1. Product Suggestion

   I'm starting a new support ticket, because after supposedly being escalated I've received no responses or status updates to ticket ID #2037042. And my requests for update have been ignored for 3 days. If this is a "bug", then just set me up with the gems and gold to recreate my card assets on my new account!!! And then kill this account. I'm not asking for something for nothing. I'm just asking to have a usable account with the assets in which I have heavily invested. I own ALL [4x] cards from the start of Arena through Core Set 2021, and about half the cards from the Standard 2022 sets. Plus what you see in gold, gems, and wildcards in the attached screenshot. My new test account is Niklaus#51083.

   Why are you making me wait for a week with the hopes of a fix?!? Below was the last response.

   I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. Unfortunately, we cannot transfer anything but gems and gold to other accounts, so we will not be able to transfer any of your cards or cosmetic items to your new account.

   As stated on the MTG Arena Status Page, we are aware of some widespread connection issues caused by our update yesterday and we are monitoring the issue. It's possible that some part of the update is preventing your account from connecting normally to matches, and. Unfortunately since this is occurring on a specific account and not caused by your WiFi or data connection, we do not have any troubleshooting steps for thisspecific issue at this time.

   Since you have requested for this issue to be escalated, I am

2. Reward Card Pool suggestion

   The reward card pool of the daily wins is exclusively set to standard cards only as a reward.

   But what about the other cards? Are you considering to expand the card pool with the historic set cards aswell? Or let us choose which card pool we want rewards from.

   Meant sets from historic:
   M21, Ikoria, TBD, Eldraine, M20, War of Spark, Ravnica Allegiance, Guilds of Ravnica, M19, Dominaria, Rivals of Ixalan, Ixalan, Amonkhet, Kaladesh

3. Integrate store pre-release with an arena option, so we can still play pre-release during COVID.

   Hi,

   I am in Melbourne Australia and once again a lock down has prevented us playing at pre release.

   It would be great if the store could sell us physical packs (pre release sealed packs) and we get a unique code to use on arena. This could be a different code for each event. This code would allow us to play a sealed event on arena (don't keep the virtual cards).

   We could play sealed games against other people who play at the store. So just moving it online. This would allow the event to continue over our Melbourne lockdown event.

   An option like this would also allow FNM to go ahead as well.

   Your stores are still supported. Players still get physical cards from the store but they get the excitement of the event and play with people they know IRL.

   Alternatively, with physical pre release purchase packs, you could include a unique code, that enables the purchaser to play in one event per pack purchase. These could be live all weekend for 24 hours a day. The same for FNM. Physical store bought cards also have a code from the store to play this event virtually.

   I'm not sure if you have something like this already. But it would be amazing.

4. Auto-tapper sucks

   I really wish we could turn off the auto-tapper on Android. Or turn on the confirmation of auto-tap. I've lost way too many games to the game tapping in ways that make no sense based on what I have on the battlefield or in hand.

5. Elspeth didnt select

   Playing a Brawl match. Opponent house out Pridemate (3 mana) & Vorinclex (7 mana). I played Elspeth and no option was given to select just moved to the attack phase.

6. Choice of opponent

   We can’t report every unsportsmanlike player, but I wonder if on the matchup screen we could opt to mulligan our opponent. I’ve played the same bad players (roping, over-emoting, mocking) that take away from my enjoyment. I know I can mute them, but I’d rather swipe left upon recognition of the username if you catch my drift. If they treat every opponent the same, soon enough more players would choose to skip them as opponents in random matchups.

8. Bug Regarding counters and copy abillities

   Had a Land creature made by "Emergent Sequence" enter the Battlefield as a
   0/0 with two +1/+1 counters on it. (2/2 total)
   I then played a "Primal empathy"
   Next turn "Primal empathy" triggered to make the land creature a 0/0 with 3 +1/+1 counters (3/3 total)
   I played "Tanazir Quandrix" and target land to double his counters, now at 6 total.
   The following turn I played "Echoing Equation" and target "Tanazir Quandrix" to have my 0/0 Land creature with 6 +1/+1 counters become a copy of targeted creature.

   At this point, the land creature became a copy of Tanazir, however it did not change it's power and toughness.
   I had a 0/0 Tanazir with 6 +1/+1 counters for a total of 6/6 instead of a 4/4 tanazir with 6 +1/+1 counters for a total of 10/10.

   Had a Land creature made by "Emergent Sequence" enter the Battlefield as a

9. Bug: Crackle With Power did not resolve

   Opponent was tapped out, had 13 life left, I selected 3 to pay for Crackle with Power to use 11 mana, it cast, did not do the damage and went straight to the graveyard without any interaction from the opponent, losing me the game

11. Historic Brawl Starting Life

    With Historic Brawl being 100 cards now, it seems like a natural step to increase the starting life total. Ideally 40 life would be nice to take steps to be more in line with Commander. I would like to see it be at least 30 though.

12. Unplayable due to bug

    On the laptop version (Macbook Pro) the game now requires double clicks to interact with the cards causing misplays and unusable abilities. For instance, Fabled Passage will not keep the "Activate Ability" button open long enough to click to activate the sacrifice. I conceded because the game is unplayable this way, at least on the laptop.

13. Jace, Wielder of Mysteries - enchantment replacement, with opposite effect

    I recently brainstormed a nice blue/black deck together.
    It rests on drawing lots of cards, and having no maximum hand size.

    Now, I know what the perfect card is to go with this deck.
    And that's Jace, Wielder of Mysteries.
    More specifically, the passive ability.

    But there are two issues I have, with using this card:

    First of all, let me put it straight here: I... HATE... PLANESWALKERS.
    So much, that I REFUSE to even add them to my deck.
    They are allways broken, and got nothing but win conditions as abilities.
    Which cost no mana!
    Just.. free mana exploitation. Broken and overpowered.
    I played before these accursed things came to life.
    And Magic, was still Magic, back then.
    Ever since these clowns started popping up, everyone starts using them.
    Why?
    Because ability 1 is: win condition
    Ability 2 is: opponent can't even do a thing anymore.
    And their last ability is: Exile your opponent.

    Yes... exile the person. Not their deck.
    Exile opponent, their past, their loved ones, and anyone who came into contact with them.

    My sense of honor stands above these lowly cards.
    And you will find exactly 0 of those win condition cards in any of my decks.
    If I win a game, it will be because I played Magic: The Gathering.
    Not "hurtstone, the cubecrawl offenders".
    So, get that filth out of my sight.

    So that is reason one: Not using it, because it is one of "those".

    Reason two, is also riding on my honor.
    The text implying: "your library is empty, you win the game."
    Is too easy, and too lowly to execute.
    Anyone can do that.
    Takes no effort, no brain, no sweat.
    "You win the game" conditions, are also no longer magic: the gathering.
    I mean, did black Lotus ever have such idiotic rules?
    No, it was powerful, broken even.
    But at least you had to work for it.

    So...
    Now to the topic at hand:

    I am interested in an ability, that says the complete opposite;
    "Having no cards in your library, does not make you lose the game"

    BAM! Suddenly you got a good card.
    It lets you draw cards at your leasure, and even makes deck millers think twice about what to do now.
    And notice how it says: "it will not make you lose, from being out of cards."
    So that means, that both players are still in the game.
    And lethal damage to your health, WILL still kill you.

    Suddenly, less overpowered, and much more likeable.

    To make it even better:
    Turn this card, into an enchantment.
    No lousy planeswalkers, no additional abilities.

    Just an enchantment, with this rule.
    Which suddenly makes it a much more easy target as well.
    Most decks got enchantment removal, so you're in danger for those.
    If that enchantment is gone, you WILL lose the game from drawing no card at your upkeep.

    Now THAT, is what is a magic card, worthy of being implemented.

    And then, I can finally add another card, I wanted to use in this deck;
    "Ormos, archive keeper"
    Which is a 6 mana drop flyer, that gets stronger from drawing no cards.
    Suddenly, you got a great combo.
    Which you will have to fight for.
    As now both an enchantment, AND a creature card (which is even legendary - so only 1 on the board) are in danger.
    1 removal card doing it's thing unhindered, and you're in trouble.

    Make me that card, Wizards;
    An enchantment, for maybe 5 up to 8 mana.
    With the only ability;
    "Drawing cards while you have no library, will not make you lose the game."

14. Cards in draft lose text

    Cards in draft lose text and have unusual mana costs. Numbers such as pack, pick, and deck size do not change. Clicking on the deck box to see the deck stats disables your ability to make picks.

15. Please stop breaking the log with patches!

    Please communicate with mod developers about changes to the log format before you release patches that break 3rd party products like 17lands.

    Tracking our stats is important to many players.

    I'll take a break until it gets fixed, otherwise I'd be spending gems...

16. Bug/Product Suggestion

    1.  Anytime i play a card with "adventure". 
       

    2.   Android
       

    3.  When i go to play a card with adventure, both cards options pop up like always and im unable to select which option to choose. It just sits there until i run out of time and i quit out of the game. 
       

    4.  Im able to select either the adventure option or Creature drop

17. New Account, No Starter Cards BUG

    New Account, No Starter Cards after tutorial.

    1. When creating a new account and installing the game for the first time, losing internet connection seemed to have made me skip the tutorial. That seems to be the condition to produce the bug.

    2. I'm on Windows 10.

    3. The result is that after going into "replay the tutorial" and completing the color challenge I don't have enough cards to play. I only have the new cards from the color challenge.

    4. I would expect to have at least one playable deck at this point.

    5. Restarting the game seems to fix this issue. (This is just my opinion but this might deter new players if not fixed)

18. Bring Unfinity to Arena with mini games and wacky stuff!

    I would love to see Arena exclusive cards in Unfinity set which make use of the engine, like mini games and such. You could start a game of Pong all of a sudden with your opponent or add stuff on the board which you can interact with. Think of a card that shoots projectiles on random spots on the board and if they hit any permanent they got destroyed. Or your permanents getting frozen and you have to keep clicking/tapping them to break the ice in order to use them again. Or a time bomb puzzle which has to be cracked within the time limit while still playing your turn. Only your imagination is the limit! Please go crazy with this!

19. Blocking Order

    Opponent attacked with a Watcher of the Spheres with Staggering Insight attached. Declared 3 blockers - 1 Youthful Valkyrie and 2 Righteous Valkyrie. Prior to damage step, opponent set blocking order and Youthful Valkyrie appeared on the far left, Righteous Valkyries on the right. Fight as One was cast on the Youthful Valkyrie; however during damage step, the first creature attacked was top Righteous Valkyrie in their stack, even though it wasn't ordered as the first target.
