How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

I had a creature with hexproof get targeted!
I was playing in standard brawl. I had my commander out and casted snakeskin veil. It resolves and then they casted nowhere to run and they were still able to target my creature while it had the hexproof sigil on the creature! the spell had resolved and my creature was still targeted!

fix the shuffler and other bugs
Any hope of you guys fixing anything? Last 23 games had to mulligan no less then twice, and still get mana screwed or flooded, And i keep getting new players to join up but between the shuffler and other bugs they don't stay. So far the count is upto 16 players you have driven off, the last one saw a deck concept they thought looked cool spent all their wildcards to build it only to discover that the vanille/fand l'cie combo doesn't work so they quit. Cosmetics with Pioneer or Companions - Invalid Deck
Whenever I try to submit a deck in Pioneer or a deck using a Companion while card cosmetics/styles are applied, MTG Arena tells me the deck submission is invalid.

Redeem Card in Master Emporium (Lorehold Historian) failed, card missing or still unowned but lost orb
Orb redeem failed; Today I got orb reward (Pic 1), proceeded to go to Mastery Emporium by clicking spend orbs. Spent orb to redeem Lorehold the Historian Card, purchase done, card no longer in lineup (Pic 2). Check card to include in deck but card is unowned and missing in library despite redeeming with orb (Pic 3). Requesting admin to help fix problem and I'm expecting to get the redeemed card. Using PC to play MTG Arena.

The Reality Chip
The Reality Chip is attached to a creature, I should therefore be able to cast spells from the top of my library which I cannot. Fix it.

Unholy Annex and Mutavault
I think there's a bug with both Unholy Annex and Mutavault in play at the same time. Unholy Annex draws a card and deals 2 damage to opponent if there's a demon in play. Mutavault is a land that "CAN" become a creature of all types which may be what triggers the loss of life. However, the land isn't a creature unless activated and certainly not during my turn.

Flashback Doesn’t exile
My opponent cast Flashback on ancestral anger and the card remained in their GY after they cast it.

Matchmaking not matching
I can't find match in any mode, not even bots.
Step by step? Sure here it is: Start Game > Click Play > Select any mode(Ranked/Casual/draft doesn't matter) > Wait forever (or for 45 minutes like i did about 5 times and then close the game)

Today on 05/21/2026 @ 1800 hrs I used an orb in exchange for mythic rares that are not appearing in my library after purchasing pass
I purchased the pass for $20 and used the orbs from leveling to get multiple mythic rare cards from the store such as Prismari the inspiration, Mathemagics, Witherbloom the Balancer, Silverquill the Disputant, Lorehold The Historian none of them showing up in my library. which alone is a $20 value if i were to use mythic wild cards. Leaving me feeling ripped off and shorted. i was using these to build multiple different commander decks and now I can not until it is fixed or i am reimbursed.

Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant & Disciple of Freyalise entering simultaniously, normally one would stack the triggers such that Disciple of Freyalise sacrifices Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant to draw 12 cards before the ghalta trigger resolves. Arena's auto order triggers NEVER wants you to do this. Please fix this, I even have the auto ordering triggers off but I clicked through it in one of my games. Attached are two different games I likely wouldve had some chance in but instead place 1-2 creatures into play and draw 3-5 other creatures after the ghalta trigger has already gone off. Food Chain is Legal in Historic Bo1
Food chain only got banned in Bo3 Historic when it should be banned in both. This same error has occurred previously with devoted druid and painter's servant (now fixed).

Importing deck - absent cards
I would like to import a deck from any webpage without having into account whether the cards exist in mtg arena or not.
My experience is as It follows: I see a nice deck, copy It, try to paste It, and then, when some cards do not exist in mtg arena, the deck does not import, even the cards that do exist. This is frustrating because I would like to import as much cards I can: maybe 82 existent cards and ommit the 18 that do not exist in mtg arena. (In Commander)

Arena crashes when playing on my android device (phone) since this week's update
Arena crashes when playing on my android mobile device (Pixel 10 Pro XL phone) since this week's update. The problem does not occur on my Samsung Galaxy tablet or my laptop, but it continuously happens on the phone. I've played on this same phone since February. The problem happened the first time I played after the update, and I can't play a match without it crashing now.
