How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

I grinded all night for the 2k coins for the wandering emperor card style and 2 months later I still have nothing but regular emperors in my deck.

Give option to purchase Preorder bundle with gems and gold
With every set release in arena there are two pre-order bundles for $49.99. Please allow us to also use the equivalent in gems or gold to purchase the bundle.

Wildcards in the season pass
All of my wildcard rewards have not been awarded to me throughout the recent most battlepass, I've lost out on like 3 or 4 mythic wildcards and a couple of common and uncommon wildcards. This is very annoying and also causing my progress on my deck to be paused.

Gems instead of rare without full set
I opened a pack of kaldheim that I bought with gold and instead of a rare, it gave me 20 gems and said I had all the rares in the set. This is not true, I am missing a single copy of about half the rares in kaldheim and a playset of almost all of them.

Alchemy Horizons Pre order bundle with Wyll is not showing up in the store
There is supposed to be 2 pre order bundles but only one is showing up… the Wyll bundle isn’t there. I would like to buy both.

White screen for changing Paiement method or buying from store
In the store while clicking on the "payment method" link or trying to purchase in € the welcome bundle pack (or any other bundle in €) I have a small white screen.
I have the correct .Net package (as described on the support page reporting this issue) .platform : PC
OS : Win 11I can't make any purchase using currency € (or $) the window supposed to have the information (VISA etc) is blank.
I can't change the payment either (that was said on the article about this issue ) so I'm stuck.Thx.

Economics + Mastery Pass: A game with two currencies but has 4 currencies which is becoming too many
World of Tanks is a game of WAY TOO MANY currencies. I hope you dont add to the numerous count. Specifically MTGA has 4 currently: gold, gems, booster packs and random uncommon/rare/mythic rewards. World of Tanks has at least 10+ currencies.
What makes the mastery pass too convoluted is how many currencies you are earning back as the 3400 gem payment. Rather WotC should strip it down and make a pass that has a clear outcome. Comparing Siege’s season pass: Its a guarantee you earn the content upfront (as its released throughout the year while Ubisoft earns a discrete yearly…

Mastery Pass Mythic ICR Not Awarded
I received a mythic ICR at Level 8 on the New Capenna Mastery Pass, but did not receive one at level 11 on the pass. I got an uncommon ICR from the Daily Win rewards and should have received the pass' mythic ICR at the same time.

Can't open packs
Was opening packs and now my pack screen shows the following:
Tried restarting client to no avail.

Arena don't give me a rare wildcard that i found in a baldur's gate pack
Receive rare wildcard in pack, purchasing pack but the rare wildcard counter don't change

My Cards Disappeared before I could open them!!!
I went to my local LGS and participated in the draft... I got a promo code that gave me 6 booster packs.... I was told (in Arena) I couldn't open them till the 7th... so when I logged on on the 8th and couldn't open them I thought it was funny, but maybe I had to wait till the set officially dropped, on the 10th.
Now its the 12th and the cards just disappeared. I still have a glowing signal Notification saying that I have booster packs to open in arena,,, but when I click... there is nothing... there just…

Could not find voucher for lookup
I redeemed a Baldur's Gate Prerelease code in the MtG Arena Store today. It said that it was successful. But nothing appeared. Also, the Packs tab is lit up, but no packs are being displayed. I looked in the Player.log file and saw these two lines:
Could not find voucher for lookup: VoucherCLBPreReleasePacks
