How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Jorn, God of Winter flip side unknown card type

    Hello,

    I was playing Brawl and someone was using Jorn, God of Winter and the flip size card type was not displayed. It should have been a legendary artifact but the text was blank. https://edhrec.com/commanders/jorn-god-of-winter

  2. Riling Dawnbreaker

    I would like to request a refund for a game of draft fast Tarkir , where I cast a card called predator of the angry dawn. When I cast this card on sorcery, the card disappeared , it didn't go to deck, neither to the graveyard nor exile and I couldn't cast the creature part of the card it just disappeared . Please evaluate as I participated in the same with gems. Thanks in advance

  3. Containment Priest does not work on put creatures on battlefield

    I had a game where my Opponent was able to put creatures on the battlefield via: Defense of the Heart. I didnt got any chance to flash in Containment Priest as a response. Containment Priest's Flavour Text states: If a nontoken creature would enter and it wasn't cast, exile it instead. And before you ask, yes i had exactly two mana open, because i was waiting for the heart to trigger. Thanks for considering.

  5. Glitch with fourth tutorial level

    Whenever I play the fourth tutorial level I am unable to finish the game. After playing the card confront the assault I am supposed to get three 1/1 spirit cards to block against the opponents attackers, unfortunately these blockers never show up and I can't compete the level because they aren't there. Another thing that I am having a problem with is that almost all the the opponents cards do not go the to battlefield instead they stay in the same area where you are able to view a cards stats and what it has. Unfortunately these block my view…

  6. Here and tectonic hazard don’t work together

    Ojer and tectonic hazard don’t work together. Ojer says if a red source would deal non combat damage less than piers power it deals piers power instead. Tectonic hazard is a red source, and it just does 1 damage.

  7. White challenge 4 sticks after I defended bots first attack with a 1/1 double strike and enchantment counter of +2/+2.

    Issue is in the title. Game freezes when, during white challenge 4, I destroy opponents 1/6 creature with a 1/1 creature with double strike and +2/+2 enchantment on it.

  9. Badgermole Cub removal skipping reaction phase

    I've noticed this several times now and finally decided to post a bug report. When I have a Badgermole Cub out and the opponent uses removal. I will often not have a chance to tap other mana sources at instant speed in response before their removal succeeds.

  11. Lands, amirite?

    I had a friend tell me that arena gives you the option of the most resources out of a pick of two hands when giving you your first seven.

    29 lands in deck - 2 land hand
    30 lands in deck - 2 land hand
    31 lands in deck - 2 land hand
    32 lands in deck - 2 land hand
    33 lands in deck - 2 land hand
    34 lands in deck - 2 land hand
    35 lands in deck - 2 land hand
    36 lands in deck - 2 land hand
    37 lands in deck - 2 land…

  12. Game unplayable

    Playing under windows ... game isn't loading correctly today. Saw this error on log.... (attached)

    [42784] BoxCollider does not support negative scale or size.
    The effective box size has been forced positive and is likely to give unexpected collision geometry.
    If you absolutely need to use negative scaling you can use the convex MeshCollider. Scene hierarchy path "Companions/OpponentTotemRoot/Accessory    FoxMilaDuelScene(Clone)/DuelSceneTransforms/AccessoryFoxMilaBase/MeshMila"

  13. Oponente não confirma a mão e não sai da tela de carregamento

    O jogo encontra uma partida, porém após eu informar que irei jogar com a mão mostrada, fico aguardando a confirmação do oponente e apesar do tempo da ampulheta esgotar, nada muda.
    Já ocorreu o mesmo erro com mais de um adversário e o problema começou a acontecer hoje à tarde. 28/12

  14. The Black Sun Appa Compainion is busted / affecting match loading. I have logs.

    Is what I get in the logs over and over, matches never get past mulligan.

    Posted a request earlier, but then looked at the logs and this is the problem it seems.

  17. Haste not carried into opponents turn.

    Haste, is not being honored on opponents turn. Example. I have creatures can tap for any mana color. They enter with haste on my turn. End of my turn they get summoning sickness animation and can not tap them for mana.

  19. Bug Report

    Bug... I think.

    Playing on Android via app.

    The last match i played resulted in a loss, there were no cards stating a win condition on the field. The opponent was at 19 life while I sat at 21. They had milled alot of their deck, down to 15 cards. Then activated a series of land abilities, the last of which seemingly triggered a win for them... I can only provide a screenshot of the board as it ended.
