5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos

After the update to the avatar set this morning my mastery orb was an avatar orb which cannot be used in the current pass.

Unable to Purchase Gems with Paypal
Unable to Purchase Gems with PayPal. Tried multiple times and the only screen that comes up is 'Just a second" with the spinning circle. Tried twice, same thing. Went into my PayPal account directly, no activity showing so far. Assuming not going through?

bought a bundle from the store
I bought gems and got those. Used said gems plus a little that I had to buy the bundle that had Darksteel Plate, Champion's Helm, plus 4 of the " Sword of " artifact equipment. They are not in my collections, and i cant use them to build decks with. Fix these issue, Please! I waisted 1700 gems for the bundle!!!!!

I bought the promotion with four rare and four mythic wildcards, but when I tried to generate a mythic card, "Kolaghan, Dragon Sovereign," an error message appeared asking me to generate it again because the card hadn't been converted. So, I generated it again, deducting two wildcards for a card I only need one of.

daily deals
Good afternoon.
I bought several black cards (instant, land, creator, sorcery) today for gold and crystals in "daily deals". But after two hours of searching I couldn't find them anywhere, in any catalog.This is the second time this has happened. Before that I also bought a "land" card.
Please activate the purchased cards or return the gold and crystals.

Buongiorno, vi contatto in merito ad un problema che riscontro a livello di personalizzazione.
Attualmente è da settimane che non riesco più a cambiare la mia Bustina protettiva.

No card rewards for mastery pass level 50
No card rewards for level 50 of the mastery pass. I expected to receive 2 mythic card rewards from Through the Omenpaths.

Mythic packs aren't being recorded for the free golden pack
I have been keychains nothing but mythic packs for at least the last five packs and it isn't showing up as being recorded on the bar that gives you a free gold pack after getting all the packs

Mastery Pass Rewards not received
I reached level 39 of the mastery pass but did not receive the Bloomburrow pack that is a reward for it.

Mastery Pass Rewards not received. Its been several days that i have not been recieving the paid mastery Pass rewards. Until they dont fix it im not buying anything else. Its a joke we pay money for this and we dont get the gems or the card packs that we should be getting.

Didn’t receive craft tokens
I paid the 20$ for the mythic craft token and tried to craft a card but then realized I didn’t receive them even though it said the payment went through so I thought maybe I miss clicked and tried it again and I still didn’t receive the product so now I’m down 40$ and still don’t have the mythic craft tokens

iPad repeatedly re-downloading game
Description:
I play MTG Arena on an iPad, but the game repeatedly forces me to re-download the additional 3.4 GB data package every time I launch it.If I open the game from the app icon, it gets stuck on “Initializing localization database.” If I open it from the App Store page instead, it allows me to download the 3.4 GB package (about 25 minutes), after which I can play normally. However, when I close the game and return later (even the next day), the game does not retain the data and requires the full 3.4 GB download again.

Rare Wildcard in Mythic Pack
A Mythic Pack, if it costs more, should not contain a rare, even if wildcard, in the final slot. Im not sure how this is a thing.
