How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Match loss
I was playing the arena cube event on PC, won a match but system registered as a match loss, making me reach the third loss, I was 4-2 before this, so is not big deal, but frustrating indeed.

App frozing during traditional draft
I was playing a draft and the screen froze so I could not pick cards at time. It is not the first time that this happens.

Claim Reward error
Failure to claim reward. Went 4-3 in quick draft and got no reward. When I hit the "claim" button I was greeted with the "waiting for server" spinner followed by a "Unable to claim reward at this time, try again later" message.
Then it booted me to the home screen. I went back to the quick play page and my run and claim buttons were both gone with no gems added to my account.

Lost game while sitting in "waiting room"
AS an Android user
I was waiting opponent for around 40 seconds, the cancel burton disappeared as such when your are about to enter the match. UI keep showing the waiting room withouth the button ti cancel until around 2 min of country.
Cancel btn reappered, so i left the room tapping on It.
Back to the event main page (LCI Premier draft) i had a loss more counted2 votes -
Arena cube draft bug
After i drafted my last card the game gave me a.message saying there was a problem with my draft, the game didn't go on, so i closed the app and reopened it, just to see that i didn't have an active cube draft, so the draft i had done previously disappeared and the golds i used to join were missing. I'm playing on android.

Press the Enemy Bug
During my recent draft event, I cast Press the Enemy with a lesser cost spell in my hand (swarming of moria) I intended to cast for free as part of resolving the card. There never appeared to be a window to select and cast that card for free though before the spell resolved. This resulted in me not getting the amass token to block, triggers off my spells matter card, and disrupted my entire game plan for this game.

Standard Metagame Challenge Rewards
Hi - in the current March 2024 Standard Metagame Challenge, the reward packs are all the old Standard sets, not just the most recent (MKM) set as it has been in earlier Metagame Standard challenges.
It feels like a much worse deal to play in since anyone who's been playing on Arena since the start of this Standard rotation already has most of the earlier sets' cards and so the booster rewards value is close to zero. My personal experience so far has rewarded about 50% MID and VOW packs, which were completed for me on Arena about 2 years…

Game Appears Hung Waiting for Quick Draft Opponent to Decide to Keep/Mulligan
Playing in a quick draft tournament and game is stuck waiting for them to choose to keep cards or mulligan.
Steps:
1. Purchase a quick draft tournament and play
2. When waiting for opponent, game seems to hang.Platform: Windows, PC

Quick and Premier Drafts not changing limited rank
The limited events that change your limited rank are inconsistent in which are actually ranked events and don't line up with what it says in the in game codex.
Currently available:
Premier Draft MKM - ranked event
Premier Draft MKM Alchemy - NOT ranked event
Quick Draft WoE - NOT ranked eventAccording to the codex (and what you'd expect), all three should be ranked but this isn't the case. Think there were issues with sealed as well previously but there aren't any sealed events right now.

Johann, Aprentice Sorcerer can't cast instants or sorceries off the top of my library
During a Wilds of Eldraine premier draft, I drafted two of Johann, Apprentice Sorcerer. However, when I played him, I was unable to cast instants or sorceries off the top of my deck. The cards were visible to me and highlighted blue, as though I could play them, but when I tapped on them, they would not be cast. I use an iOS iPhone. This problem persisted over 2 games.

Quick draft crashing on iOS
I have had quick draft crash and not register games on 2 separate runs today. I’d like to be refunded for the issues. To reproduce, try playing arena on an iPhone today and watch it crash repeatedly

Error de recompensas en el evento alquimia
En el evento alquimia he llegado a 6 victorias, i en la recompensa solo he obtenido 450 gemas. He hecho calculos i esta incorrecto. Gracias por su atencion.

Many bugs todays
Infinite food and rat tokens and infinite mice tokens, In alchemy using the tree blind mice card and other card who copy tokens, copy the saga 15 times, lather using the card who draw three cards sacrifing 3 food tokens and other card when a food token is sacrifice create a rat token the game create infinite rats, with no other card creating food tokens. I suggest Ban this cards

Dragging cards in draft
While drafting, dragging cards from the pack to your deck does not place the card in the desired column.

Estaba jugando un Draft premier de 10.000 monedas. Durante la tercera partida logré ganar y al vovler al menú principal, me la dieron como perdida y por tanto las recompensas de 2 victorias en lugar de poder jugar la 4ª partida...
I was playing a 10,000 coin Premier Draft. During the third game I managed to win and when I returned to the main menu, they gave me the game as a loss and therefore the rewards of 2 victories instead of being able to play the 4th game...

two of same cards in a pack during premier draft
Used a draft token to sign up for a premier draft earlier. Pack 1 pick 2 had two of the same card in it, the uncommon "Crime Novelist". This has never been my experience in either paper magic or MTGA. Assuming this is a bug.
