How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos

ICR rewards from Mastery Pass not received
I am currently not receiving ICR rewards from the Mastery Pass or at least they do not pop up and are not shown as NEW in the collection.
I am currently Level 20 at the MID Pass and should have received 2 Uncommon and 2 Mythic ICRs.16 votes -
Not able to add standard legal version of esika's chariot
I have been sitting here for 30 min trying to figure out how to add the standard legal version of esika's chariot that I crafted a playset of to my greasefang deck. No matter how I search it only shows the redesigned version available to me and makes my deck invalid. I can find the normal version in my collection but it won't let me put it in a deck. Please help getting frustrated as I spent all my wildcards building a deck I can't even build.

PROBLEM WITH DECKS, BOTH CREATION AND DISAPPEARANCE
ALL MY LATEST DECKS CREATED FOR ACCURACY 3 ARE GONE. I TRIED TO MODIFY OTHER DECKS BUT IT DOESN'T STORE THE CHANGES, I TRIED TO REBUILD THE LOST DECKS BUT IT DOESN'T STORE THE CHANGES OF CREATING NEW DECKS

Mastery XP Card Rewards Not Being Received
After completing level 80 of the most recent mastery tree (D&D Mastery), I did not receive the Mythic Card reward, and have not received any of the uncommon card rewards since. (I am now on level 94 of the mastery tree.) There doesn't appear to be an issue with the XP wheels themselves. I am granted the correct amount of points, and it does roll over to the next mastery tree level, but without releasing card rewards. Please help!

Cards not received
There are cards I have not received. I purchased planeswalkers package for 4000 coins in the daily deals a few days past and never got my green shrine from the mastery tree second slot. I also purchased environmental sciences from daily deals and never received it. I use iOS . Play mobile . I get the same results every time I purchase deals. Why am I not getting the cards? Why is are my coins gone if I didn’t get them? The four planeswalkers were from kamigawa . Tezeret and 3 others. There are no work around. Please give me…

Can not used land art that I have purchased
I have purchased The unique art for Hive of the Eye Tyrant and Hall of the Storm Giant. I, however cannot equip the art I have bought and cannot use these unique lands.

Ban Golos in Historic Brawl
With Golos now even banned in Commander!!! it shows that he is cleary to strong and no fun.
When he is banned in Commander where the powerlevel is so much higher, isnt there a good point of finaly ban him in historic brawl too ?
As Historic Brawl in Arena has no ladder, its basicly a "fun" mode to play so one commander where the best way is to "leave" should not exist.17 votes -
Card purchased in daily deals with coins removed not showing as purchased
Purchased Voice of the Blessed thru Daily Deals and it's not showing as owned/collected. Coins were removed from my account. I've been waiting so long for this card :(playing on iOS -- screenshots attached

Wildcard Redemption Error
Wildcard Redeem Error. Cannot redeem wildcards with the following error, "Wildcard redemption failed: unable to contact server" and "Network error: unable to redeem wildcard. Please try again later.", dispite having the available wildcards.

Unable to remove Esika's Chariot from deck, Esika's Chariot invalid in Historic.
It's saying Esika's Chariot is invalid for historic but won't let me remove the card so my deck can't be used.

Esika’s chariot
Upon the recent changes to some cards I.e Esika’s Chariot specifically, I have all 4 copies crafted but when I go to add them to a deck it adds the old card and not the newly changed one and no matter what I do or format I cannot get the new one to add to any deck, I have no trouble with any other cards except this one

Bug - MTG Arena for PC
MTG ARENA - PC: I have imported a deck, which I already have all the cards neeeded, but the client says it is missing 1 Rare Card. I tried deleting the imported deck and building one from scratch, but I keep having the same issue and beacause of that I am unable to play with this deck.

Hate playing against 250+ card decks
I think my win percentage against people with 250 card decks is 0%. It feels like 250 ways the AI can rig up answers against my deck. Seriously, come on.

Got 20 gems instead of a rare
I opened a Kal pack and I received 20 gems instead of a rare. I don’t have the entire Kal rare collection.

didnt receive any cards after opening packs
Upon opening 10 packs of the new set i did not receive any cards from the set, can you please have a look at this and maybe reset it?
