How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Authentication failure: timeout for Arena on iOS
The Arena app for iOS keeps saying “unable to login” due to an authentication error, “Timeout” for my account. I was playing normally this morning when the app went dark after my match, and kept showing this error message. I reset, logged out and back in, and then later reinstalled the app, but the same error keeps happening. The app will appear as a black screen for a few seconds, then display the error message, and when trying to “reconnect” (the middle button on the display), the screen goes black and features three empty buttons. Unable to loggin
During the 3rd pack of the draft, the server crashed and wouldn't let me log back in, always showing a loading error message followed by a black screen.
I conclude that the draft has already finished and I haven't been able to pick a single card from pack 3, and I still can't log back in.It's worth noting that I have a stable internet connection with no signs of interruption, and other errors of this type have occurred throughout the week, affecting other drafts I did previously. Will there be any kind of compensation for this type of error?

Login Disabled Again
The authentication problem was once resolved, but now it’s back after a ranked match. I guess the main cause of the problem has not been resolved. I play on iOS. Done everything recommended on the trouble shooting page.

Importing Japanese deck lists may result in the registration of invalid OM1 (SPM) cards.
When importing a Japanese decklist into MTGA with a language setting other than Japanese, it appears that OM1 (SPM) cards do not import correctly.
At least, this issue does not occur when importing a Japanese decklist into MTGA with Japanese language settings, or when importing an English decklist into MTGA with Japanese language settings.
While not fully verified, for example, importing a Japanese decklist into an English-language MTGA registers “Superior Spider-Man (SPM) 155” as “Symbiote Spider-Man (SPM) 156”.
Additionally, “Symbiotic Spider-Man (SPM) 156” is registered as “Tearle, Entropic Hunger (SPM) 137”.I've posted a verification video on X. Since I…

Rewards missing
SInce today, ven if a play a lot of games, progression on missions, pass and daily victory is not working. I suspect the configuration assistance (don't know if this this the real translate in english) that happen when I launch the game. It wa the first time I saw it today. This bug happen on my PC. the game wont run on android it freezes and I get server error try again later but its running fine on pc this started happening with last update i couldn't report on phone because of freezing

Game crashes mid game
Mobile Android 2026.57.0.5694.1241037
Game appears to halt all user input mid game, causing major delays and game losses. Appears sparattic, but when it occurs, causes the game to become unplayable for the user. Multiple causes for thr crash include: opponent activating the ability of a map token, creatures dying as a state based action due to damage, resolving abilities of class enchantments, etc. When the bug gets triggeted, it ignores all user input and will not resolve the spell or ability on the stack, causing a "timeout" for the user.

Game freezes constantly on android now
Game freezes up seemingly for no reason constantly now despite me repairing game files twice. Here they are supposed to be resolving their own trigger, and i have no mana and no ability to interact but it states its waiting for me to do something even though i can do absolutely nothing and it then times me out for inactivity.

Games freeze after update 02/24/2026
Hello,
I am reporting a persistent game freeze (soft-lock) occurring on my Poco X6 5G (Android/HyperOS) since the latest update. The game completely freezes whenever I or my opponent activate an artifact or certain spells.
Although the screen freezes, the turn timer continues to run in the background, leading to unfair losses in both Ranked and Play queues. This makes the game unplayable on this device.
I have already attempted the following troubleshooting steps without success:
Performed a clean re-installation of the app.
Cleared the Android System WebView cache and updated it.

Since the most recent update, numerous bugs that completely halt game progression have been widely reported on social media (SNS) and the official bug reporting form. Specifically, the game crashes when trigger stacks resolve, or when tokens are sacrificed or die. Despite these extensive reports, we have received absolutely no response or acknowledgment from your team, leaving players frustrated and helpless.
At present, a wide variety of bugs have been submitted via the bug reporting form, but many of them—objectively speaking—have been left unresolved for years. This makes the bug reporting system appear largely ineffective.

Ever since the new update, I can't finish a match, it'll randomly freeze on my opps turn, then the timer will start for me, when time runs out, the screen is frozen. Plz help.

Avatar: TLA Sealed Event - Bug
It wont let me continue on to making my deck when trying to play in the sealed event. I signed up and paid the 2000 gems but now its stuck and theres no button to move fwd with an archetype.
The sealed event still does not work for me. Everything is up to date and it looks just like the photo i sent you. Is there anyway to resign me from sealed on your end to reset it?

Cannot go back in deck builder
In deck builder, when selecting the deck image which takes you to deck details, avatar and sleeve for the deck, you are unable to go back to the card editing, the back button is glitched and it will open the deck name instead
