How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. Game crashing

    Game keeps crashing when I go to cosmetics in the store. Please help me. I’ve force closed, turned iPhone 12 off and on and I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice and this is still happening.

  3. Did not receive 'Edge of Eternities Mastery (Orbs) rewards;' "Adagia, Windswept Bastion"

    Summary

    I reached level 5 of the 'Edge of Eternities Master' and received an Orb (see image - MasteryLevelOrbReceived). I purchased the Mythic Rare Land, 'Adagia, Windswept Bastion' (see image - MissingAdagiaWindsweptBastionMastery) and (see image - MissingAdagiaWindsweptBastion_Inventory).

    Repro Step
    1. Reach level 5 of the 'Edge of Eternities Master' and received an Orb.
    2. Access the 'Edge of Eternities Mastery' screen/"battle pass" and click 'Spend Orbs'
    3. Scroll to and purchase 'Adagia, Windswept Bastion'
    -> Notice it will disappear form the options on the 'Edge of Eternities Mastery Emporium'

  4. Foundations

    I have not been receiving any rares from the Foundations booster packs. Each time I open a pack I receive gems instead, even when I don't have all the rares of the set.

    1- Open a Foundations booster pack.
    2- Observe that the rares are replaced by gems even when rares are missing in the collection.

  5. Store Not Working On mac

    Title seems self explanatory.

    I play on a 2025 MacBook Air running Sequoia 15.6.1, it runs the game without issue and I've been able to use the Arena shop in the past. Wanted to pick up some wild cards to craft Badgermole Cub and hop on the mono-green bandwagon but attempting to use the shop just leads to a forever state of "Waiting for Server."

    I have restarted the game, launcher, computer, and uninstalled/reinstalled. I no longer have any interest in spending the money but the issue persists and was annoying to deal with.

  7. Mastery Tracker - Missing Standard Set

    Why is Final Fantasy missing from the Edge of Eternities Mastery Tracker? It is a Standard set, correct? It goes back as far as Duskmourn, so....what gives?

  8. Server Error - 10 Packs Not Redeemed (Edge of Eternities)

    When I was redeeming my pre-ordered Edge of Eternities packs, I got to the last 10 packs and got a server error upon trying to open them. When I went back into the packs screen, the 10 packs no longer showed up and the cards were not in my collection.

  10. Complaint

    Hello, id like to complain about your daily deals in the store. I'd recommend removing or specifying more clearly you buy all for one single bar towards a gold pack. I assumed by the wording it was one per so you buy useless commons not actual packs and save 100 gold, I assumed thats how it worked by the wording and am now 8.1k gold short and will no longer use your predatory shop.

  11. Bug to proceed paiement for the preorder

    I(ve an issue about hte preorder with the 50 packs EoE. It says The browser or embedded browser is not compatible with the 3d-secure authentification. I've this issue only with this preorder, not the others (yeah I tried ^^)

    Can you please tell me why you are unable to help me with this?

    It clearly shows I have the entire set 4x of every single card in FF it's glowing golden and fully completed.

    The date was 7-19-2025

    My name is Brett Moad and I am the owner of this account.

    The achievement is (set completionist II)

    I have in fact completed all stipulations and the only feedback I get for support regarding the issue is. “ we cannot help you”

    Please tell me why? What am I missing in the set? It shows 100%…

  13. cannot buy pre release bundle

    I dont know if this the correct spot to share this, your bug report page is not clear. I am trying to buy the pre-release bundle for Last Airbender, the one with 50 packs etc and I am unable to do it.
    I click the price
    I enter my card details
    I get an error page that you couldnt follow the link, return to arena.
    I restart the app, try again I get the same. I restart pc try again I get the same.
    I used a different card I get a spinning circle, probably trying to access my card…

  14. My card is blocked in your system from making purchases.

    My visa card is blocked from making future purchases due to new "visa laws to protect against fraud." How may I get my card unblocked?

  16. Problems modifying my Payment Method

    The game won't let me change my payment method.
    When I try to change my payment method, the game crashes and I have to restart. The same thing happens if I try to buy gems or other items with real money.
    Please, any help to fix this problem quickly? I'm playing on a Macbook Pro with macOS.

  20. purchased card wasn't standard legal without pre-warning

    Purchased Treasure Hunt from store, but it never told me it wasn't compatible with standard format. When craft cards from wildcards it shows this info, why doesn't it in store? I don't, nor ever will, play historic... very shady
