How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Bug: Cards are incorrectly marked "First" when opening packs

    Cards are incorrectly marked "First" after opening packs. As an example the first screen shot where several cards are indicated being the first copy, but which are actually the third and fourth copy. This is evident when checking the inventory screen, where they are also marked "New" although the card was already in the collection and only the quantity changed. See second screen shot.

  2. MTGA freezing and lagging after update immediately afer clicking play on MacOS

    After the latest update, after starting MTGA, everything seems to load normally and the home screen is shown. Immediately after clicking "Play" it begins to freeze and lag. This also happens when trying to access Decks or one of the upper menu items. The freezing and lagging renders the program basically unusable and restarting/reinstalling does not resolve the issue. It seems to be animation related as it lags between each frame of the menu animations.

  3. Trampas en clasificatorias

    Me parece vergonzoso que jugando a clasificatoria histórico entre con 60 cartas i tenga que ver como tramposos con mazos de más de 200 cartas si pueden jugar y joderte tu clasificación me da mucha rabia llevo muchos años jugando y no hacéis nada para resolver este problema ay gente que nos tomamos el juego en serio y esto es de escoria de jugadores es imposible casi ganar con un mazo de 60 a un jugador que vosotros permitís que juegue con una cantidad de cartas absurda gracias y de verdad si queréis una idea po er algún sistema para…

  4. cards staying hoving over the field

    In my last game one of the instants I played went onto the stack but then stayed there the rest of the game, hovering over the field even as we continued playing, instead of going to the graveyard. It stayed there for several more turns.

  5. Mastery pass 70+ reward missing

    Mastery pass lvl 70+ uncommon card are not granted on PC. Or at least, they do not appear on the rewards screen post match. They didn't appear in the collection as new card nearther. That is why i thing they are juste not granted.

  7. Stuck in timeout when trying to log-in

    The game kicked me out during a draft and now it refuses to let me log back in.
    Keeps returning authentication error and showing a time-out message or gets stuck in "waiting for connection" / connecting to the server.

  8. An unexpected error occurred (error code -1)

    When attempting to login to MTG Arena I am greeted with the following:
    An unexpected error occurred (error code: -1).

    Platform is PC
    Unable to login
    Expect to be able to login

    Note: I erased the associated email address in the attached screenshot before screenshotting, but I received the error message when attempting to login with email/password

    saw some other people had this problem but no solutions, stuck at bronze rank 0 and no way to rank up. any updates to this problem?

  10. Dwayne crashing my game

    I bought the Dwayne companion yesterday and now every time i open the companion tab or enter a match the game instantly crashes and closes.

  11. Undergrowth Display Error

    Cards with the "undergrowth" keyword are not displaying properly in the user interface. The client counts creatures with Disguise in the graveyard twice, leading to a higher number. For example, in my latest draft I cast Necrotic Wound on my opponents 6/5 creature. The UI displayed 6, indicating that the creature would get -6/-6 and kill it. However, the creature only got -4/-4 because I had two Disguise creatures in the graveyard. This directly led to me losing the game because I couldn't stabilize with a 6/5 on board.

  12. Visual bugs (sleeves etc.)

    Hi there!

    After a recent update I have started to experience several visual bugs. In matches, sleeves are not shown correctly and cards on the stack have a black background making the text less readable. The sleeve issue also exist in the store.

  13. UI completely bugged

    I honestly have no clue what is happening. As soon as a +1/+1 counter is put on anything, the card appears to get a billion of them, and the stack begins to never clear from the screen, and the board is frozen in whatever state it was in. In the attached example I have a ginger brute cast and on the battlefield, and I am attempting to activate the hoverbikes crew, even though it appears to be a creature (it is not a creature at that point, but it shows up that way). Oh, and that urabrask was cast last…

  15. game crashed when searching with terramorphic expanse

    The gameplay froze after searching for a basic land with Terramorphic Expanse. The ability appeared on the stack, I could click around, but nothing else happened in the game. I quit Arena and opened it back up, but it showed the home screen and no updates to my daily quest.

  17. impossible to play, game crash after update of the 27th February 2024

    impossible to play, game crash after update of the 27th February 2024.
    I have followed all the suggestion on the support page, lowered the settings, adjusted Nvidia settings, I don't have connection issues and always played arena with high graphics without any lag.
    I can access to the main page but if I click on the deck editor or I push the play button the game freeze until it blocks.
    Please fix or refund all the money I have spent

    Match froze during opponent's 2nd turn after assigning blocker; timer ran out, would not let me Concede or Exit the game.

  19. getting a bug while trying to update the lancher

    your suuport agent told me to post it here so whilt trying to uptade your lancher getting this eror(image), tyied uninstalling and re-instaling. this iusee is curently more then 24 hours.

  20. PC desktop crash after patch 3.26.2024

    after the patch, program crashes to desktop with any action.
    it will load the home screen.
    if i press play it will slow to 4-5fps and hover.
    otherwise it's a hard crash on the "connecting to server" screen.
