How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos

didnt receive a pack after leveling up
I've use the code impeccable that gave me 500xp wich was enough to level me up from 47 to 48, i've receive the 1000 gold but didnt get the murder at karlov pack. I've restarted the game and still there was no pack.

Rebalanced Cards Unavailable in Bot Game
When I play a game against the bot to test a deck out, I cannot used rebalanced cards - I have to Clone and Change the deck to try it at all. This means the deck doesn't play quite the same but more importantly, eats up extra room in my deck list.
Please enable rebalanced cards in bot matches or add a 'rebalanced bot' mode.
Additionally, please make the 'Rebalanced 60 Card Challenge" mode easier to access. It's a pain to go via the crossed swords in the upper right, vs clicking my friends list to challenge.

Midnight Assassin from Streets of New Capenna not usable in Historic?
Not sure if this is a bug, but the game will not let me use Midnight Assassin from Streets of New Capenna in a Historic built deck. I have gotten this deck to work with this card removed, and I've gotten it to work with other cards from Streets of New Capenna. I am not sure if this is a bug, or some other restriction on the card. The game won't even tell me this card is an issue within the deck, I had to troubleshoot by taking cards out of the deck to find out which card was the…

200 cards decks
The joke was fun at first, now it's enough. >200 cards decks are stupid. Put a limit on the card's amount. There's no logic strategy to fight those stupid things. So far, if I see a deck with more than 90 cards, I just resign

Allow manually reordering cards in deck and sideboard
I'm trying to take a screenshot of my decklist to post on social media. It would be amazing if I could manually reorder the cards in my deck and sideboard to help emphasize some talking points.
Also, the sideboard has a couple of issues I'd like to see changed.
1. The "Done" button blocks the name of the 15th card.
2. I'm having a hard time with the sorting of the cards in general. It seems to sort by color, then mana value. As outlined above, it would be great if I could simply drag and drop the cards into…1 vote -
apply styles
I can still buy new styles, but for some of my decks, the "Apply Styles" button remains no matter how many times I click it. I have also already went ahead and tried refreshing it by clicking out of the deck and back in and even logging out and back in

Akawalli, the Seething Tower deck validation failed
When I attempt to queue standard brawl (60 card) with Akawalli as my commander it wont let me and says "Deck validation failed". The problem goes away when I change the commander. Akawalli is not a banned commander and no other card in my deck causes this issue.

is arena giving LCI pack for March season rewards? i figured they'd be MKM, but with the recent MTG craziness, it could very well be LCI pack rewards

Hello, i just want to know if there are more formats in historic planned? Urzas Saga, legacy or Exodus? It would be just amazing to be honest.

Trying to create a new deck but it only shows cards from last three expansions
Playing on Windows.
I was going to build a new deck, but as I was going through the cards I noticed that it only showed cards from the last three expansions. This occurred on both standard and alchemy.1 vote -
Miising booster
I was at 875/1000 points on level 23, when I won one duel and suddenly jumped to level 24, exactly 1000 XP more. I tried to open the booster but the app hung. When I rebooted there was no booster or new cards. This stuff happens, and using the CUstomer Service links in the app do not work at all.

Unpacking ***** Against Humanity, again
I've already have a full collection of the (SAH) ***** Against Humanity cards, I've made multiple brawl decks with 20-30+ copies of it, but in the last 3 Karlov Manor packs I've opened, I've gotten more copies of that same card
I feel like I'm being scammed out of a card since I've no use for the 252nd version of it given the deck size limit.
Is it a bug since Arena sees we can have infinite copies of SAH? In which the collection and pack opening will never check off that a player has the maximum copies of the…1 vote -
Can’t Access Alternate Art
I purchased the Enchanting Tales version of Omniscience for use in my Timeless deck, but I am unable to change the art from the default. I went through the normal steps I would go through to change to borderless, but the art won’t change. It worked fine purchasing and changing Dig Through Time, but not Omniscience. Playing on iOS.

Sharing decks with sibling
Can you please make it possible to share my cards for deckbuilding purposes with my brother so that we can play together - he doesn't play arena much so he doesn't have many cards, but it would be nice if I could share him my cards.

Golden pack not giving missing rares or mythics
Per your website describing Golden Packs
“ If you would receive a card but you have four copies of all cards of that rarity from that Standard-legal set, you will instead receive a card from another Standard-legal set. Only when you have four copies of all cards of that rarity from each set in Standard will cards be replaced by gems.”Please explain how I received gems instead of a missing mythic.

呪文嵌め/Spell Snareは2コス以下を打ち消すと書いてあるが、実際は出来ない。
Spell Snare says it can negate mana value 2 or less, but it actually cannot.
