How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Draw from Clock During Stack

    There needs to be some way to handle this many triggers without ruining the game. I got to 50 some in the stack and both myself and my opponent were forced to go through all of our timeouts, causing a draw. We should both be able to resolve all and have it done faster. I get that the animations are a nice touch to the game, but they only detract from the experience when they eat up so much time, specifically the time from our individual timers.

  2. Ertai, resurrected not able to target Esika's chariot

    I was playing Arena Powered Cube

    My side of the board was :
    - Lands (not relevant)
    - Pyrogoyf (3/4 at the time)

    Opponent's side was :
    - Lands (not relevant)
    - Esika's Chariot
    - A pair of 2/2 cat tokens created by Chariot

    On his 1st main phase, my opponent crewed Esika's Chariot with both cats, turning it into a creature
    At the beginning of combat, I flashed in Ertai, Resurrected. I chose his seconde ability : "Destroy another creature or planeswalker. Its controller draws a card." and was unable to target Esika's Chariot (bug). After trying, I had…

  3. Weathered runestone inconsitently stops manifesting dread

    On a game against someone playing Verdant Dread, I played a Weathered Runestone to counter it, but it inconsitently prevented the cards from being manifested. It seems that the game looks at the face-up cards to determine if it can be manifested instead of treating it as a creature card as manifested cards are.

    Context:

    On the battlefield: One Weathered Runestone, one Verdant Dread, no other nonland permanent

    Verdant Dread reads "Whenever Verdant Dread or another permanent you control named Verdant Dread enters, manifest dread. {3}{G}{G}: Conjure a card named Verdant Dread onto the battlefield. Activate only as a sorcery."

  5. Sparky counts for achievements and is counting towards MMR

  6. Discard spell targeted top of deck

    In the provided log, an opponent was able to use Cruelclaws Heist to discard a card from the top of my deck into exilel. I had used a map token to keep a creature on top of my deck, and heist made me discard it into exile.

    My game log is 14MB and I cannot attach it to this issue. I do have it for any support person who may look at this.

  7. Quickbeast Amulet on Trostani, Three Whispers vs Toski, Bearer of Secrets - Blocking incorrectly bug?

    Not sure exactly what's happening, but in the video attached, you can see that Toski simply deals 1 damage and ignores the rest of my blocking Trostani's toughness, proceeding to slam into face.

  9. Yargle Day Cascade Bug

    Played in the "Yargle Day in Space" event on Mac. When I cast a spell the cascade wouldn't work correctly. Sometimes it would stop on a card with the same or higher cmc than the spell I cast and ask if I wanted to cast it, with no option to actually do so. Pressing "resolve" would just send the card back to the deck. The way it should work is, "To cascade, reveal cards from the top of the library until you reveal a nonland card with a lower CMC. The cascading player may cast that nonland card without paying…

  10. Ajani, Caller of the Pride activating -8 with ~750 life

    I activated Ajani, Caller of the Pride -8 ability with ~750 life. I also had two dazzling angels and hinterland sanctifier that trigger gain 1 life when a creature you control enters. After activating the loyalty counters were removed and nothing happened. No cats were created and no life was gained.

  14. -1/-1 counters not doubling

    1. Be in a battle
    2. Cast [[Loading Zone]] or [[Doubling Season]]
    3. Summon [[Obelisk Spider]] or [[Skitheryx, the Blight Dragon]]
    4. Do combat damage to opponent’s creature.

    Alternate
    2. Summon [[Festering Mummy]]
    3. Defend against enemy attack & die
    4. Target enemy creature

    What happens: It only adds the regular number of -1/-1 counters.
    What I expect to happen: It should add twice that many -1/-1 counters.

    Same is true for [[Splendid Agony]] with a doubler in play.

    Platform: iOS

    No workaround I’ve found yet.

  15. Fountainport bug

    Mobile in standard event. Opponent able to use Fountainport to pay for its own ability. The screenshot doesn’t provide all the info a fish was made on turn three and a treasure on four each time having Fountainport pay for its own activation

  16. Crewing not being considered an activated ability

    I played a Skyseer's Chariot and named Broadcast Rambler which should make crewing cost 2 more to activate. However as seen in the screenshot I sent a creature with only one power was able to crew a vehicle that should have cost 3. This error occurred during a paid for event of quick draft. Regardless of whether I lost or not this, bug needs to be addressed and fixed. I would like a refund of my of my gems for the event please.

  17. Ban Omniscience in BO1

    Omniscience needs to be banned in all Best-of-1 formats. It completely warps the format and makes decks other than pure Aggro unplayable. Having it legal for 4+ more years will simply kill creative brewing, as the "best" combo will always involve Omniscience.

    While it may be possible to technically "interact" with Omniscience combos, their resiliency and redundancy means that interaction is fruitless. Players wind up lacking any real agency, forced to either resign, or sit for 10 minutes and wait to see if the Omniscience combo fizzles. Omniscience simply needs to be banned.

    Game 1: my oponent started roping me in every single step of my turns and his turns. He ran out of timeouts, but the game wouldn't force concede on his side. I waited like 30 seconds on EVERY single STEP of my turns and his turns, for 8/10 turns.
    Game 2: more of the same "gaming strategy/bug"
    Game 3: The game decided SOMEHOW that I had less time on the clock that my oponent. And I reached 0:00 and the game autoconceded.

    How is the time mechanic working?????

    This is yet another time I'm writing on this blog to report a problem with the shuffler, and I'm so tired of doing it that this time I'm writing in Italian because I no longer feel like translating it—no one reads it anyway. I've also pointed this out several times by opening tickets directly with Wizard, but no one seems to care, hiding behind canned email responses.
    I'm trying again, even though I no longer have any trust in either the company or the developers, who clearly show little interest in the user’s gameplay experience.

    Please explain how I consistently draw 12+ lands in the top 18 cards of my ******* DECK!!!

    FIX THE ******* SHUFFLER!!!! HOW MANY ******* TIMES DO WE HAVE TO TELL YOU TO FIX THE OBVIOUSLY BROKEN SHUFFLER?!?!?
