How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. connection indicator

    Each player should have a ping/connection indicator. When there is an error in connection, it looks like the opponent is often disconnected, when in fact unbeknownst to the player, we are disconnection

  3. Sleeve selection crashes on Windows 11 Steam

    I recently switched from the Windows MTGA app to using Steam (on Windows 11). When editing decks, if I try to edit the sleeve, the game crashes while trying to load the list of sleeves.

  4. garbage

    repeat 3.44 gb redownloads 6 or so this week, i started anhour ago its disconnect 4 times and is less than 1/4 done. this is ridiculous. by the time this **** gets done i wont have time to play. useless. honestly im wishing i never got reinvolved, how is this easier or more conveinant?never had to wait 4 hours a day for an opponent to load. this has only been a repeat issue since this last set update. glitches, redownloads and an even worse jacked shuffle. leave it to wizards to introduce garbage for improvements, and gaslight us into think…

  6. Animations Running Slower than Normal

    Animations are running slower than usual. This is happening at all points in the client, including the menu and within a match. It makes games impossible, as the timer starts counting down while I'm waiting for animations. I have since stopped playing for the last month waiting for it to get fixed, but still it hasn't so reporting a bug. I attempted to attach a video but it kept failing. Feel free to reach out to procure the screen capture.

  9. Cannot Log In / Lost Connection to Server 2025.10.29

    Beginning Oct. 28, 2025 (after the Avatar update), I’ve not been able to log into the Arena app on either Windows home computer on home network, nor on iOS iPhone 15 on any other network.
    The app asks for my login credentials, then freezes for approximately 90 seconds, then says that I’ve lost connection to the server and gives me the option to ‘Check Status’, ‘Reconnect’, or ‘Log Out’.

  10. The "Need Help?" Link does nothing

    I see the terms update today with the forced arbitation clause. I try to click "Need Help?" link but it doesn't do anything.

  11. phenomena recorder

    playing on android, have krenko without summoning sickness and phenomena recorder on the field, opponent casts a spell with hullbreaker horror, targets krenko with HH trigger, i activate krenko and stack the PR trigger on top of that, the stack is minimized and shows the krenko trigger that CAN be copied but everything is so small that I simply can not click on the krenko trigger. see attached.

  12. Incorrect or No Effect Highlighted

    Steam.

    Incorrect Effect Highlighted when playing Strict Proctor and Phage.
    I thought it should light up and I chose the effect based on that, because I knew the order of effects on the stack, but I paid 2 and the 3 damage was canceled and the sacrifice due to escape was carried out. This is the opposite of what I wanted in case that's unclear.

  13. "Thanks", "Your Go", "Sorry!" emotes are disabled and not able to click or enable.

  14. Unable to get Collection

    Hi, since April 24th I can't access the Arena server with the following error message: Unable to get collection. On April 23rd you did a server maintenance, apparently with an update to version 2025.47.35. I'm stuck on 2025.47.10 and my Epic Games Launcher (I have a Mac) still doesn't show any available updates. I can assume that this is the problem, but I can't find a solution. For now it's impossible to play.

  15. did not allow instant

    when opp cast creature I had an instant to target my creature and deal damage to his creature and I was not allowed to cast; they cast a sac creature destroy target creature at sorcery and again I was not allowed to cast my instant both times right after he cast his creature and right after or before he could cast his scocery I was not allowed to cast my spell. Issue with stack and maybe interaction with sac creature spells and target creature instants IDK but I want my 2,000 gems this was a draft.

  16. +1/+1 and -1/-1 interaction causing integer underflow on the UI

    In a ranked BO1 pioneer game, I had my Nemesis of Mortals become monstrous while it had 2 -1/-1 counters on it. It had the correct stats of 8/8 but it appeared with 1 +1/+1 counter and 4294967294 -1/-1 counters.

    The expected result is 3 +1/+1 counters, which it appeared to correctly be under the hood, but the UI got confused and underflowed the -1/-1 counters by 2.

  17. stormchaser's talent visual bug!

    The enchantment is all chopped up on screen and a visual disaster. We spend gems on full art cards and then they aren't displayed properly and I think it should be taken seriously.

  20. Update today with 4 different download sizes

    On my Mac I have tried to run the Arena app all day. When it starts it begins an update. I have tried 4 different times and each time the size of the download was different ranging from 55 GB - 11.03 GB. The update made it to .4 GB from completion and it stopped doing anything at all. After 4 attempts I will not attempt it again. Get it together.
