Unequip token lost
I unequipped excalibur from a Hero token. This token disappeared and i lost an otherwise promising Match.

Did not receive my rewards for Arena Direct Final Fantasy Play Booster box
Hi WoTC,
I had written in to seek assistance multiple times but your customer service representatives had never acknowledged or responded. I won 2 Final Fantasy Play Booster boxes via the Arena Direct event back in July 2025, and have since not heard from you on my reward, nearing half a year later. I wrote in multiple times providing the details and have not heard from you ever. What does it take for a company of your size to look into my request for clarification?

Vault progress from opening TLA Packs
Vault Progress from opening TLA packs is not incrementing correctly.
I crafted full playsets of all the Commons and Uncommons from TLA (The Last Airbender), and I have noticed from opening the past 30 TLA packs, that my Vault progress is always not incrementing enough. It is always somewhere between 0.1% - 0.2% less than it should be. I know it's not much, but it is a bug. It happens nearly every TLA pack I open. I can only say that it is a bug for TLA, because those are the only packs that I have opened of late, but it be occuring across other sets as well.

Enter the avatar State bug
Hi, I noticed a very strange thing: using the card "Enter the Avatar State" while exiled in combination with Iroh Grand Lotus, it transformed one of my creatures into a 1/2 without activating the lifelink...

Storm of Memories not working properly
So I cast Storm of Memories and I only had one instant in my graveyard. In response my opponent cast Rocky Rebuke to kill one of my creatures. Instead of allowing me to cast my instant for free, the spell fizzled and it did nothing.

Daily Quest XP not adding to Weekly Win Rewards XP and Daily Win XP
I just won a game that completed the Daily Quest, which was worth 500 XP; the Weekly Win reward, which was worth 250 XP; and the Daily Win reward, which was worth 25 XP. After the Victory Screen it showed total XP rewards as 275 XP. However, it should have displayed 775 XP. I can't tell if I missed the 500 XP in the mastery bar or if it is just a display issue.

Infinite Loop
There is currently a bug with Ashaya, Soul of the Wild and Mythweaver Poq if Poq is the first card played in a turn. This was in Brawl with Slimefoot, Thallid Transplant as my commander on the board. Because Ashaya treats Poq as a land, Poq triggers to duplicate itself, which also triggers Slimefoot because a Forest/Swamp entered the battlefield. Legend rule activates, I have to sacrifice one of the Poqs. When I do, Poq triggers again, which also triggers Slimefoot again, causing an unintended infinite loop that keeps going regardless of which Poq I sacrifice for the Legend rule.
This kept going even when my timer went to zero, infinite looping by itself without my input. I had zero control over it. It got to the point where I had at least 50 Mythweaver Poqs in my graveyard and about 40 triggers on the stack before my opponent surrendered.
When in this infinite loop, I was also unable to concede the game myself.

deadly cover up not removing all cards?
How is it possible that deadly coverup doesnt remove all copies of a card in opponents deck? (of course after paying the extra cost). This specifically does not include cards in exile.

Players need to concede matches instead of timing out
Way too many players just quit playing if they are losing, Then the winning player has to wait for the game to time out through multiple turns and time outs. They need to be incentivized to CONCEDE matches instead of just walking away. Not conceding is selfish and punitive behavior that should be banned. Its the number one problem with MTG: Arena.

Mtg old series phantom draft
Would it be possible for you to do phantom quick drafts or phantom premier drafts with cards from older editions of Magic? (Such as Onslaught, Legions, Mirrodin, Kamigawa…for example)
This idea came to mind while looking back at the cards I had in the 2000s, and that it would be really cool to be able to re-draft old expansions to rediscover old mechanics and cards with lower power levels than current ones.1 vote -

Android Mobile crashed
Mobile/Android extremely buggy since update. Client crashes when joining a match every time since the 12/9/25 update. During premier draft game also crashes when trying to open the deck statistics to look at info like creature count, etc. leading to missed auto draft picks while the app takes 30 seconds to open and reconnect to the draft.

Umbral collar zealot
Infinite game breaking loop with umbral collar zealot and 2x creature cards with return card to battlefield when you commit a crime.
The first loop occurred on the openants turn, it lasted several minutes where they just kept sacrificing the same two creatures repeatedly, while they racked up counters on the rest using long feng secrateriat and ouroboroid.
Immediately after this I cast to exile umbral collar zealot, only to have them repeat this loop, again. This time their turn lasted so long that they had to utilize a timeout even though they were actively performing this spam loop for the 5 or so minutes. The player did this until they reached the card they needed to win (via the scry ability on the zealot card)
There seems to be several ways this cards ability can be abused and break the game. Outside of a card that blocks all activated abilities, there is no way to stop this infinite loop and even then you would have to hope to pull/play that ability before the 3x cards needed for the infinite loop.
PS. Am I the only one who feels like the RNG for card draws has gotten significantly worse after the most recent update? (12.11.25)

I had priority but could not cast spells. Turn timed out. Next round same thing. After playing a land, I can't cast anything

Defeat while waiting in the queue without starting game
I was in the queue for standard ranked, and was waiting for 2 minutes and didn't get a match yet. Suddenly it said "defeat" and my mythic rank shot down way more than normal. Normally I see that if you don't find someone within a short amount of time it will say draw.
