How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. MTG Arena is freezing

    Since I bought thic computer and try to install and play Arena, the program is freezing, specially if I try to change the daily mission, but also if I try to play. I can play just a few turns. I already try to install and uninstall, try to download and play via Steam, but the problem persist

  3. Finding many cards with Deadly Cover-Up takes a long time

    When I tried to find all the Hare Apparent in my opponent's deck with Deadly Cover-Up, it took me a minute or two to select all of them from their deck. This can happen with basic lands, or any other card that is allowed in unlimited numbers in a deck.

    That seems unfair when turns are limited to 30 seconds. I don't enjoy tapping and scrolling 50+ times, particularly on mobile.

    Please add a "find all" button to actions that can find all (or many) cards in a deck, graveyard, or hand.

  4. full screen problem

    I have a 31:9 screen (PC on windows 10)
    I've clicked on the "full sceen" option in the settings several times but it goes back to window screen everytime I try to play the game.

  5. ARENA FREEZING AFTER UPDATE

    REPEAT:

    A few days ago Arena did an auto-update 11GB (which is strange as I've already updated for EOE).

    Since the update ARENA has been frozen, I can load the page and get to the game menu, but clicking on anything freezes the system up.

    This is a Macbook platform issue.

    Please fix soon it's been two days...

  7. Stuck in Tutorial - can't leave without playing it

    The UI keeps telling me that that all Tutorials are new.
    So I clicked the first one, if I ever played them, it has been years, so I thought I might check as I saw that here supposedly are unlocks I wasn't sure I got.

    So I finished the tutorial, but didn't get an unlock screen. I assumed I already had them, but wanted to check the tutorial section again to see if the unlock path now looks different. But this started the tutorial again at Chapter 1.

  8. Ever since Avatar install game crashes all the time

    The game crashes on my Android phone ALL THE TIME ever since the Avatar installation.

    Sometimes I can get 1-2 hands in without a crash, but I think it may be related to card mechanics in my/opponent's deck.

    It crashes during gameplay and if I try to reload to rejoin the match, the app crashes immediately again.

    It crashes when opening packs of cards or lookong at My Collection

    This has made the game totally unplayable and makes me look like a bad sport /roping my opponents

  9. A Bug Where the Player Immediately Loses the Game After the Opponent’s Consecutive Trigger Resolutions

    When the opponent put nearly 100 creatures onto the battlefield at the same time, both the opponent’s and my own triggered abilities caused multiple life-gain events. All of these were being processed automatically for both players.
    During this time, even though the player could not take any actions, their timer continued to run down, and once all processing finished, the player immediately lost the game.

    1. It makes no sense that the player’s time decreases during the resolution of the opponent’s activated/triggered abilities.

    2. It is unacceptable to lose the game immediately after waiting for all the processes to finish.

  10. Weird ranked play symbols during unranked play

    When I enter the PLAY queue for Unranked Standard Constructed, both myself and my opponent are shown to have Diamond rank indicators. I am not presently Diamond rank. After we have entered, the display shows what appears to be some sort of rank indicator, but greyed-out.

  12. Token multiplier number in the wrong location

    Opponent had a visual stack of Ally tokens and a visual stack of mountains above. They attacked me and I assumed there were 4 tokens because there are visually 4 tokens. However, the "5x" image was hovering above the mountains and there were actually 5 tokens and I took lethal damage rather than being on 1 life. There was no "4x" image above the mountains. If I am correct, this demonstrates a bug where the stack multiplier number doesn't show in the right location.

  13. Client on Mac not loading due to asset manifest

    Hello,

    The Mac version of Arena is not loading. It attempts to retrieve the asset manifest, but encounters an error every time, even if I reboot the game through Epic Games.

  15. Arachnophobia

    An entire set (+more?) based on a VERY COMMON phobia seems either cruel or shortsighted. I saw some physical card previews and I could deal -- but I panicked at the new Arena loading screen. Is there any way to avoid interacting with these cards? If the whole set is nightmare fuel, then it means a hiatus until the avalanche of spiders is out of standard.

    Great game but just wanted to point out that mulligan is a noun and not a verb. You opponent can't 'mulligan' but they can 'take a mulligan'.

  18. Error during k-id association process prevents all future logins by the affected child

    If something goes wrong with the process that associates a child's account with a k-id account, the child is permanently unable to log back in to any Wizards property. The login process presents the COPPA form every time, and then says "Unexpected error. Please try again."

    Customer service routinely responds to tickets about this by asking me to have my son log in again. Which he obviously can't do because the entire reason for creating a ticket is that he can't log in. He's been locked out for over a month with zero actual help from Wizards, despite an extensive…

  20. Arena freezing on "Requesting Format Data" on MacOS

    Arena on MacOS keeps freezing on load. Most times it will freeze on the step of "Requesting Format Data" - a few times it has gotten far enough to start loading and then gives the error "Unable to get collection"
    My Internet connection is solid, I have uninstalled / reinstalled, and I even went so far as to reset my Mac to factory conditions. Problem persists.
    No issue with app on iPad.
