How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Time to do all actions are to low. Animations and forced priority passes consumes a lot of time

    I'm playing omniscience draft and am experiencing a lot of problems with the timers.
    - There are a LOT of game actions in this format
    - The board gets cluttered really fast. More sprites = lagging.
    - Due to waterbending all players constantly have actions to do, which consumes timer when having to pass on every game action the opponent do. Thus, it is not possible to accumulate additional game timers. Even when autopassing this will not work as for every new action opponent do I still have to actively pass.

    There are 3 key features to MMR:
    -Rating (skill level)
    -Rating Deviation (confidence in rating)
    -Volatility (consistency)

    I am rather good at magic, i played a lot. Rating would be high.
    I have been playing MTGA a lot. Deviation would be low.
    I make a lot of custom decks. Volatility is high.

    I would like to complain about my MMR. It doesn't move fast enough for my new decks. Not only is deviation not moving my MMR, the system updates in 24 hours to a week. Volatility is not high enough for my playstyle.

  3. Mythweaver Poq is a problem

    Mythweaver Pow is clearly causing a lot of problems. Just ban him already. He's broken and causes incredibly one sided games that are incredibly unfun.

  4. Delighted Halfling mana not being used correctly in combination with Rattleclaw Mystic

    I had a Delighted Halfling and a facedown Rattleclaw Mystic in play. I turned Rattleclaw Mystic face-up (the auto-tap used both of my red sources for some reason which is not the issue I'm reporting but still stupid when I had multiple blue and green sources). I then proceeded to cast Loot, the Pathfinder. I wanted to use Loot's red activation (deal 3 damage), so I tapped my Delighted Halfling to pay for the red mana in Loot's casting cost (so the red from Rattleclaw Mystic would still be available after Loot entered).   5. Turncoat Kunoichi failed to visually return Restless Razorkin to battlefield

    During a game of Standard Brawl, opponent exiled my Restless Razorkin with Turncoat Kunoichi without paying the Sneak cost.
    I airbent the Turncoat and other creatures with Avatar's Wrath. I didn't see Razorkin return to the battlefield but was able to attack with and trigger the Razorkin on subsequent turns.
    Opponent recast Turncoat and I was able to see my tapped Razorkin still attached to the Turncoat as though it was exiled. Opponent also exiled my Haliya with the same turncoat.
    I later cast Day of Judgement, killing the Turncoat. My Haliya returned normally but Razorkin was still visibly attached…

  6. Bug paso asignacion de daño de combate

    Después de las últimas actualizaciones note una falla en el paso de asignación de daño de combate.
    Es decir, si yo bloqueo con dos criaturas a una, luego de de abrir la ventana para lanzar hechizos, sigue la asignación de daño, ejemplo a cual de las dos criaturas va a dañar primero.
    Una vez asignada esa distribución de daño (el juego te posicionaba de izquierda a derecha cual era el orden de criaturas a recibir daño, eso no esta pasando, DEBERÍA abrirse una nueva ventana para responder con hechizos o habilidades, pero eso no esta sucediendo.

  7. Hydroponics Architect and Revealed Cards

    If a revealed card in the library is perpetually modified by Hydroponics Architect, the perpetual modification part is also revealed.

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Reveal cards in your library (I used Duskwatch Recruiter to reveal the whole thing; more lands being revealed increases the likelihood to reproduce).
    2. Attack with Hydroponics Architect.

    When browsing the library, it now shows which land is being perpetually modified to be an island despite us not deserving to know this.

    Usually what happens is that this reveal happens because of Brainstorm. But that needs chance to reproduce.

  8. Elenda hexproof working incorrectly in brawl

    When playing an opponent, I used a creature with deathtouch to block an opponents Elanda, Saint of dusk. It had no items equipped and the opponent had no enchantments or auras or creature abilities active to prevent death touch from working. The opponents elanda was not destroyed twice when battling creatures with deathtouch, and contributed to my loss significantly.

  9. Zimone, Quandrix Prodigy

    I lay a land down on turn

    activate zimone, quandrix prodigy's first power (extra land)
    attempt to play Kazandu Mammoth, but the option to play it as a land is disabled

    I happened to have a Druid Class out (Level 1)

    I upped it to level 2 and it does allow the Kazandu Mammoth to be played as a land

  10. Here and tectonic hazard don’t work together

    Ojer and tectonic hazard don’t work together. Ojer says if a red source would deal non combat damage less than piers power it deals piers power instead. Tectonic hazard is a red source, and it just does 1 damage.

  11. White challenge 4 sticks after I defended bots first attack with a 1/1 double strike and enchantment counter of +2/+2.

    Issue is in the title. Game freezes when, during white challenge 4, I destroy opponents 1/6 creature with a 1/1 creature with double strike and +2/+2 enchantment on it.

  13. random freezes

    I have been experiencing random freezes where the game completely locks up lately, I don't know whats causing it as I usually have to do a cold reboot to fix the problem. The other thing is if you are trying to force a game loss don't be so obvious about it, my last game 3 mulligans in I finally got a new hand first 3 were exactly the same.

    Opponent played Kinbinding enchantment. I played Louisoix's Sacrifice in response. Spell was not countered, despite being a noncreature spell

  15. Derevi

    I got a Problem, when i Hit with derevi, i want to untap or tap target lands, the thing is, there's no way to see when you want to tap a land, because they are in straigh line and when you target one, they doesnt separate, just stay there, then u dont know wich you target, please fix this. it's nearly impossible to identify the stack tap and untap lands opponents control when derevi. ( same lands )

  16. Brawl gameplay freezes up

    When I start a game on my android phone, Arena will select an opponent but the game freezes before the initial hands are dealt. The only option is to choose to concede to exit, otherwise the game freezes at this point. It will go through the timer and warnings but nothing else seems to work

    Playing under windows ... game isn't loading correctly today. Saw this error on log.... (attached)

  18. Oponente não confirma a mão e não sai da tela de carregamento

    O jogo encontra uma partida, porém após eu informar que irei jogar com a mão mostrada, fico aguardando a confirmação do oponente e apesar do tempo da ampulheta esgotar, nada muda.
    Já ocorreu o mesmo erro com mais de um adversário e o problema começou a acontecer hoje à tarde. 28/12

  19. Sparky Stuck Thinking

    Playing a game of Vs. Bot with a preconstructed deck. I have 2 Dawnwing Marshals in play, one of which is equipped with Goldvein Pick. I also have Dauntless Veteran and a 1/1 Frenzied Goblin. I have 11 mana open. Sparky has Ilysian Caryatid, Treetop Warden, Generous Stray, and Rumbling Baloth in play, and 14 green mana open. Sparky plays an Affectionate Indrik, then is unable to select a target for its ability. I have been waiting for Sparky to select a target for Indrik to fight for 10 minutes.

    Is what I get in the logs over and over, matches never get past mulligan.

    Posted a request earlier, but then looked at the logs and this is the problem it seems.
