How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

  3. Resolution always defaults to 3840x2160 on Mac

    Hi,
    I've found that Arena works a lot smoother on my Mac Mini M1 when the graphics are set to a lower resolution. However, every game it defaults back to 3840x2160 - every time! Is there something that can be done to fix this, I just want it to save the resolution as 2560x1440 and keep it that way, any ideas?

  4. when challenging a friend in brawl, match will get stuck in an endless countdown loop

    When playing friendly brawl, the game will begin the countdown, but when timer hits zero, instead of starting the match it starts counting up and gets stuck. Restarting the match lobby or the game doesn't always resolve the issue. Used to only happen maybe 30% of the time, but now it's doing it almost half the time.

  5. high noon

    Unless I'm mistaken, when you remove a card from play, its effect should end unless the card specifically states otherwise (for example, lasting until the end of the turn).

    Recently, I played against a player using High Noon, which correctly limited me to casting only one spell per turn. However, when I used that one spell to cast Boomerang Basics, I expected the effect to end until they played the enchantment again (if they choose to do so) on their next turn.

    That was not the outcome during a recent game, leaving me feeling disheartened and frustrated. Please clarify this…

  6. Bug interaction between oko and nadu

    Nadu should give all my creatures ‘When this creature becomes the target of a spell put a land into play or draw a card’. Oko makes a creature an elk that loses all abilities. The oko ability seems to supersede Nadu, so that targeting the elk doesn't trigger Nadu's ability.

  7. Kona, Rescue Beastie

    Frankly supprised you never banned kona after the whole abuello's debacle when kona is creating the same kind of horible gameplay. where you have to sit around and wait while cycling thorugh 185 different priority checks. (that you cant skip without tapping out and playing whatever interaction you have (and need to save for the 1 or 2 wincons) and this is my biggest issue, you liable to time out from priority checks long before you need to cast the interaction costing you the win you might otherwise deserve.

    just get of omniscience allready. its never gonna make for good…

  9. Overwhelming splendor not disabling ability of Harbinger of the seas

    Just had a game where I had Overwhelming Splendor on the table.
    Opponent casts Harbinger of the Sea.

    The Overwhelming Splendor should've cancelled all abilities of the Harbinger.
    But yet - all my nonbasic lands turned into Islands.
    It is still being turned into a 1/1 creature, but the the ability isn't suppressed.

    I can find one other report of the Harbinger ability not being disabled - Almost a year old - this time by being enchanted with "unable to scream".
    So the problem seems to be with the Harbinger ability overriding disabling effects.

  12. Quest progress is not reflected due to incorrect translation

    The translation of the requirements for the Winter Achievement quest "Celebration Feast" is incorrect. It should probably be "food," not "treasure." Because of this mistake, I couldn't complete the quest no matter how many times I tried, and it took a really long time. It's awful. Please fix it.

Its been shown that daily and weekly battle pass **** just makes poeple feel like its work instead of fun, it definitely makes me want to plsy less but once you get the Mastery Pass if you don't do at least the weekly it feels like a waste of money. DO BETTER WotC

  15. Sothera, Valgavoth, Terror Eater, and Hexproof

    My opponent has Valgavoth, Terror Eater on the board with Swiftfoot Boots attached. On the board I have 5 creatures as well as Sothera, the Supervoid. I have a 3/3 creature attack, which is blocked by Valgavoth (killing it), but they did not have to exile Valgavoth.

    My understanding of the rules is as follows, please let me know if I have something wrong.
    - Blocking my creature caused damage which kills it, moving to the next step of going to the graveyard. If it had not died at this step, it would never engage going to the graveyard

  17. Sunderflock alternate art + Cavern of Souls

    Was recently in a game where an opponent was playing an elementals deck with quite a few alternate arts applied. They also had Cavern of Souls, and normally when a spell is cast with cavern you will see the art have a red outline when on the stack, to indicate that it cannot be countered. However, at least with the Sunderflock alternate art, there was no such border.

  18. Valkyrie's Call interaction with Infernal Vessel

    Platform: Steam
    Steps: Have Valkyrie's Call and Infernal Vessel on the battlefield. Kill Infernal Vessel 2+ times.
    Result: Infernal Vessel dies and is returned to the battle as an Angel. Infernal Vessel dies again and is returned to the battlefield as a Demon, but not an Angel. Infernal Vessel dies again and is returned to the battlefield as an Angel, but not a Demon. This loops.
    Expected results: Infernal Vessel dying as an Angel should return it as an Angel Demon and if it dies again it should be put into the graveyard.
    Pls fix.

  19. Saheeli Incorrectly copying celestial colonnade

    If you transform Celestial Colonnade into an 4/4 elemental with vigilance/flying and then use Saheeli Sublime Artificer to change a servo into the elemental celestial colonnade, it will turn into only the land. If it is a copy, it should have all characteristics of the original, including the creature portion.

    Noticed on PC, powered cube.

    in the french description of Huartli, Radiant Champion, the ultimate (-8) is
    french: “à chaque fois qu'un artefact […] devient engagé”
    translate as “whenever an artifact […] is tapped […]”
    this rule is wrong
    it should be “whenever a creature enter the battlefield
