How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Add any relevant screenshots/videos

Sudden defeat
I was playing THEROS Beyond Death Ranked Draft and both players had enough life, but when I clicked "My Turn", the Defeat message suddenly appeared. Since it was the third defeat in the draft, my draft ended there.

timer frozen
Opponent's timer ran out after his first turn but turn did not go to me next. Timer just ran out and stayed frozen. Had to end the game.

Counter target spell Instant cards doesent counter targeted spell
I was playing Ranked with my deck All Blue and in two ocations my cards that counter spells didnt counter at all. More over they trigger oddly: there were instants, and when i play them, they make me target the spell (that never happen before) and when i oddly target the image of the card that was visually blocked by my card and the legend <Are you sure you whant to target xx with xx?> (that never happen before) and i click YES; The spell was not countered that way and enters play and resolves. Server loss connection
Since last update my game is losing connection constantly, while my internet still working fine. So the server lost connection, then the game get freezed. If i restart the game, i get long reconnection time, and after some retrys i enter the game again but it still freezed ...

I've lost two games in events due to the game freezing and disconnecting.

No priority after blockers/before combat damage
Had Tymaret, Chosen from Death on the battlefield and my opponent swung with a creature that would be lethal.
I meant to assign blockers (blocking what I could) and activate tymaret before damage was dealt to survive, but as soon as I declared blockers the game proceeded to damage step and I died before getting priority again.18 votes -

Cannot access store
Every time I try to access the store, I get a black screen and it fails to load, crashing Arena. This has been attempted multiple times over the course of the last couple weeks. Thanks for your help!

daily quest timer reset but no new quest
My daily quest are not showing up when my timer hits 0 and then the timer starts over and there are still no quest available. Also it says I can have 3 daily quest active at once but I only get 1. Closed the game and restarted it thinking that might update my quests but they still were not there.

Match rigged
Can you please fix the absurd bad game system!!!!
It is absurd that with 25 lands i constantly have mana problems!!!
It is absurd that the percentage of games i start drawing is less than 30% every day!!!!!
It is absurd that if i change my deck i immediately face the worst possible opponent!!!
It is absurd that using a deck with more than 60% of winning history i cannot leave platinum tier 4 or 3!!!!Cambada de atrasados!!!!!

Game just froze won't play the card i choose and won't pass the turn even timer ran out but game stuck

opponent concede, game continues
Got a probmem: opponent concede but the game wasn't ended: I got no reward, can't exit the match but still can interact with the table.

Deck Validation Failed
Happens with my 5 color Niv-Mizzet Reborn deck. I have tried creating a new version from scratch - same error. All cards are legal for the format.
