How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. arena app is it's own worst enemy when it comes to connections

    Been doing some research and testing noticed arena is its own worst enemy when is comes to loading and server response, im seeing errors on the return only, like the tracking interuppts the normal communications the app should be recieving, it will bog the whole internet just connecting and repeatedly immediately drops 5g or 5g+ to 4g, i believe this is why the loading process is so slow, despite carrying 5.5gb of stored data, also it may explain why the game failed to reload the start screen after matches or the store, additional inputs are blocking output bandwidth and visaversa,…

  3. Add filters to deck selection for play

    When going into the Decks tab, you can search for decks by various filters, and partial name search, and color - but when going to play a game, you’re given only a list of decks. Please add the same filters to the deck search screen for playing.

  4. draw simulator

    A draw simulator located in "Edit Deck" where clicking a button such as "test hand" somewhere would lay out and show a sample starting hand at the top where your card collection is. I know there are odd third-party sites but its about convenience and a quality-of-life buff on the platform which it really needs. I think all small conveniences should be well taken care of and established by the establishment of the game It should have everything that we need to play and to test everything we want to test.   5. Arena leaving Full Screen from 3440x1440

    Hello - Arena leaves full screen and goes to a windowed version of itself every time I leave a match (for sideboard) or completion. I am playing Full screen at 3440x1440 but it will default to windowed 2560x1440. This is super annoying --- any fixes?

  6. Main menu top buttons and icons becoming full white and messy.

    Sometimes after returning in the main menu after a game, the top of the menu is getting full White and buggy, although the buttons still work.

  7. Bug after update

    Mac user:
    Version : 2025.51.0.3347.1173794

    No text can be read other than abilities. Text is replaced by grey boxes. Backs of cards are also just blank grey backs. Tried just exiting the game and also uninstalling multiple times.

  9. UI Glitch, unreadable tabs and sideboard

    After playing 1-3 games of Bo3, the UI on the main page will glitch with the top of the screens with the tabs being unreadable. If viewing the sideboard, all sideboard cards will be white with # of cards also being unreadable

  10. Failire to load a match

     1.   Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
    

    When attempting to load into a match for the current draft I am doing the timer freezes and stops loading. I force close the app on my phone (Android). After I attempt to load the app again I don't connect and attempting to reconnect it fails. After another force close I attempted to load and I get the second screenshot that just loads and loads. I waiting 5 minutes earlier today. After i again force close the app and it loads and I get back to the normal welcome screen. See…

  11. Not able to buy gems (Steam version)

    When I try to buy gems through the Steam version of MTGA, the store page shows the options, but when I click on the price to buy them, nothing happens. I don't get an error message or anything. It's just that nothing happens. Is it possible that it may be because there are no paid DLC options in the Steam store?

  14. unable to login authentication failed

    When I open Arena, it opens to a black screen that reads "Unable to Login. Authentication failed for kodama-llama: An exception occurred"

    I have tried logging out and logging in and uninstalling and reinstalling to fix the issue, but neither works.

  16. Limited Landscape Missing Card

    Platform: PC (Windows 11)

    to reproduce: draft a special-treatment Crystal Quarry in a EoE Alchemy Premier event. Put quarry in deck. View deck in landcape orientation.

    expected result: a Crystal Quarry shows up in the visual layout on the bottom of the screen
    Actual result: Crystal Quarry didn't appear; land count showed 17 lands but only 16 appear.

    Additionally, this bug failed to post the first several attempts.

  17. iPad 6th gen with iPadOS 17.7.10 crashes frequently

    It seems that there's a memory leak.
    Long sessions, or long games, cause a crash.
    Even browsing the store and swiping across many items.
    As a software engineer, it seems that cards displayed are not managed and disposed when no longer on screen, and this potentially causes a memory leak.
    While this crash may only be apparent on older or low memory devices, I do believe the fix would boost the interface of all platforms.

  19. Cannot login or update date of birth

    I entered my date of birth in my Wizards account weeks ago. Today I am unable to login to Arena. When I try to report the bug, I get a message that I need to update my DOB on my account I get an error.
