How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

play button
On the Windows client, the play/done/pass button is only able to be clicked on the left side. The right half of the button is non-responsive. Thanks.

Massive Lag after clicking any ui button home screen
Apple M1 chip, Epic Games. Any button I press on the home screen causes massive lag. The next screen does load eventually, but after that the game is nearly frozen. Happened just after latest update. I tried reinstalling the game and no fix. Home screen loads fine though.

Stack Updates burn timeouts and don't allow blocks
Setup: Walking Throne (Rabbit), 3 x Hinterlands Sanctifiers, 1 x Ajani Pridemate, 4 x Hare Apparent on board.
As you play each additional Hare Apparent, the stack becomes so large that the enemy player burns timeouts just getting through the stack. They can't use "Resolve All" because each heal from the sanctifier changes the stack by triggering Ajani Pridemate, which forces them to click again. Even holding down the space bar has enough latency between request and response that the enemy player is forced to burn a time out. Eventually, they run out of timeouts and their inputs get skipped…

Problème de souris sur MagicArena
le pointeur de la souris tremble en continu sur l'affichage du jeu et les clics de la souris ne sont plus perçus, particulièrement en cours de partie.
Je n'ai ça sur aucun autre jeu steam ou en dehors de steam, donc j'écarte clairement un problème de ma souris, qui était ma première idée et vérification.1 vote -
Quest diarios
Termine una partida, me sale que complete la “QUEST” diaria y me dan 600 monedas, al checar la interfase, solo tengo 330 monedas.
No recuerdo cuantas tenia antes, si las 330 o menos, pero ya que hice el QUEST de 600 monedas, minimo deberia tener las 600.
Imagino que mas bien no se cargaron mis monedas.1 vote -
Arena launched without update, crashed middraft
Playing on iOS, Arena launched without updating, allowed me to play several games, and then crashed mid-draft. Allowed an update after restart, which appears to have fixed the issue.

Final Fantasy Avatars Does not display correctly
I've bought the Final Fantasy (FF) Mastery Pass and got the Cloud Avatar. But when I select him on Profile, the previsualization does not show him. As an example, I'm sharing screenshots of my current Avatar Archangel Elspeth where she displays correctly, and what happens when I select Cloud where the Avatar doesn't show.
When I queue for a match and the Vs. screen shows up, the client also fails to show any FF Avatars, showing nothing above the name of either player who has a FF Avatar, but when we are on the game itself and the board is…2 votes -
Drag and drop blocked
The text box advising you will have to discard, the revealed cards, and the cards in the stack or activated/triggered abilities on the stack block the drag and drop function. Please update the ui to allow drag and drop to be dropped on those areas please.

BUG: can't reconnect to a game without closin Arena
During several games (3 today), I was ejected from the ongoing game with the message "server connection lost". The issue is: I couldn't reconnect to the game in progress. The only way was to close Arena completely, restart it, and then I rejoined the ongoing game. Log added.

Black Screen Followed by "Connection Lost" Error After 8/19/2025 Update
After the 8/19 update, whenever I attempt to start the game I would only see a black screen that lasts for a couple of seconds followed by an error message saying connection is lost (see attached). I have tried with two of my desktops, my phone, using Wi-Fi, wired internet, VPN, and cellular data, but nothing works. After first sending this issue to customer support I followed their steps to thoroughly remove the game and then re-install it, but that did not work as well.

Not updating
And since the last update every time I try to log into the server it is requiring that I download the 3.44 GB patch again. Me and my husband both play and have experience the same issue every time we log out and we go to come back to play We're required to download a 3.4 Ford GB again at this point I've downloaded the patch like six times just to be able to play.
We're also not able to use the direct challenge it just goes to the loading screen for both of us and eventually times out

Play freezes
Since the latest update (on Google pixel, updated that to latest Google ios because of this and the bug persists), anytime I hit the play icon the app freezes.

Fix this 11GB download on m1 Mac - I should not be waiting an hour to play EVERY time I open the game
It's been happening for FAR too long now for a bug this urgent. How is this not priority??? If my internet cuts while "Initializing Localization Database" or the game crashes which is VERY frequent on M1 Mac, the game downloads 11GB. This is insanely bad UX. Right now I'm sat here at 2.87GB of yet another 11GB download, its happening EVERY day for over a month now. This should have been hotfixed on day ONE!

Please stop the post game feedback. Holy **** it might be the most annoying thing ever after a loss lmao. Are ******* trying to tilt people? 99% of the time, no one is objective pos game. If you win of course you had fun, if not, the opposite. Good Lord, ask for feed back upon opening the client, not right after a game.

Blank menu buttons still
Still having issues with blank or missing menu buttons on Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra even with 48th version of the interface. Please fix this.

Matches arent actually even happening
So all day I haven't had any real matches either I can't play because I lag out or they lag out so I play one mana then win

+1/+1 counters waterfall off screen; breaking UI
When a creature on the battlefield gains a +1/+1 counter, the counters "waterfall" out of view, and the UI breaks in multiple ways. All cast cards from either player stay in the Stack, or attach themselves to the edge of the UI. It can then be difficult to determine which creatures are on the battlefield due to being stuck in the Stack or generally "out of play". When Lands are played, they become stuck on the screen in odd places, covering a large part of the battlefield.

Incorrect display size on folding phones
Attached screenshots are not cropped. I'm using a Google pixel 9 fold. The app clearly attempts to adjust ratio and scaling to fit the screen but fails to do so correctly. The problem can be fixed by going into your phones app settings and manually adjusting the aspect ratio of the app to display as less than full screen. This does give two ugly black bars at the top and bottom of the screen, but does result in the app displaying properly.
