How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Mobilized freezes my mobile game
The game freezes everytime my mobilized creatures are sacrificed. If I do the repair, it fixes it for the game but the time laps makes me loose the game. I am not even able to concede because of the frozen game.

frequent crashes during battle
on android, since the last update card graphics freeze during battle, while the background animations remain active, as do the timeout animations. the screen stops responding to user input in some cases, but allows you to open the men and concede in others. this happens in over 50 percent of matches

Daily wins and ranking not working
The daily wins don't seem to count, they don't progress anything. I've won at least four games now, my rank did not change and I received no credit towards daily or weekly wins.

not getting daily quest
I have been playing for two weeks now and have not got a single daily quest so far. The timer expires and nothing happens. Wotc support havent done anything about my ticket regarding this matter, btw.

bug: client refusing to begin games
5 games in a row the MTGA client refuses to allow me or my opponent to begin the game. Player.log attached.

Game doesn't start
After deciding first player, match doesn't start. Timer continues but never ends.

Keep freezing after casting spell or someone counters spell
This has happend 5 times today where when i play a sorcery or an instant itll freeze not letting anything happen. Itll used the timer and still not do anything. I try resetting the game itll load the game back up and itll still be at the same point not being able to do anything.after each time it does this it reset my progress bar back to one as if i havent won any games for that tier. Idk if you guys are able rewatch my games because i dont have screenshot of it.

Game becomes comoletely unresponsive
Game doesn't let me interact after combat and after certain triggers. I haven't lost internet connection but there's nothing I can do but watch my timer go down. I've waited when this has happened twice now and the game doesn't respond whatsoever. Running on Android and it's only happened since the most recent update. Fix plz

Map Bug
Playing on mobile. When I use map token screen for discarding or keeping top card doesn't pop up, or cancel button etc, I can do nothing and I lose the game due to timeout.

Games freezing
my matches keep freezing after deciding to keep the hand. Neither me nor my opponent get to play the first move, the timer runs out and then the client freezes or crashes

My victories are not being counted
I won the 3 midweek matches and won a best of 3 ranked. And no victory was counted, and the mission that I would have already finished remains zeroed

Game freezes on cast or attack animation
When casting a spell and it goes to the stack, or during attack animations the game freezes and timer starts running out. I am unable to do anything and have to restart and rejoin the match

Matches freezing mid-game
Since the last update on February 24th, I've been having trouble playing. Matches constantly freeze mid-action, making it impossible to continue. I must have tried playing around 10 matches today, and this happened in 4 of them. This occurred in both standard ranked matches and duels with starter decks. I tried disconnecting from the game and rejoining the match twice on one occasion, but I remained frozen (it wasn't an internet outage, as the opponent continued to communicate). pioneer bo3 ranked not giving progress on the ladder or contributing towards daily quests. I played 3 games on android this morning and nothing.

Game not working 28.12.25
Games either do not queue at all, or eventually load and neither player is showed a hand or any sort of timer. Concede button does not work. I have tried the 'Repair game files' option. I have checked the 'Status' page (which claims there are no incidents reported. I have tried using a VPN to use servers in different countries and on different continents. Nothing works. The game is apparently not functioning at all.

MTG Arena on Desktop not loading opponents
Whenever attempting to play in Standard, matching with an opponent was previously taking forever. Now when matched, the cards fail to load and you cannot concede the match to leave. Card numbers load as 999. After waiting a couple of minutes and failing to load the decks, the timer counts down for the player.
- Steps to reproduce: attempt to play a standard casual match, best of 1
- This is on a PC
- Match takes forever to find opponent and then fails to load the deck
- Should pop up hand for game to play or mulligan

Unable to start match
Last 6 or 7 attempts to join a ranked Standard best of 1 failed. It usually just stayed on “waiting for opponent”, but once entered the match and let me choose to keep my hand. It then began my timer without starting my turn. I clicked an emote and it left the match. Another time I saw the match screen with no mulligan choice or anything else happening. Repairing game files did not work.

Blocked numbers and words
The words and numbers are blocked out. Help please
It happened after the last update. Its impossible to play when all the numbers and some text is gone. Playing on an android phone which worked perfectly yesterday.12 votes -
Game is hanging for no reason
Get your **** show in order WOTC. I have spent money in good faith that the product you offer will work correctly. I have started 7 total games today and 5 of the 7 have been with 3 separate decks. The first deck froze two times out of 3 games when all I did was tap to activate an earthbent Fabled Passage. In both games.
The next deck, froze once and finished one.
3rd deck if froze two consecutive games around turn 5. All the freezes have taken place after stabilizing or when I am attacking in with lethal trying…12 votes -
