How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

I picked two study breaks in draft, yet I only see one

Client Froze During Draft Portion of Ranked Draft
- Start Premier Draft. Get to P3P2. No packs are passed, and can't see other people in the draft.

- Still stuck on P3P2
- Expect draft to pass p3p3 and ultimately continue in that manner until it concludes

NEO Sealed - "currently waiting" forever (40+ minutes)... is no one playing?
Not sure if this is a bug, or just no one playing but... i've been waiting for over 20 minutes for a game. I feel like it's impossible that there are NO other sealed players online right now... screen shot below only shows half of the time ive waited.

Did not receive Season rewards
Did not actually receive season rewards for reaching limited gold and bronze constructed. The rewards, 6 packs and 2 card styles, showed when i logged in but they were not rewarded

MTGA froze after picking a card and stays with "waiting for next player" during Draft Card Selection, while the draft continues normally.
My client froze during Draft Card Selection and i lost 80% of the 3rd pack by resetting the client (which seems to "fix" the bug). It's the 2nd time already, but this is the first time i'm complaining about it. Basically after selecting a card in the 3rd pack, the client goes "waiting for next player", while in the background the card selection is going normally. By the time I understood that i'm stuck in a bug and need to reset the client, i've already lost some cards, depending on the selection speed of the other player. The funny thing…

Webspinner cuff
Discovered during Neon Dynasty Sealed Event that Webspinner cuff stays behind creatures after unattaching with reconfigure. It hides the power toughness and makes It seem like it's still attached as an equipment.

No coins recieved after 2 match wins
After winning 2 matches on MTG arena traditional cube draft
I played the third match and at some point my
laptop´s battery was emty and I lost the third match. After
returning to Arena on 12-01-2022 I wanted to claim my prise at 2 match wins
and the system showed rewards 0 even though I should get 4000
gold. I clicked claim prize and nothing happened. I would like to still
recieve the 4000 gold.On 10-01-2022 I played the matches

In the rewards they gave me cards of which I already had 4 copies, instead of giving me the corresponding gems.

Kicked out of match during sealed event
While I was playing a match in the Neon Dynasty sealed event on mobile, the game suddenly froze and closed itself down. When I tried to relaunch the app, the game loaded back into the match but then kicked me out again. I wasn’t able to get back in, and the match was counted a loss. This is not the first time this has happened, and has frequently occurred during other limited matches.

Can’t Resume Event
I was partway through a Traditional Standard Event that I paid with gold to join. I had several wins but I admittedly don’t remember how many as it has been several days since I played. Resuming my event appears as an option when I go to the Play screen (see screenshot). But, when I click resume, it takes me to the standard pay screen (see second screenshot). I for some reason cannot resume or finish the Event I had started so I would like my gold refunded. Thank you.

勝敗完了した後にレポートを送ろうとしたら「設定」に飛べなくて詳細レポート出来ないし。

Draft froze during picks
During a premier draft Neon Dinasty I didn't receive my 5th pick. I suspected the game had frozen, but when hovering cards they would still appear, open the friends menu and change the deck layout. So most of the interface was working, but I couldn't see the rotation of boosters. These buttons didn't work. After a while I was sure something went wrong, but still there was nothing I could do. I exited Arena and reentered. My deck was built with random cards as I suppose I the console made all the picks after timeout.

Rank Will not Go UP
1. Play standard ranked
2. PC/Android
3. Ranks will not advance and are stuck on Bronze Tier 4 stating I need to play in an event that I've played several of. I've attached current event SS to show I'm playing in events.

Sealed event frozen neon dynasty
Game froze mid match and caused me to loose the match and happened again in the subsequent match causing a loss of the event entirely, lost out on a sealed event token

Wrong number of wins in my Sealed event
Platform: PC
Version: 2021.11.10.3946.900539I am playing in a traditional sealed event.
During my first match a message came up about a pending update. I finished and won my match then proceeded to quit the client.After installing the update I started my second match, which I won as well. But now the event says I only have 1 match win while I should have 2 wins already.

Game crashed during premier draft
Game crashed during draft. No error message appeared. I was passed a pack, but no cards appeared. I clicked the drafters to my right and left and the screen that shows where packs are did not open. I clicked out of the draft and tried to click back but that didn't work either. I quit the game and restarted and by that time the draft was finished and I didn't have a playable deck.
I need a refund for this draft.
Screenshot shows the closest thing to an error message that appeared during this issue.

Arena Cube Draft - No reward after 7 wins
After reaching 7 wins in the Arena Cube draft Event i obtained as a prize only 3 cards WITHOUT THE 6000 Golds.
I'm currently playing on PC.
