How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  3. El juego se bloquea y se cierra a media partida y es imposible entrar hasta que se ha perdido la partida.

    El juego se bloquea y se cierra en partida y es imposible entrar hasta que se ha perdido la partida. Soy nuevo y he perdido todo mi oro en el draft el cual estoy perdiendo porque se me cierra el juego y no puedo reconectar, al intentar abrirlo de vuelve a cerrar....
    En el draft me ha pasado al empezar la partida, llevábamos 4 rondas .
    Otras veces me ha pasado al final de la partida.

  4. Game crashes

    The game crashes whenever I play certain cards, I believe because of animation. (gyruda, the Royal Scions, among others)

    I completed the player draft portion of my event and now when I click play to play my first game I get a "Network Error" "Unable to join event. Try again later."

    multiple smothering tithe on the battlefield
    if opponent has more than standard amount of cards in deck the game will lagg,
    if you have more than 100 tokens generated in one action the game will freeze

    Everytime time the Game crashes, I can not enter the Game again. After serval Minutes I can me log in, but the Game that i was playing , I lose every time.

  9. se congela en quick draft y pierdo partida

    estoy jugando un quick draft y se me congela la el cliente, luego al volver a entrar la partida esta perdida, no me dejaba entrar llegando a la partida y saliendose el cliente de nuevo

  10. el juego de cierra en medio de una partida

    en medio de una partida se cierra el juego y al volver a conectarme para poder terminar dicha partida me crashea y sucede seguido ... ya perdi 4 partidas por culpa de este bug por favor arreglenlo ... esto sucedio desde la ultima actualización o cambio de evento

  11. Mouse clicks are unreliable on Mac

    I've installed Arena on two different Macs, and they’re both having the same issue: mouse interaction is very unreliable. Clicking on things doesn’t always work — I’ll often have to click a button or a card multiple times to get it to register, but then occasionally it’ll work fine on the first try. This is true throughout the interface — from the home screen to in-game actions (for example, when clicking the “Play” button on the home screen, I routinely needed to click at least three times to get the blade to open).   13. Game crashes

    Game crashes at multiple occasions. Quite annoying if you just spent 10.000 gold to take part in a premium draft (and the game crashes while drafting = random card & while playing = loosing).

    Is it possible to redeem the 10000 gold?

    Desde ayer (25/06) el juego se cierra en cada partida, perdi draft y cada partida que realice, probe desistalar el juego, pero el problema persiste

  15. Overheating/Heavy Memory Usage

    I have a Macbook Pro (2015) running on Sierra. I downloaded MTG Arena yesterday and started playing. Within 30 seconds, my computer began revving up like a jet plane taking off for a one-way trip to Nowhere Town. Over the years, I have used this computer for lengthy sessions for design in Photoshop, animation in Clip Studio Paint, and music production in Ableton and never have I heard my computer make this horrid sound or become this blisteringly hot. My computer's memory usage immediately rockets to an overwhelming degree and even when I free up the memory, the computer continues…

  17. Game Crash during draft and sealed

    i got a lost at my sealed cause of crash during game and 3 lost in a row during draft...i pretend my crystals back...this is an arena problem and we all should have the refound.The game crash during play and don't let me rejoin in the current game...but it only let me enter after the time is out and i got a loose!
    I want my sealed and draft crystal back!

    The main menu (when pressing Esc) has no text when brought up during a game, and after that even in the lobby.

  19. Crash during battle

    Hi !

    Crash during sealed match while the turn 2 and impossible to reconnect to the match. The game load and when "Ready" is displayed on the screen, the game crash again.
