How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. Broken graphics

    The 'right' and 'left' buttons on the main screen are broken and look like random noise. I think the screen dots below the main graphic are wrong as well. It just started today (12/14/2022).

  3. Graphics Settings Not Saving

    I am playing MTG Arena on PC (Windows 10). I have consistently been experiencing issues where MTG Arena will not save the selected display resolution size. My display has a default resolution of 2560x1440px, however I am trying to run MTG Arena in Fullscreen 1600x900px to be easier on my computer. When I apply the setting to go to 1600x900px, the game eventually (usually within minutes, while in matches or adjusting decks or doing anything) reverts to 2560x1440px, despite me not adjusting this setting. I was wondering if there is any way to fix this issue?

  4. Adam Paquette planet lands have white border instead of black one In-Game

    I recently bnught the Adam Paquette planets lands, I think they look very beautiful and unique but I noticed a bug.
    When I bought them the bottom border was shown as black and in my collection too, but when I'm in game that border is white, which looks a bit ugly imo. I've taken two screenshots, this is the case for all 5 colors lands.

  6. Apple password suggested fill kicks me off the app now

    Since the latest update 13 December 2022, clicking the ‘passwords’ suggestion to access my password fault and choose the correct password on my iPhone results in the screen going blank and then kicking me off the app. This never used to be a problem and I can still go copy the password first and then paste it into the app but it’s annoying.

  8. Which event is being disrupted?

    After the recent update that enabled an Inbox, one of my messages said that an upcoming event would be disrupted.

    The problem is, there's no mention of which event or of which type it was!

    I don't know if it was a Traditional Standard or Premier Draft or what have you.

    Basically, this message means nothing except that I should be concerned about joining any events at all.

    Please proofread your messages before sending them out to the general public, this is really sloppy (coming from a software dev, and we're notoriously sloppy, lol)

  9. доступ запрещен

    Здравствуйте! После сегодняшнего обновления я не могу зайти в игру, пишет "Для осуществления этого действия у вас неподходящая роль. доступ запрещён - у вас нет разрешения на подключение".
    Скриншот прилагаю.
    Как будто меня забанили, но непонятно за что. Письма на почту не приходило. Помогите пожалуйста восстановить доступ.

  11. Bug/Product Suggestion Title

    1.   1.)Open "Magic" application
      
         2.)After finishing loading thee application the UI has an unknown symbol on the 
          top right next to the gear/cog symbol.
      
        3.)Android has no simple method for users to input distributed codes.
      
    2.   Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)

    3.   Unknown "actual" result(s).
        Experiencing extremely difficult technical difficulties
      
    4.   Expected results of this feature is to mimic the simplicity and program that is used 
         on PC.
      
         Expected to have code entry on mobile since it has already been implemented on 
         PC.

    6.   May you please inform me how to better address these bugs

  13. Latest decklists link

    The latest decklists advertisement on the main homepage doesn't link anywhere. I have clicked it a million times and it just does nothing. All the other pages on the scrolling main window at least open a browser, although several of those lead to 404 not found web addresses also.

  14. Sleeve missing, other old problems.

    hi, as per the file, the bro sleeve, purchased with the mastery, is missing: as a network system administrator, I think the pointer to the file in the database is missing.
    Also, almost every time you open a booster pack, you don't see cards below 4 in your summary, so you don't know when you have a boost in your collection.

  15. Unable to login

    1. Steps : I run the app on my IPhone. The loading screen start and then a message is displayed and can’t connect to the game.
    2. I am currently playing on IPhone.
    3. I can’t connect to the game or play.
    4. I want to be able to connect and play.
    5. I added screenshots Ps: I tried almost any way possible to work around this and nothing seem to work

  19. connectivity

    Hi,

    I have good internet but the game suddenly lost connectivity. I was waiting more than a minute to find another player to play a draft match, but it was taking that long that I restarted the game. When I finally got back in, I had an extra game lost on the draft which I even didn't enter. Could it be possible remove that lost from the draft?
