5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

My rank at end of season doesn't match the reported rank in the "You're Qualified!" email
At the end of the January season, I checked my limited rank on the client to make sure I had a high enough ranking to qualify for the qualifier. About fifteen minutes before the cut-off I could see I was rank 208. Plenty safe enough to qualify... so I avoided playing any ranked limited until I'd been reset back down to platinum.
Today I received the "You're Qualified!" email that includes the qualifying rank achieved. For some reason, the email states I was 140th on my limited rank. While this still means I qualify, it's worrying that the reported rank…

Wrong Rank and wrong Season reward
Again a Rank bug. I should be Within the # 250 Rank Mark, as 3h 45 min before the end of the Season i was #198 and 1h45mun before the end of the Season i was #202. i Received Mail i finished #1194. already got the playin points. Fix it pls and give me my correct reward (qualifier Token)

Vertex Paladin in MOM Quick Draft
Vertex Paladin seemed to be buffed more than it should have been. Had 5 creatures on board, Vertex Paladin was 7/7.

Midweek Magic Event Phantom bot draft, I got the uncommon "Succumb to the Cold" instead of at least a rare.

Did not receive "at least a rare". Instead I received an uncommon.I really like this event to help learn drafting. I stopped doing drafts because I do so poorly. This needs to be a monthly event!
Also, I think you should offer a one time option to Play again, if you get a ICR when you have 4 copies. I want to play more. Either make it worthwhile or give me nothing. It's like a penny on the ground. I REALLY F-ING HATE getting the gems!!

Bug - Stockpiling Celebrant
Had a Glass Casket, High Fae Negotiator and an Unassuming Sage in play.
Cast 'Stockpiling Celebrant' which says 'you MAY return another target nonland permanent...'. It did not let me choose 'submit 0' as it was greyed out and forced me to return one of my creatures or the glass casket This literally cost me the match as it forced me to bounce a creature unnecessarily which prevented me from playing another one.2 votes -

bonjour, impossibilité de lancer un éphémère alors qu'aucun effet ne l'empêche, par contre, mon opposant, un américain, comme par hasard, aucun souci, j'ai fais des print écran mais on va me dire que je suis débile certainement, et que le jeu ne déconne jamais

This was the first time this happened:
I was in the middle of a draft and the message (Waiting for the server) kept appearing, even though I was connected (I did some tests) and even opening and closing the program.

it's hard to play if every 5 mathces the system log me off...
and afetr that we tried for hald an hour to log in back without success: this is tearing us apart. cannot even attach the log to support my ticket. i wull submit the suggestion and the come back to attach the log.

Bug: Warehouse Tabby
My opponent had a parallel lives and a warehouse tabby down, upon them playing a twisted sewer witch, which should create two 1/1 rats with wicked roles on them, the parallels tabby also created 4 1/1 rats with no roles, despite no enchantments being on the battlefield or entering the graveyard / exile at any point. I unfortunately closed out of the game but I ended up losing because I was only able to answer the 2/2s and the 1/1s which were produced erroneously, as far as I can tell, would have beat me down.

I won more than 3 boxes from the Festival in a Box event. I received an email today to claim my boxes, along with 2 links to redeem. I successfully redeem one set of 3 from the first link, but when I went back to my email for the 2nd set, it said the product was out of stock and I could no longer redeem. I just want to check and make sure the product is actually out of stock and there wasn't an issue with the ordering process, as I would like my 4-6th boxes instead of the cash…

Quick draft I was 1-0 on was lost on the last update 1/30/24.

Client froze during draft with the sound of pages flipping
I joined a draft and the client froze, with the spinning circle and all i could hear was the sounds of flipping pages. When I tried to close the client, and relaunch, it took me right back to the flipping pages sounds and picks were just happening without me ever seeing cards.

The parallax Theros lands are un-equippable/not available/missing from collection in Limited. They convert to the non-parallax version. This has been a problem since October. Had the same issue with LCI basic caves but not sure if that's still going.

Unable to pick card in draft by clicking.
Entered premier draft on my PC and in my first pack the rare was "Hit the Motherlode" which is completely useless in limited. I tried to pick a good uncommon instead but for some reason clicking on the cards did not select them. Instead I got the suggested pick which was the junk rare. Pick 2 came and there was the same issue. In panic i started the game on my phone to try and make a pick there which worked. Force closed on PC and restarted after which it worked again but I'd now screwed up my first 4…

I was 3 /2 at quick draft and won another game to be 4 /2 then i found it 3 /3 and i lost draft that i did not lose
Losing draft that i did not lose it costed me 750 gems

Arena Open Event
I use a Samsug Galaxy S20 5g to play Arena. I used 5000 gems yesterday (Saturday, November 25, 2023) to sign up for the Arena Open Day 1 event. The format was sealed Lost Caverns of Ixalan. After gaining access I went to deck building and built my deck. I pressed submit, a message that said "waiting for server" popped up, and afterwards it reloaded the deck building page and my deck building progress was non existent. So I built the deck again and after I pressed submit I was brought to the Arena Open event main page where it…

Win Tallied As A Loss - Standard Event
I was 4-2in LCI Standard Event. I won my next match and, instead of putting me at 5-2, the game counted a loss and ended my run. Can I have a refund for that or something? Thanks.
