How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Severe PC and Android network issues Sep 21, 2023
I started a Quick Draft about an hour ago with no issues, but now it seems I can't submit my deck due to network drops and even starting the client fails most of the time due to network connection failure. My internet has no issues. Experiencing this on both PC and Android.

draft disappeared from feed and draft token lost
yesterday i jump on a draft using a draft token, but suddenly draft stopped working and now i see that premier draft just doesn't appear at all. I just want the draft token back to use it when premier draft comes back.

The gift card has not been added to the collection
The card distributed via e-mail "Feast of the Victorious Dead" was not added to the queue after pressing "claim".

Woe Draft glitch
Twice today I’ve been in draft select on mobile where I tabbed out and not been able to reconnect to the draft. The first time I missed half of pack 3 and thought maybe it was an internet issue on my end. 2nd time I was screenshotting and showing my p1p1. This was never an issue with alternative draft formats that I’ve witnessed and is new with woe. Given I had just spent money for gems I’d like refunded gems or gold for both drafts. I tried to reconnect on alt devices or different connections and no luck

Premier Draft 19 sep 2023
I was thrown out of my draft earlier this evening. When it came back I had a totally random deck. I drafted only 12 cards in pack 1 before it went down. Can I please have my draft token back? The deck I have now is unplayable!

draft freezing, not loading correctly, auto picking because cards do not show up for me to see
WOE Draft not loading cards as I am waiting to see what is being passed to me, as a result it is being auto picked for me. Ended up loosing out on more than half my draft picks because the cards would not load when passed to me. Money successfully stolen by Wizards.

Bug - Midweek Magic
現在開催中のミッドウィークシールドイベントで、対戦中に攻撃指定後進行しなくなりました。
攻撃指定後いくら待っても次のフェイズへ進行せず、持ち時間のタイマーもでませんでした。2023.30.30.2166.1036968

バグの報告です。ミッドウィークマジック(MWM)イベントにて自分の手札の一部が裏返ってカードの内容が見えないバグが発生しています。

Limited Wins not being recorded in Premier Draft and Quick Draft
Premiere draft wins not being recognized. This happened in 2 different drafts at least. I reported both. It might have happened more I can't tell, because I wasn't expecting to have to look out for that. But it definitely happened in at least 2 different series. Im not sure. But this could have been happening for a few days and I'd have no clue as it seems fairly random and I was lucky to notice these 2 times.

Started game with a win/loss record of 3-1
Won the game I started
Current record is still 3-1 instead of 4-1Restarted game and screen still shows the incorrect record

Incorrect loss logged during premium draft
I was 0-2 in my premium draft for WoE. I won my third match by the opponent conceding. I saw "Victory" on the screen before it kicked me back to the draft page with 3 losses and no wins logged. Please fix

Rosie Cotton Bug
I had rosie cotton in play and had an army token come into play but for some reason she didn't trigger. Losing out on this +1+1 counter ended up costing me

I hate the Momir event
The gameplay is based purely on luck rather than skill, and im forced to grind through it for the rewards but the process is totally not enjoyable.

Please no more Momir, instead Omniscience
Momir is not Magic at all and shows up way too often. What ever happened to Omniscience? It's just as random but you actually play Magic. Please bring Omniscience back or have it as a evergreen event. That and Cube. Those are the two best formats on Arena and it's not even close. Thanks!
