How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Bug report: Game crash
1. Crashed on opponents card play of "Secrets of the Key"
after I restarted the game and rejoined I played black land but the land cant tap. (Quick draft innistrad midnight hunt)

Path to the world tree does not allow triggered ability
After playing path to the world tree and having world tree on the battlefield allowing all lands to tap for any color, I could not activate path to the world tree's ability.

error with
Was just in a game where I attacked with a creature and did damage to opponents creature. After combat phase, I played the go-shintai of hidden cruelty. It did not allow me to select the creature that had 1 toughness at end step. This has happened to me twice .. Opponents creature had 1 toughness after damage and at end step it did nothing on the first time it happened. On the second time, it killed my creature and not opponent creature with 1 damage left... would like to file for compensation for both times it did not allow me…

Planeswalker loyalty ability being countered
During a match (system is android) I targeted an opponent using "Chandra, Dressed to Kill's" +1 ability for one damage. The opponent had "Valkmyra, Protector's Shield" in play. I did not have enough man's to pay the penalty, and Chandra's ability was counted. She did not gain her loyalty counter. This is an incorrect interaction; the activation cost is adding the loyalty counter and that should occur regardless of whether or not the ability resolved.

Crashing is out of control on iOS/iPad after Kamigawa Neon update
Before Neon I figured out a workaround for crashing in my iPad. I’d play 2 or 3 games, quit, and then start up Arena again. Most of the time I could actually play for an hour or so without crashing — if I made sure to quit. (If I forgot to quit then it’d usually crash during the 4th game.) But after downloading the Neon update my game now crashes during the first or second game.
On top of that, it now takes three minutes (not an exaggeration) to log in so it’s impossible to log in fast enough after…

Crash continuously
Can u play normally ?to me it blocks like every couple of games I can’t event complete sometimes a best of 3 game frustrating on iOS

Creatures moving on triggered abilities and targeting
When abilities get triggered or selecting creatures with a triggered abilities, creatures move around, often putting them where other creatures used to be. This makes it so targeting specific creatures (especially with with damaging abilities to be more inaccurate). This is an issue that has existed from the beginning of arena, but is more pronounced with mobile as distance between cards and board is much smaller.
The end results is targeting the same creature twice (dealing 2 damage to a 1 toughness creature), targeting the wrong creature, and ultimately going from winning to losing (especially if they get triggered abilities…

product suggestion
give us the ability to block other players that have displayed pissant poor sportsmanship like bobicus and tayman31 among literally 100s of others .. they would rather let the game time out when losing then just conceding.

Sideboard disappeared during Premier Draft
I'd like to report a bug I experienced while playing traditional draft (NEO). In match 1 after game 1 while I attempted to make changes to my deck the sideboard disappeared. This is very frustrating because I don't know what triggers the bug and I couldn't improve my deck, it created a competitive disadvantage vs my opponents. Eventually it made me lose the match and made the playing experience very unfun. I'd like to request a refund of this event. Please see screenshot attached for proof.

Played premier draft on Arena (pc) and during the match played the kami war and when it was a creature my oponent used the fall of lord konda on it and it exiled when it was o-Kagachi made manifest who has a mana value of 0 and should not be able to be targeted by the fall of lord konda, that requires mana value of 4 or more. Was way ahead when this happened and ended losing the match and the whole draft. Not fun loosing tho a cheat. Need a compensation but it is really hard to contact somebody…

The Kami War-second act bug (exile instead of bounce)
My opponent played The Kami War and bounced My Scrapyard Steelbreaker during a Premier Draft with the second act of the saga. Instead of returning to my hand, the Scrapyard Steelbreaker was exiled. Obviously this has an impact on the results of the game.

Raze the Effigy Miscasts on Artifact Creatures
Raze the Effigy appears to decide whether it's 'destroying an artifact' or buffing a creature based on its target. However, with artifact creatures, it destroys them, rather than buffing them.
Please give the option to select either 'destroy an artifact' or buff a creature when raze the effigy is played (similar to how abrade currently works).

Fierce Retribution
Fierce Retribution destroys a [tapped and attacking] creature rather than an [attacking] creature. Fix the text or fix the gameplay.
