How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks
How to submit product suggestions
- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Disconnected Mid-match
- Be in a match. Lose connection even momentarily
- iOS
- Get kicked out of the match. Sometimes restarting the client enables me to reconnect. Other times it does not.
- Not get kicked out in the first place or at the very least make it easy to reconnect.
- Not much to show. It brings me back to the match screen and only records it as a loss later.
- As mentioned, sometimes closing the game and reopening it allows me to reconnect.
All in all, a very frustrating experience. Makes me not want to play the game at home.

Auto loss after locking the Phone screen
Auto loss in Sealed.
I locked my phonescreen(iOS) for about 5 seconds and after reconnecting I got sent back to the Eventpage with a loss.2 votes -
Roping
Username WIN is a time-wasting, stalling, roper. He roped me every single turn of the game. I don't know exactly when the game started, but I'm guessing that the game had already been going on for about 10 minutes when I checked my time at 1:32 pm, and I started taking screenshots from 1:35 pm to 2:06 pm as shown on the metadata from the screenshots. Quick Draft games ending
I am on a quick draft atm. I played 3 games as expected. 4th to 6th were ended in the midle of the game and returned to quick draft screen without changes on victories and losses.

Disconnected and couldn’t reconnect
I was playing premier draft on arena and I got disconnected due to connection, when I reconnected it showed as if I never played this game so I entered a new one. When the second one finished, it counted the first one as loss

BUG in ARENA DIRECT
I just got "lost" in Arena direct for 5000 Gems!!!!! approximately 35 USD!!!!!!!!! I had a good pool, was playing game no 3 (I was 1-1) and suddenly the game stopped like it was refreshing or some issue with the connection (internet was working fine). It logged back and I was out of the game so I immediately clicked play (I assumed I will be back in the game I was winning). Turned out I started a new game with different opponent. Trample
I had a creature 10/10 double strike and trample. When engaging with the blocking creature it asks me to manually assign damage. It would only let me assign 10 damage even though the defending creature had 3 toughness, I was only able to do 10 damage to player and not 17.

Mastery Pass card rewards not received at Level 58, Level 60, and Level 60+
I am level 67 in the aetherdrift mastery and have never received the card rewards. Level 58 mythic cards were not received

0-2でドラフトで対戦中、反応が途絶しドラフトタイトル画面に戻った。初めのゲームに戻るため再度開始を押したところ別の相手とのゲームが始まった。その後、2回目のゲームは勝ったものの初めの途中のゲームが敗北扱いになったのか、再ログインすると3敗したことになっていた

Sealed
I do not like sealed events for any type of competitive event. Can we start offering draft or anything else instead?
I understand why you are designing the game how it is currently designed and distributed. However, it is very clear that designing for competitive sealed is not a priority at all. I agree with this approach given that sealed is mostly played in prerelease events but I do not believe it is appropriate for any sort of competitive level event. Arena Cube exited match and counted it as a loss
Device: Android, Google Pixel
Event: Arena Cube
Description: I was on the draw. While my opponent was taking their turn, the game quickly changed to a loading screen, then took me out of my match. The game did not say draw, win or lose at this point. I had no losses in the event yet. I quickly entered a new match, which played as normal. When I lost this match, I now saw 2 losses on the event rather than just 1.

match loss by arena reseting the match
While in drafth the game terminate the second match and send me back to the lobby of the drafth.. not count the second game has a win or loss, then, afhter game 3 arena count the game it therminates has a loss and clossing the event for me.

Missing Mastery Orbs Rewards
Hi there, I have spent 2 mastery orbs claiming overlord hauntwood and unstoppable slasher but they are not added to my collection.

Disconnect not reconnecting during draft, resulting in loss
The game has not been reconnecting to disconnected matches. I get taken back to the screen where I can begin matches, but when I hit play, which usually reconnects to my match in progress, I start a new game even though my already existing one appears to still be active, as I'm guessing I time out and receive a loss while playing the other.
This resulted in me somehow ending with four losses, a clear indicator of a bug. Screenshot demonstrates this.
This cost me my 750 entry, as my run ended before I could play my matches. I'd like…

Can't put land back in my cube deck
During the building of my deck I put all lands aside, but now I can't put Xander's Lounge back in. When I click it the game offers me to buy a alternate art which I don't want and dragging it in doesn't do anything.

Game froze during game
Game froze during game and I lost my draft gems. I want my gems back
