How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. Interaction between Kenrith's Transformation and Ashaya, Soul of the Wild

    My opponent cast Kenrith's Transformation on my Commander, Ashaya. Ashaya was made a 3/3, but still turned my other nontoken creatures into Forests.

  3. Couldn't cast spells, had to pass turn

    Played a land for turn, couldn't use mana to cast spells (tried manually tapping too). Tried to go to second main, but it just passed the turn (without me wanting to).

  5. Kor Blademaster: double strike does not work (only the first strike)

    This is the 2nd time I'm encountering this bug (also the case for Favored of Iroas).

    The double strike on Kor Blademaster does not work. It only triggers first strike, not regular combat damage. I have had this happen in 6 games already in completely different scenario's.

  6. Missing cards in starter deck

    Finished the quest to get Selesnya Conclave deck today and none of the cards were added in my collection.

    The deck is completely empty, appart from the basic lands.

    I had none of the cards before and none of the cards were added after getting the deck: every number to the left of the cards are red.

  9. Historic VS standard In Standard play

    Since the Zendikar release patch I've been playing completely standard legal decks with all standard legal cards in the regular 'Play' queue and I have been getting matched against people playing historic decks/cards. I have even checked for cards that the 'Standard' filter isn't catching like Impassioned Orator and I am still facing people with historic decks.

  10. Bug with Moraug, fury of akoum

    Playing a game of draft and in the last turn of the game i played a land with Moraug on the battlefield and it not trigger the extra combat phase leading to a loss. I have attached a log. Any compensation would be appreciated.

  11. No text on menu buttons

    There's again, no text on my menu buttons. Sometimes there's no text in the deck editor menu, so if I wasn't done with a deck but wanted to go play a game, I had to remember and guess which button saves the deck and which one just deletes it.

  12. Limited rank dropped after winning a constructed match

    I was playing in a traditional constructed event (Historic), and after winning a match, my limited rank dropped. This has happened multiple times, and will likely prevent me from getting to mythic if it continues.

  13. Scute Swarm Gamebreaking

    I see no one posted this, but its a bug people are abusing hard even in Play Queue, the combo of making 700 "Scute Swarm" tokens making the opponent timeout or even lag out of the game, instead of the caster being the one timing out, giving free wins by breaking the game, luckily i had ''Peer Into the Abyss + Underworld Dreams'' and a high end PC that left me with 3-5 seconds before timing out and ended up winning even when opponent was spamming emotes thinking he timed me out while game was also lagging hard, this needs…

  15. timer

    My Nissa of Shadowed thoughts bugged when targeting a land. It wouldn't allow me to target anything but did again after my timer ran out. After I successfully untapped a land the games times stopped working. It kept giving me priority when it shouldn't and my opponents timer wouldn't work. The game completely froze after playing a land off scale the heights. eventually my timer ran out.

  16. Decks disappeared, can't import or build new decks

    After the update and hot fixes yesterday, all of my decks disappeared. I can't use the big + button to create a new deck, and I can't import a deck either. Clicking on any button on the Decks screen does nothing except Collection, which does show up properly.

    Also if I try to "Add to decks" for a draft deck, that doesn't do it either, the deck doesn't show up in Decks. My wife's and son's accounts signing into the same client on the same computer do not have the same problem.

    Please help! I can't play any constructed or…

  17. Win or Lose my rank goes down.

    after the latest update my rank goes down win or lose in ranked play. and in unranked play it does the same thing i lose rank

  19. juego partidas "No Clasificatorias" y gane o pierda la partida baja mi clasificacion

    jugue un par de partidas clasificatorias normalmente y cuando quise jugar en partidas sin clasificar....
    juego una partida "No Clasificatorias" que perdí y me bajo clasificación y luego jugué otra que gane y también bajo mi clasificación
    es un doble error primero que el juego considera que estoy jugando clasificatorio (cuando me asegure de estar jugando en no clasificatorio, ademas que los nombres de los jugadores salen si la imagen de su respectiva clasificacion) y tambien esta filtrando mal los resultado de los match

  20. After a victory, I lost a bar in my rank standings instead of gaining one.

    The person I played against conceded the match and it said victory but I still lost a bar in my rank progression.
