How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. Unable to Purchase Gems with Paypal

    Unable to Purchase Gems with PayPal. Tried multiple times and the only screen that comes up is 'Just a second" with the spinning circle. Tried twice, same thing. Went into my PayPal account directly, no activity showing so far. Assuming not going through?

  6. Arena Mastery Pass Not Providing Rewards

    I purchased the Mastery Pass and didn't get a lot of the rewards. I didn't get 3 of the packs I should have gotten while progressing in the levels, I did not get any of the Mythic card rewards either, and I'm still missing 400 gems in total.

    Vous n'avez pas de probléme de conscience quand vous allez travailler tous les matins? cela ne vous dérange pas de donner une partie de votre existence au service d'une entreprise

  9. mastery orb card missing from collection

    I spent a Mastery Orb on an Overlord of the Mistmoors a few weeks ago (as you can see in the first picture, since there's no white overlord to select with my new 2nd orb).
    But if we look in my card list the card is nowhere to be found.

    And this isn't the first time, another time I got an Ocelot Pride as a reward, and it just vanished immediately, so I have no pictures to prove it. Has happened a few times, so common with rewards that it almost feel more likely that the card is missing than…

    My premium pass is not being counted, only the free one, I want my benefits if I paid for the pass, I didn't receive them from reward 5, that is, 2 premium benefits that I didn't have access to and that were mine by right

    I cannot purchase anything from the store because it get stuck on "waiting for server." I'm on a Mac and it seems like this has been an issue for years...

  14. Packs remains highlighted for preorders that cannot be opened

    It is irritating to have a menu highlighted for something I cannot affect. If it cannot be opened, it should not continue to flag the Packs selection. It is bad enough the Store is highlighted every day for the daily deals. At least those are changing. Put some thought into the mechanics of your interface, and do not simply focus on making it pretty.

  15. No puedo reclamar mis codigos de caja de presentacion de la expasion cimientos

    El errror me da cuando en MTG Arena o desde mi perfil de wizards intento canjear los codigos promocionales de 4 cajas de 5 cajas que ge comprado del pack de presentacion de la expansion cimientos. Ayer canjeé un codigo y me dieron los 7 sobres en el juego, pero cuando intento canjear los 4 restantes no me deja. Por lo que tengo entendido, existia el limite hasta 5, por lo que no entiendo porque no me deja los 4 restantes que me faltan y no han sido utilizados

  16. 対戦したりストアに入ったりするとフリーズする

    2024/9/14に、PCでアップデートをインストール後、ストアに入るたびにフリーズするようになってしまいました。
    その後、BO3で対戦中も、フリーズが起き、サイドボードになったらフリーズしてサイドチェンジが全くできませんでした。
    インストール前は全くそんなことは起きませんでした。
    対処保方法を教えてください。

  17. Pioneer mythic rare drops

    I was missing over 30 pioneer mythic rares. I spent at least 65.000 gold to buy mythic packs. After opening all of them I maybe got 2 new ones. According to the website you can get every bonus sheet mythic from store packs. Store packs don't follow the bonus sheet schedule. Is this really true?

  18. Duplicate Protection Not Working

    I purchased packs today, so this is more a problem with a money transaction order than a bug report. But, I purchased Foundations packs today and received cards that I had completed in previous sets. I now have the following.

    5 Giada, Font of Hope (4 SNC, 1 FDN)
    5 Doubling Season (2 some old set, 3 FDN)
    7 Painful Quandary (4 TBW, 3 FDN)
    7 Phyrexian Arena (4 ONE, 3 FDN)

    Support told me I needed to open a bug report, but this is something that needs fixed, else I should get a refund for my purchase.

  19. emote purchase

    Downloaded latest update on mobile, saw new sticker emotes in the Store with "6 days left" and decided to purchase. Was bamboozled when it turns out I wasn't buying new time-sensitive emotes, but actually the Aetherdrift sticker emotes that I had been avoiding up until now. Lost 6K gold to this visual bug. Would have sucked to lose actual Gems like I'm sure someone will.

  20. wild cards received not counted

    I received 4 packs at the end of the march 2025 season, opened them and visually received 3 wild cards inside, but it didnt add them to my total wild cards count on top of the screen.
