How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

New card tag not showing
New card tag now showing for recently obtained cards.

Rare not crafted
I crafted a rare card, but I realized later that I had not redeemed it despite the game removing the token of the rare card.

Render Inert
Render Inert breaks game after only removing one counter.
I am really upset, as I was going to win this game and move on in the event. I would like to request a refund for this event please.

Cheating
"AI Dravenek" is cheating or this is a major glitch exploit. Maybe it is an actual AI, who knows. But I was playing on mobile, clearly ahead and one more turn to win, then all of the sudden the screen flashes like a card was played. No cards a are shown to signify what was played, then all of my creatures are now on their side of the board along with multiple other mythic creatures that were not there before. I hovered over each card and his graveyard, nothing played or in battlefield would have done anything regarding the effects…

Network error / Game crashes when playing a friend using starter decks
Challenging a friend, if they select a starter deck the game will crash and give the person selecting the deck a network error.

Furnace-Host Akki Pet
The pet i unlocked with the mastery pass Furnace-Host Akki is not showing up in my games and just showing the noxious stinger. I would select the akki set as default. It gives an audible sound letting you know you set it to default but the Noxious Stinger shows up in game instead.

5/22/23 Daily Deals Error
I wanted to buy certain styles (like Reckoner Bankbuster and Fable of the Mirror-Breaker) since I really liked them and, because they were discounted I thought it was a really nice opportunity to get them, but the game doesn't let me purchase them and gives me an unknown error.

Elas Il-Kor
I attacked with Elas Il-Kor, while he had Hero's Heirloom attached. He was a 4/3. My opponent defended with a 4/4 and a 2/2, and yet for no reason I was able to trample through for 2 damage. I won moments later purely due to that damage. How did that happen?

"chat" not working
For the past few games if I try to send a message "good game" or "sorry" when I click on my avatar the messages do not show up. If I click on the opponents avatar I do get the option to "mute" and I am getting messages from the opposing player.

No stained glass sleeve / 30th anniversary sleeve
Uninstalled, reinstalled.
Did Sparky's Challenge, where I got a random cosmetic with the dailies rewards, but no stained glass sleeve.
Followed all posters' suggestions on the Hidden Sparky Challenge thread on Reddit MagicArena sub posted on 5/20/2023. No luck.
It seems like half the players post they get the sleeve, and half don't.
PLEASE have someone from WOTC post on that thread, or make it clearer to players on the game about the challenge and the rewards.As I'm sure someone there has seen, there are multiple threads on Reddit where some players can get this well-liked sleeve and some…

Multiple copies of Raid Bombardment don't trigger
When you have multiple copies of raid bombardment in play, only one of them triggers.
I was playing with the mono red "goblins everywhere" deck, had 2 copies of raid bombardment in play, attacked with 8 creatures, and only got 8 damage from raid bombardment. Both copies should have triggered, causing 16 damage.

Ledger Shredder doesn't trigger / Cemetary Illuminator won't let me cast Fading Hope off the top

I've been playing a mono U tempo deck in explorer and found two bugs at once.
The first of them is that Ledger Shredder is often not triggering. On my last match, I'd cast it, then a Delver of Secrets after, and it didn't trigger. On another game, I don't remember exactly what I'd cast after Shredder, but it didn't trigger as well.
Another bug happened with Cemetary Illuminator. As it entered the battlefield, I exiled with it an instant from my own graveyard. I then saw the top card of my deck, which happened to be a Fading…

Invasion Of Ergamon Brawl Bug
Playing brawl with Etali, Primal Conqueror as my commander(which was exiled the previous turn but returned to the command zone) with Rampaing Raptors I dealt damage to my Invasion of Ergamon causing it to flip, but instead of casting the flip side, it cast the flip side of Etali, the Primal Sickness.

Obosh Damage with Blockers
I attacked with obosh which doubles damage he blocked with a 2 powered creature and a 3 powered creature. I should be able to assign 1 damage to the 2 powered creature to kill it and 2 to the 3 powered creature to kill it. instead the game assigned all damage to the 3 powered creature and it ended up only killing that one instead of both

Not getting EXP from any sources
Winning matches (daily and weekly challenges) are not rewarding exp although it is showing the animation as if it were. Possibly it is also not rewarding gold but I haven't been paying attention to that.

Draw game only. never start
I never start playing
My opponent always starts playing. Every 10 games, in just 2 I start playing. Why does it happen?

iOS MTG Arena won't load if phone's language is in "Thai."
If my iPhone is in Thai language, MTG Arena will not load. In order to get MTG Arena to load, I have to switch my phones language to English in order to just play the game. It's really annoying having to switch my phones language back and forth in order to play MTG Arena.
This bug has been around for years and I have submitted many tickets in the past.Please fix this bug. I await to be able to play on my phone again.

jungle hollow Land not working
jungle hollow was placed first turn but did not auto tap itself or provide health and for the rest of the game was treated as if it didn't exist, not being able to use or interact with it

Issue claiming packs
Opening new pack purchased with gold ... Screen locks on wrapper opening ... Waited 10 min no response ... Open close app to find pack gone and no new cards ... I have lost 3 packs this way ... Android OS on LG v60 device

Clicking mana in full control does not spend it
Going into full control mode, tapping mana, and activating an ability requiring it (eg. incubate) does not allow for specific colors to be clicked on to be used on PC. In this game, I generated 1 blue, 1 black, and 1 green, and clicked my incubate token, trying to use the blue and green so I could then cast collective nightmare. I could not use the mana, and running out of time, let auto tap use my black mana. I expected to click the blue and green symbols to pay the cost.
