How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Remote Qualitative Research Study with Wizards of the Coast

    Hi, I received an email from WotC with the title "Remote Qualitative Research Study with Wizards of the Coast" requesting me to follow a survey link and then attend a 2 hour remote study. All the links I see so far seems legit but wanted to double check it with WotC as well. Is this legit?

  2. Card reward shown was not rewarded

    A card reward was shown "Thousand Moons Smithy", on clicking it to dismiss then I tried to build a deck with it, but it shows as having none collected. I restarted the app thinking it's was a sync issue, but I still don't have it.

    Attached both logs.

  4. connection drop

    connection drops while playing draft ..
    i can play each other multiplayer games without issues
    but mtga drops me again anda again
    unplayable and very annoying

  5. Mtg arena

    I had been playing ranking matches for past 2 days and i’ve noticed that the rank didn’t progress even i win few matches in a row. Im still stuck at gold tier 2. I am using iOS version and PC version as well.

  6. Not allowing me to join Historic Brawl Event

    Games isn't allowing me to join historic brawl event. Other events seem to work fine just historic brawl. I've logged out and restart it the game multiple times and this problem still persist. Has been going on for about an hour now..

  7. Mastery not Registering Weekly Win Rewards

    The Mastery Pass of MoM is not registering weekly win rewards correctly. As seen in the screenshot, I have 12 wins which should have put me on Level 4 of the reward track but instead is stuck at 2.

  8. Daily Wins Didn't Reset

    The daily wins didn't reset for the day. I previously had 7 completed Daily Wins and it gave me a new daily quest though it didn't reset the Daily Wins.

  9. Incorrect number of card styles rewarded for Yawning Portal

    I have played in a number of the Yawning Portal Events, and twice when losing I only recieved 1 card style, despite the rewards showing I should have recieved 2. Ultimatly I am missing 2 card styles.

  10. Targetted whilst hexproof

    I lost my last life in the WOE premium draft event, cost me 10K gold and the enchantment 'Impact Tremors' shouldn't have been able to kill me as I was hexproof with my own Leyline. This needs fixing as it took ages of grinding to get that cash and I have just lost it to a bug.

  11. crash at beginning of the match

    during sealed event, whenever i try to start a match and found an opponent, the game crashes and i am unable to rejoin the match. This happens multiple times and i have now lost the sealed event so i would like some refund on the sealed entry

  12. I won 2 Bo3 in the traditional draft, but i just get 1 win's prize, I don't know what happened.

  13. Another Draft disconnect!!

    This is the second time I've had a Draft disconnect...in the last 2 drafts I've entered! This is ridiculous. During my 4th game, while I'm visibly ahead, But of course it counts as my 3rd **** loss if I kill the game. I want a refund.

    プレミアムドラフトで勝利し、勝利表示がでたにも関わらず
    ランクが下がり敗北数のカウントが増えた
    早急に対応して敗北数を減らしてほしい

  15. Game crashes when Miner's Guidewing is played

    I was playing Premier Draft Lost Caverns of Ixalan. Second game after one loss. I went first playing a plains and then playing Oteclan Landmark. I scried. After I went first the opponent played Miner's Guidewing and it crashed the game causing me to lose the game.

    3. The game froze. I waited for the program to respond for about 60 seconds. The game crashed.
    4. The expected results are continuing smooth gameplay

  16. "Rank up" quest reward not working

    Quest reward says to achieve Spark rank 3 to get reward. Am now Spark Rank 4, but no reward, nor any option to swap quest or otherwise qualify. Clicking on the quest arrow takes me to matchmaking, but even if I win that match, I do not get the quest reward.

    Card "Intrepid Paleontologist" feature has not worked in Premium Draft

    After exiling a dinosaur, it was not possible to play the exiled card.
