Just after opponent declared no blockers (would-be lethal attack), I sent a Lightning Strike at opponent and "Draw" flashed on the screen and I didn't get a win.

I've only played one round today, attacked plenty of times (won with Elves), and the daily quest of attacking with creatures is still at zero.

Same. I was progressing and suddenly no progress. Restarted client. Nothing seems to help.

Same. I declared blockers and it went straight to damage without any opportunity to use Skirk Prospector so that lifelink on opponent's creature wouldn't trigger. Instead, opponent gained 10 life... thanks Arena.

I clicked auto-pass and there weren't any game actions I could take, but it kept prompting to let things resolve. There was no way I could even respond to any opponent actions anyway (I had an eldrazi spawn trigger when my opponent started the loop, but I sacrificed it to try to stop the resolve prompts).
Meanwhile, a Pact of Negation trigger with available mana is deadly if you don't hold priority.
