How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  3. My Secrets of Strixhaven Preorder is missing

    My Secrets of Strixhaven Preorder is missing
    I bought the Secrets of Strixhaven Preorder from Steam on my PC.
    I received "Professor Dellian Fel sleeve" and "Abigale companion" at purchase.
    But even after at release, I have not received any other things.
    Fix this bug, please.

    2/13/2026 - Golden pack progression is not recognizing Lorwyn Eclipsed Mythic pack purchases. Tested out with regular pack purchase and that's being recorded.

  7. Wrong orb displayed when obtaining a new one

    I received an orb reward as part of the mastery track, but it displayed what looked to be a Secrets of Strixhaven ink-styled orb instead of the TMNT style orb. This is purely visual, I can still redeem the orb as normal, but it's still weird.

  8. The store is freezing up

    In the latest Android update, opening the store lags and freezes the game while loading the product images. The client must be restarted to recover.

  9. Re-add Limited Time-only sleeves to Store (Ice Age, Weathered/Old School Magic Anniversary sleeves)

    I missed the opportunities to purchase the weathered/"old school" magic anniversary sleeves (maybe only offered twice?), and the recent Ice Age sleeves added as an extra bonus for the winter anniversary sale (but not advertised). I would LOVE to purchase these old school-themed sleeves and it definitely feels bad to have missed these VERY LIMITED opportunities.

    Unless I missed an Arena news post, the Ice Age sleeves were an extra random item during the winter sale. I took time off from Arena to send more time with family and take a break from Magic during this period. For the "weathered"…

  13. Gold Pack Progression isn't going up anymore

    I purchased a Thunder Junction pack yesterday it went up. I purchased two today, and neither has counted towards the progression. I'd be at 10 if they had.

    If I could see my pack purchase history somewhere, I'd send a bunch of images referencing all that, but if I can, I don't know how, nor do I know if this has ever been fixed for anyone else.

  14. gem store empty

    When I launch MTG Arena from my desktop windows 10 computer using Steam, everything is fine except for the Gem tab in the store. This page opens and says there is nothing available to buy. I am unable to buy gems at all, as there are no gem options showing in the store at all. I am connecting from the United States on the east coast at 3/27/2026 between noon and 1 PM.

    - Verified files with steam - Found 8 corrupt files and redownloaded them

  15. Display issue in the store related to "View Deck" button

    Platform: PC.

    1) Open store, go to Decks tab
    2) There's an offer for "Foundation Deck: Brawl Heroes in a Half Shell". Click on the gem price to see details.
    3) The "Confirm Purchase" page is displayed. There is a "View Deck" button on the top right hand corner. Click on Cancel.
    4) Go to the Featured tab and click on the price of any offer. The "Confirm Purchase" page is displayed. There is a "View Deck" button on the top right hand corner which should not be there.

  16. It's not possible to get Escape Tunnel from TMNT packs

    I've opened 100 TMNT packs and have zero copies of Escape Tunnel despite it being listed as a card in the set. It seems to me this card should either not be counted as part of the set completion, or it should be possible to draw.

  17. Purchasing issue

    None of my Product code redemptions or purchases through the store on both PC and mobile ever get sent to me directly. I always have to contact Customer Support and input tickets. Not once since I made my account have I had a straight forward Redemption/Purchase. The most recent was purchasing the two pre-release bundles for TMNT on Arena. Was told it was resolved and in the future to report bugs on this reporting page. It's been 8 days since "Solved" and no product was given and I have to wait another weekend for this team to respond....

  18. Bought Packs but error occured

    I bought 6 packs through MTG arena. Gold was deducted (6000 gold) and then an error message popped out saying internal store error. I got the packs but when I tried to open them, another error popped out but had nothing written on it but a OK button. I did not get any cards, nor did the wildcard counter reflect I opened any packs.

    I get store error when trying to purchase rare or mythic wildcards that says you've already purchased this item. I've tried everything all the way up to uninstall and reinstall.
