1. Mulligan smoothing does not properly account for 'X' CMC cards

   I'm aware that Arena has a 'smoothing' algorithm designed to reduce the chance of mulligans by giving players a better chance to have a starting hand containing the nearest number of lands to their CMC, but I've noticed that this doesn't properly account for 'X' CMC cards.

   I've been playing a simic ramp deck at my local game store for quite some time now and had been having no problems with starting hands (I'd mulligan in around half of the games I played, rarely more than once, but that seemed fairly normal), but when I replicated the deck on arena I found myself struggling to get a good starting hand, frequently mulliganing to five and just having to make do with whatever I had.
   I quickly realised something was wrong, so I looked into it and found an article about Arena's 'smoothing' algorithm, realising that to be the problem.
   I run 28 lands in the deck, so I should see 3-4 lands on average in my starting hands, but I was only ever seeing 2-3 lands, which made sense with the smoothing algorithm, as Arena recognised the average CMC of the deck as being roughly 3. The problem is that I run 'X' CMC cards such as Hydroid Krasis and Finale of Devastation, which Arena recognises as having a CMC of 2, even though I would never cast them for that. Typically I would never cast them for less than six or seven mana, so if Arena took this into consideration this would raise the average CMC of my deck to around 4, which would cause the smoothing algorithm to give me far more 3 and 4 land hands, which would be a lot fairer.

   Over recent months I have been attempting to get around this problem by altering my deck to raise the CMC that Arena recognises, and while I have had some success, this never lasts long as another update or a banning keeps putting me back to square one.
   I've now run out of alterations I can make to the deck without completely rebuilding it, which I'd rather not do until rotation, as the deck still works fine on paper, so I'd really appreciate it if you could get this fixed so that I can see the deck off properly, as it is unlikely that I'll get to use it at my local game store again before rotation.

2. Mac client is horrifically bad.

   Crashes on startup, crashes before a match, crashes again before the same match, crashes again before that same match again. That was in draft, by the way. Crashed after that game, too. Crashes in the morning, crashes in the evening, crashes at supper time. Go to an Oprah show? You get a crash! Take it in the car? You're totaled! Want to watch a movie from 2004? You get an academy award winning Crash! Going to a wedding? Crashed. I might actually hate this more than Dave Matthew's "Crash Into me". UFO in 1947? You crash in Roswell.

   Oh, and what kind of video game in 2020 can't go full screen.

   The workaround is probably to stop playing magic.

   When I play Bo3 and get into sideboarding, I can only put in cards that would be legal in my starting deck (no permanents with CMC 3 or higher). As I understand it, I should be able to put any card in my sideboard, no matter my companion-restrictions.

   This happens every time i play Bo3.

5. The update is unable to continue while MTGA is running.

   I tried to download the new update, and I got this message. Checked task manager to see if it was running, and it wasn't. I restarted my device only to see the same message. I uninstalled MTGA, then tried to reinstall, only to get this message again!

9. Banned card played in standard que

   I was playing a standard que a few minutes ago, and my opponent played field of the dead. I do now know how they did so, but to the extent of my knowledge that card is banned and should not be played.

   I have attached the log report an a picture of the field in question, and would like to request a refund of the standard event.

10. Buried Ruin Bug

    I tried to use Buried Ruin in Jumpstart to return an artifact card from my graveyard. I toggled to view my battlefield to see if I had enough mana to cast Meteor Golem and I did. I toggled back to my graveyard and it would not let me select any of my artifacts in my graveyard. I tried to select a card that simply said "artifact" and not "artifact creature" and it would not let me select. The timer kept running out because no card was selected, but I was prevented from selecting any cards. Then it auto selected Lightning-core excavator for me and ended my turn for me because it ran the timers out due to no fault of my own. I conceded because this bug lost me the game. I might not have won but there were at least things I could do to try to continue the game and survive but I couldn't.

11. kaya's ghostform never returned an exiled vito

    The player (and I never could do this: for example playing a noxious on a white creature BEFORE she's mutating and turned red) exiled the vito protected by the kaya's ghostform and vito never returned and I lost the game because of that !!

    mutating must be banned that sucks !!!

12. No timeout for opponent

    In a draft game, opponent made no play in game around turn 12ish... The timer icon appears for them, but no timeout bar ever appeared. My internet is working (per websites in browser).

13. Two Different Teferis & Two Different Bugs in the Same Match!

    I experienced two bugs, with two different Teferis in the same match!
    First bug,
    Opponent has M21 Teferi in play, 2 Glass Caskets exiling some perms, and lands. I have a Gideon Blackblade and some lands in play. Previous turn Teferi phased out Gideon. Now he's back with a vengeance on my next turn ready to send Teferi to exile...except I am unable to activate his planeswalker ability. The game immediately asks if I want to move to combat, recognizing that I had a cold draw.
    I should have been able to use an ability after Gideon phased back in.

    Lose that game, let's go to Game 2 for the 2nd bug with a different Teferi.

    I cast Agonizing Remorse, seeing M21 Teferi, WAR Teferi, Dream Trawler and some other cards. I take M21 Teferi because it turns out he's hiding a pithing needle in his phase pocket naming Gideon Blackblade (of which I'm running quads).
    I'm trying to win this game, so of course I top deck another Agonizing Remorse. I cast it and what should to my wondering eyes should appear? Two WAR Teferis! So, I take the win-con (Dream Trawler) hoping these Teferis will play nice.
    Arena was nice enough to let me know the cards in his hand after the first Agonizing Remorse, but I suspect it had enough of my agony, because after the second Agonizing Remorse every extra card he drew showed up as another WAR Teferi. I could hover my mouse over any card in his hand and it would show the full picture of WAR Teferi.
    
    Later that game I would play a 3rd Agonizing Remorse, and now Arena was having remorse for how it treated me. Revealed just one Teferi, (I took the other card) and all subsequent draws showed the opponent's sleeve as intended.
    
    First attachment is the first bug.

14. Leaves the battlefield not triggering on return to hand

    Just played a game where the opponent bounced Banishing Light to hand with Shepard of the Flock and Teferis Time Twist, but was not returning the exiled cards to the battlefield and was permanently exiling them. I assume any return to hand & leaves the battlefield would result in this behavior as there are some other bugs listed with glass casket.

15. Noncombat damage not triggering for most cards

    See the 203008 log for details, but I had Chandra's Spitfire in play, and played Shock first thing on my turn (before combat phase), and it didn't trigger Chandra's Spitfire's ability.

    See the 20452 log, I activated Sanctum of Shattered Heights and that didn't trigger Chandra's Pyreling, nor Wildfire Elemental.

16. Game crash

    Randomly, when I'm playing a game, it kicks me out of the game and then when I try to log in again, it stays on the ready screen and kicks me out again. And many times this has happened

17. Bug : Ugin, the Ineffable BUG

    I was playing a User that used Ugin, the ineffable to -3 Destroy target permanent that's one or more colors. He targeted my Thassa, deep dwelling which is indestructible and it destroyed and was put into my grave yard. When in reality it should've targeted not destroyed and the spell fizzle.

18. Unable to take action during game.

    While playing a hand of 1-on-1 player, I zoomed in to look at a card and was unable to exit. Clicking the "Done" button did nothing. Had to exit the game and reload. Lost the hand.

    Played an Izzit deck that Quasiduplicated Torbran multiple times. The tokens created were LEGENDARY creatures of the same same, thus violating the Legendary rule.
