How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Cannot queue Standard Ranked
On my account (but not on other accounts I open up with my PC) I am unable to play Standard Ranked. The "Play" icon shows up, but when I click it nothing happens. Whenever I select the Standard Ranked gamemode, the ranked icon disappears and multiple other visual bugs occur.

Information of card is trimmed when right click on Windows 1900 x 1200
I am using the Windows client on Windows 11, with a screen resolution of 1920 × 1200.
When this resolution is selected and i am playing a game, if I right‑click on a card to view its details with zoom, the card is displayed at the edge of the screen and the image is trimmed, making it impossible to read all the information.
To see the full details, I have to go back to the settings and change the resolution to 1920 × 1080. However, after doing so, black bars appear at the top and bottom of the screen.1 vote -
Emoji BUG - Certain purchased Emoji's are showing up as a blank white box.
A new bug has arisen with emoji's starting with the most recent update.
Certain purchased Emoji's do not show up properly or show as a blank object or white square/circles. Cannot be clicked on during a game or otherwise but can still be selected as an Emoji under your profile.

Omniscience Alternative Art doesn't display properly in game.
When using the Foundations alternative art style for Omniscience, the card displays correctly in hand, but on the battlefield the art is incorrect.

Black Pixels in Home and Profile Menu
Whenever I go over any 3D object it leaves a bunch of black pixels when I move the cursor away from it(when the object leaves the screen) and the Profile Page is also almost full black due to the pixels.
I'm playing on Laptop (Galaxy Book edge 4 powered by Snapdragon)(via Steam)

Can’t target myself
When playing on iOS I can’t target myself with a spell. All it does is pull up my cards to make them a little bigger. I can target my opponent without a problem.
Ex. Trying to target myself to use Gaea’s Blessing to shuffle cards from graveyard to library and draw a card.

Oracle of the Alpha card style
Oracle of the Alpha currently has three available styles. The normal and parallax versions currently work as expected, but the retro frame version only conjures the normal printing of the power 9. In previous versions of the client, these were also retro frame. This may be related to the recent issue with the "playing with power" achievement, but that is just conjecture on my part.

Infinite loop bug
Infinite loop bug for toph and scute swarm. If you get 250 copies of scute swarm it for one won’t make any more, but the game logic borks while deleting the old copies and crash the iOS app. Had this happen during the game 4 times. Should have made close to 3000 plus scute swarm but bug prevented it. Multiple game crashe.

Update 7/8/2025 Causing Crashes
The app has been crashing anytime it needs make a server transition, going to a draft of any sort; trying to open the store or even trying to play a game just causes a soft crash with a black screen.

mac client crashing
With the newest update (8/1/2025) The mac client always crashes on startup. I've tried fresh reinstalls and reboots, etc. Nothing works.

Windowed/Fullscreen bug
MTG Arena has a terrible window/fullscreen bug. This has been an issue on windows for a long time. PLEASE FIX IT. Arena doesn't stay in fullscreen during gameplay and entering matches and it's ANNOYING.

Screen goes black
Whenever any popup menu appears, such as for reconnecting, the screen goes black. Pressing the windows key will allow me to see, but only temporarily.
Additionally, screens such as "waiting for server..." also turn black.
Each time, the screen will gradually darken until it is black, over about 1-2 seconds.

Lost a Booster Pack
I had 10 Edge of Eternities booster packs. (6 from prerelease, 3 from the email, and 1 from the mastery track.
I tried to open one. It waited for a while, and then gave me a blank error message. I clicked the button to exit out of that and played a game or two. I returned to the Packs interface. I still had 10 booster packs. I opened one. It was slow, but the pack opened normally. However, after looking at the cards I opened, I only had 8 packs remaining.

Game reverts to windowed mode (from fullscreen) after match end
Game started in windowed mode, when it should have started in fullscreen. I switched it, but it would revert to windowed mode after every match
