6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

color challenge 5 unable to find opponent
Inactive arena account completed red and green challenges last year came back to the game and completed 3 remaining challenges up to part 4. Now I am unable to find an opponent for challenge 5.Tested on PC and iOS same resultWhen I queue for the 5th challenge it begins to search for an opponent the maximum time I waited was 40 minutes and I was unable to find an opponent in that time.Find an opponent and allow me to complete the color challenge.

Traditional standard tournament challenge/opponent conceded but I lose
I won because my opponent chose to quit in the Traditional standard tournament challenge.
But,after the match,my wins didn't increase and were counted as defeats.
Has anyone else experienced a similar situation?

I won Quick draft strixhaven 7-2, but result was 6-3.

Event games occasionally not counting towards daily wins
On Wednesday 02.16.22, I completed the Midweek magic with 3 wins, however only two counted towards my daily wins. Today, 02.19.22, I went 7-2 in a premier draft, however only received 6 daily wins. I started and completed these events in the same day.

Message connecting to server
Hello there
Yesterday while playing premium draft I lost the game because of "connecting to server" message.
I'm kinda sad because it cost me my precious gems, and I don't have many of them... Only the ones that I buy to play drafts.
I would be so very thankful for a little compensation. Thanks

Do not know if it is a bug, but since the new season started, I am not getting credit for any wins in constructed or limited.
Since the new season began, I have not been getting any credit for constructed ranked or limited ranked wins. Still showing ! for both, and I have been playing a lot, especially alchemy. I am assuming alchemy is still ranked, but perhaps not. I still played many standard ranked games too though. Note: I am getting the daily rewards up to 15, plus xp, coins, cards, etc...just nothing towards the season. Seems to be others with similar issues.

Bug ... "Jump In" event won't allow me to pick packs, or click the "confirm" button..also took my 1000 gold
Same as everyone else...Jump In event is taking 1000 Gold entry, but won't allow me to go further than picking one pack of cards. I can't pick the 2nd pack and I can't click confirm. I need either my 1000 gold back, or cards equivalent in value. Cause I know the event will be over before this gets resolved.

Win in premier draft did not count as a daily win for gold / exp
Win in premier draft did not count as a daily win for gold / exp. Counter still shows 0 wins. Win was recorded in event.

Mythic card reward not obtained
I did not obtained the mythic card reward of the level 90, 85 and 75 of the Crimson Vow Mastery.
How can I get it?

Infinite wait to be given an opponent in Quick Draft queue
This bug has happened a lot to me recently, I estimate that it has been present for more than a few months. It's hard to know that it is actually happening or if there is just a long wait for matchmaking to find a suitable opponent. However, I've had it happen enough times (and waited for long enough) to be abolutely certain that it is a repeatable bug.
I mostly play quick drafts but this may occur in other events or play modes.

Quick draft crash doesn’t return me to match. New match shows transparent cards. Restarting app gives loss to match.
I am frustrated beyond words right now. I paid for a quick draft. Created a really good deck.
1st match, I was about to win, then my opponent cast an instant spell, which made my arena app crash. So I restart the app. I don’t get taken back to the game. Instead the game is over and neither the opponent or me receive a loss. 0-0
2nd match, I receive a loss. 0-1
3rd match, My opening hand shows transparent cards as shown in the pic. So I mulligan down to 6. Same thing happened. Can’t see my cards. So…

Even the playing field
There is no way to enter a random match or event within my experience pool or budget.
Players show up with meta tactics, from either spending a tonne of money on cards or having years of experience, so often that it takes the fun out of it.
There should be a category where you can only play with pre built decks or get matched by your experience points etc etc.
If there is a way, I don’t see it so feel free to let me know.

Error On Cube Draft
At the beginning of the picks in the third envelope, I didn't get any more cards to choose from. I lost at least 10 picks because the system didn't allow me to make them. I am including a record of the moment of the error and then when I checked that the picks had been made automatically.

Can you run a "Pick-a-Pack" Draft?
Can you run a "Pick-a-Pack" Draft?
It could run on a Bot-Draft or Premier Draft.
We would pay our entry fee, then you would make all the packs that have been on Arena available for us to pick from.
The catch is, we have to pick one (1) pack from each of three (3) different sets. No doubles. Then we would order the packs one (1) through three (3) for the sequence we want to open them in, and draft.
I've enjoyed the M19, M20, M21 drafts, & this would just be a slightly bigger expansion of that draft style.

Containment Construct and Channel ability BUG
- I was playing premiere draft and had on board a Containment Construct. I used a Channel ability on my opponent turn (Saiba Trespassers) to tap 2 creatures before going to combat. After i payed the mana for the channel ability, the Containment Construct ability triggered and asked me if i wanted to exile my Saiba, i pressed not to do it, and my Saiba just went to the cementery and the channel ability didnt resolved. That lead to my opponent attacking freely and of course i ended losing the game, wich was the last one of the draft.

Draft freeze bug
During matchmaking in my Kamigawa draft I found an opponent and the game started but no cards appeared and the life totals were set at 0. I figured that maybe it would fix itself after some time, but it did not. I reset the client and I had timed out. I attempted again, and the same thing happened, however the second time my client fully reset so it took longer and I timed out again. After this full reset it began working however I got two losses at no fault of my own. Id like a refund for my draft.

Bug in the middle of the match
In the middle of the match, appear wait for the server, i cannot do nothing. Would like event entry replaced: premier draft kamigawa neon dinasty.
