How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Store is broken

    Can't make purchases in store for cash, either logged on with Epic or with Steam, on Macbook Air 2025 running Tahoe 26.1. Logged on with Steam, click the price, just flicks back to the list of items. Logged on with Epic, sits and spins forever.

  3. Emporium Mastery reward card not received

    After spend the orb to buy Qoneus in the Mastery Emprium the card had not been add to my collection and i can’t use it.

  4. Payment Widget doesn't load

    When trying to purchase Gems via the Mac app, the app loads a spinner that says connecting to server. It never leaves the page and I need to exit.

  6. Unable to purchase anything with money

    Any time I try to buy anything that costs money (gems, wildcards, etc), clicking the price to purchase the item causes "Waiting for Server" to appear and it hangs like that and never times out or resolves. Ideally being able to purchase things would be nice, but at the very least, could you make it so the Waiting For Server message times out or has a cancel button or something?

  7. Store non-functional on Mac

    Quite a few people have posted about being unable to purchase anything in the store using actual money (as opposed to gems or gold). Still, nothing seems to be happenig on this front, and it's not even in the "Known Issues" list. Really, people, do you not want this program to be monetized at all?

    Since my purchase the items related to release of TLA, i have not been able to buy anything with cash. I was not able to purchase gems so I could play TLA sealed. I am on a Mac Book Air OS version Tahoe 26.1, the…

  8. プレオーダーを2回受け取ってしまいました

    プレオーダーの商品を2回受け取ってしまいました。

    本日日本時間の23時頃、MTGAを起動したところ、プレオーダーを受け取りました。領界路の彼方50パックとゴールデンパック5パックのセット、およびプレイインポイントやドラフト券等のセットになります。

    その後、届いていたメッセージを確認したところ、プレオーダーが受け取れていない旨のメールがありました。表示のバグかなにかで受け取れていなかったのだと思い、受け取ってパックを確認したところ、領界路の彼方103パックとゴールデンパック10パックを持っていることになっていました。103パックのうち3パックは全員に配られたものだとは思いますが…

    確認していませんが、おそらくプレイインポイント等も重複して受け取っている状態なのかと思います。すぐにアプリを閉じたため、開封等はしておりません。

    アカウント停止等のペナルティがあるのか、買った分は開けていいのか、回収を待ったほうがよいのか、判断がわなりません。対応していただきたいです。

  15. ATLA Cosmetics

    Ever since ATLA has released on MTG Arena, I've not been able to access the "Cosmetics" section of the store. Every time I open the app and go to the store tab and click "Cosmetics" and try to scroll to the right, my app starts clicking and kicks me out of the app entirely. Any and all information welcome regarding this topic.

  18. Did not receive 'Edge of Eternities Mastery (Orbs) rewards;' "Adagia, Windswept Bastion"

    Summary

    I reached level 5 of the 'Edge of Eternities Master' and received an Orb (see image - MasteryLevelOrbReceived). I purchased the Mythic Rare Land, 'Adagia, Windswept Bastion' (see image - MissingAdagiaWindsweptBastionMastery) and (see image - MissingAdagiaWindsweptBastion_Inventory).

    Repro Step
    1. Reach level 5 of the 'Edge of Eternities Master' and received an Orb.
    2. Access the 'Edge of Eternities Mastery' screen/"battle pass" and click 'Spend Orbs'
    3. Scroll to and purchase 'Adagia, Windswept Bastion'
    -> Notice it will disappear form the options on the 'Edge of Eternities Mastery Emporium'

    I have not been receiving any rares from the Foundations booster packs. Each time I open a pack I receive gems instead, even when I don't have all the rares of the set.

    1- Open a Foundations booster pack.
    2- Observe that the rares are replaced by gems even when rares are missing in the collection.

  20. Store Not Working On mac

    Title seems self explanatory.

    I play on a 2025 MacBook Air running Sequoia 15.6.1, it runs the game without issue and I've been able to use the Arena shop in the past. Wanted to pick up some wild cards to craft Badgermole Cub and hop on the mono-green bandwagon but attempting to use the shop just leads to a forever state of "Waiting for Server."

    I have restarted the game, launcher, computer, and uninstalled/reinstalled. I no longer have any interest in spending the money but the issue persists and was annoying to deal with.
