How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Add option to turn off sound

    Please add a user option to turn off sound completely meaning do not interfere at all with Bluetooth on the device. I often want to play with no sound while listening to something else on Bluetooth. Even if I lower all of the sound options to zero, the game still interferes with Bluetooth.

  2. Add user option to show set name on cards instead of icon

    Please consider adding a user option to show set name on cards instead of icon. There are too many set icons for me to remember. It would be easier if I could read the set name on the card or at least the acronym for the set name.

  3. New set packs are still locked on the unlock date

    The Secrets of Strixhaven I received for pre-release participation say they are available on April 21st, 2026.
    It is currently 9:00PM on the 21st of April NZDT and they are still locked.

  5. Fizik, Etheriuim Mechanic does not get a chance to respond to Kilo, Apogee Mind proliferate trigger on attack

    unless you insert a manual stop after declare attackers, if you don't do this it will skip the opportunity even in full control

  17. Unable to login. Authentication failed: timeout

    I am unable to login to or access my mtg arena app.

    Unfortunately I have not had access to the app on my iPhone since more than a week now since the last update for strixhaven.

    I have tried to:

    reconnect directly on the app, login again, delete the apps cache, delete and re-download the app, login into the app on a different device, changing my account password (successfully).

    But so far none of the things I tried worked. Perhaps someone else has had the same issue?

  18. 双刃の聖騎士/Twinblade Paladin don't perform double attack

    In a game, Twinblade Paladin has met the conditions for a double attack. The Paladin icon gains a double attack, but does not perform a double attack when the attack resolves.

  19. "Declare Dominance" didn't work

    "Declare Dominance" didn't work. When I used the sorcery "Declare Dominance", whose description is "Target creature gets +3/+3 until end of turn. All creatures able to block it this turn do so," not all creatures that were able to block did so. My opponent was able to block it with just one creature instead of all three.
