How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    Compré el pase de maestría estando en el nivel 24 de la maestría gratuita, sin embargo no recibí algunas recompensas previas como recompensas de cartas. No sé si se supone que ha de ser así, pero imagino que no, ¿no?

  2. Mobile App Store not working

    I have been playing on the mobile app for around a week now, and I have been unable to access the store since day 1. I thought this was just an issue with the beta but seems others are using store just fine. I reported issue and was told to uninstall and re-download which I did. Same issue still. I was also told to report issue here if reinstalling doesn't work. I'm playing on a new galaxy note 20.

  3. opening packs

    Just tried to open 10 packs at a time for the new set (Zendikar Rising) and got an error message that packs couldnt be opened at this time, which then took me to the home screen. When I went back to check on my packs, I was short 10, but without the associated wild cards added to my library.

    Just spent 10,000 gold for nothing...

  5. Prerelease code not working?

    I bought a Kaldheim prerelease like 2 weeks ago at my lgs and arena is saying the code is invalid, and I have no idea why. I know I put the code in right, and I don’t think I have used another prerelease. I also made sure I didn’t show anyone the code, any aid that can be provided would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance, and keep up the good work! This happened on Windows 10 by the way.

    P.S. Any possibility of allowing codes to be put in on mobile in the future?

  6. Prepurchase of the Kasmina Pack Bundle problem with the payment

    At the point of verifying my payment and check out, this message popped "2001: Oh no, it looks like there was a temporary error. No funds were debited from your account. Please try again." My account has money in it of course..

  7. Buy several card packs at once.

    For example, I'm about to buy more than 130 kaldheim packs with gold... that will be 390 clicks.
    Please, consider adding in the future a way to buy a customizable number of packs at the same time.

  8. redeaming Code from Planewalker Deck Error

    i cannot redeam the code of an freshly opened planeswalker deck. deck speech is italian and it is an old jace deck from war of the spark. any suggestion what to do? i bought some planewalker displays from ravnica and wots and i hoped to use the codes in the arena?!

  9. Missing rare and mythic rare wild cards after opening packs

    I was opening M21 packs (the 50 pack bundle) and I was monitoring how many mythic rare and rare wild cards I was getting.

    Doing that monitoring I saw on the wild card section that several rares and mythic rares wild cards that I opened weren't updating the values on the wild card section.

  10. perdida de sobre de cartas

    Compre un sobre de cartas, fui a abrirlo pero salio error, me llevo a la pagina de inicio y cuando fue nuevamente a abrir mi sobre ya no estaba, por lo que fui a ver mi maso para ver si había cartas nuevas, pero no había nada.

  11. 20 gem "rare" cards don't actually give gems.

  13. Mastery Pass Pet Rewards Not Received

    Only the Rock Elemental and Ondu Elemental show up in pet selection from the Zendikar Mastery rewards. I am currently level 83 and should have several more elemental pets.

  14. card style double purchase - please refund.

    Hi there

    I just purchased the Lurrus Card Style. I didn¨t realise that i already own that card style. The system allowed me to still buy the style, that is a bug in my opinion.

    Please refund the 2000 gold spent.

  15. please make the historic anthology cards and jump start permanently available and gem purchase balance

    I want to use jumpstart and anthology cards, it is unfair that it was a limited time product that can be used in the historic format(that is growing popular by the way)by people who purchased them when they are available. They should be permanently available in the shop, along side other products that have come and gone. MTGA has had horrible business practices from the start and I would like to see them change so I can justify spending wads of cash on it. Paying upwards of 20+ dollars on gems should be giving more gems, it is unfair that…

  16. quest XP

    Hi,

    I try to optimise my daily quest and weekly quest for the mastery pass.

    I notice a problem with the XP rewards. In this screen exemple i won for the second time today (100 XP) and my eleven time this week (250 XP). I must had 350 XP and i only received 275 XP.

    That's not the first time I reported 2 other bug : I only win 500 XP on my daily quest (for a 750 XP Quest).

    I will lose my objectif of lvl 80 because of the rewards bug (I will reach only the lvl 79…

  17. mythic rare not credited

    Opened Ikoria pack. Triggered mythic rare reward. Rare card was still unrevealed. Rare card was a mythic wildcard. My total mythic wildcards only increased by one, not by two.

  18. Triome art style bugged

    I bought the art style for the tromes, however, whenever I play them, they only show as regular art style, I tried to enable the art style but nothing happen. In my deck it shows as alternate art but not in the game.

    My gem purchase goes to the drain. Please fix it.

  19. Bundles Disappeared From Store After Purchase

    I purchased the Adventure Bundle from the store with Gems, which worked fine, but when I returned to the store to purchase one of the other bundles with gold (the bundle with Narset and two other Planeswalkers) the bundles are seemingly missing. The bundle layout of the store completely changed and I'm unable to find or purchase the one I wanted anympore.

  20. Comprei um booster de "Dominaçao" e as cartas não foram para meu inventario.

    Utilizei Golds para comprar um deck de Dominação e as cartas não foram adicionadas a minha coleção. Elas Sumiram! Como resolver?
