artwork for Llanowar Elves by buying the daily deal in the mobile client. It even shows the premium art when you click and hold to bring up the detailed art. But when you buy it, it flashes to the full art of the Dominaria print of Llanowar Elves. Confirmed in my collection that the art wasn't unlocked.
