How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Surge of Protection/Enigma Drake Bug

    Surge of protection did not stop enigma drake (red/blue card) from dealing damage.

    opponent attack with enigma drake, cast Surge of Salvation in response. Enigma drake still dealt damage

  2. Trigger Combo Time-Out

    I had 200+ triggered by 6 creatures which forced me to lose do to timing out waiting for it to cycle through. Please fix this! I would have won 256 to 15 but it timed waiting for it to cycle through.

  3. Jetmir's Garden ETB animation does not play

    All of the rare cycling three-color lands from Streets of New Capenna (Jetmir's Garden, Raffine's Tower, Ziatora's Proving Ground, Xander's Lounge, and Spara's Headquarters) have a fancy animation that is supposed to play when they enter the battlefield.

    This works correctly for all of them except for one - Jetmir's Garden - which I'm fairly sure did at once point correctly play it's animation, but stopped playing it several updates ago, even though all the other members of the cycle still do so correctly.

  4. Broken cards in commander/brawl in Arena

    How of all the things permitted and not permitted in a commander/brawl game, is a card that allows up to 9 copies of it in the deck allowed? How does that at all make it competitive? It would be one thing if it generates tokens or drafts cards but nope, it’s 9 cards that count towards your deck. Then why even put a limit on the cards? Why not allow multiples of others? Don’t get me wrong I am very aware that I am coming across as salty as can be, this is just another mechanic of the game that…

  6. Urabrask, Heretic Praetor opponent effect does not trigger

    Urabrask, Heretic Praetor has three clauses. The first: haste. The second, "draw" and extra card into your exile on your turn.

    The third: your opponent always "draws" into exile for use till end of turn (on their turn). This third effect does not trigger in the arena client, at least in the format I was playing. I do not know how it would be format-limited, but maybe it is.

  7. Life gain on end step trigger fails with life loss

    Book of Exalted Deeds trigger (gained at least 3 life) didn't trigger on a turn where 4 life was gained and two life was lost. It appears to only check overall life gain, which is not how the rule applies

  8. Timeout length should be based on turns

    The number of turns in the game should affect how long before the timer countdown starts for your turn. For example: it shouldn't take half a minute to decide you first turn, and waiting that long before the timer starts to tick down is really annoying when the player is obviously afk. However, much later in the game, in extremely complicated board states, having that timer pop up after 30 seconds it's extremely annoying when you're still trying to figure out the correct play in a complicated board state.   11. Kozilek The Great Distortion Ability Not Triggering

    After an opponent casts a spell, Kozilek’s ability to counter a spell is not prompted, no option to counter any spell is presented. This ability was never triggered in multiple games.

  13. Roiling Vortex does not follow the stack order

    Context:
    I had the one ring and Sheoldred on the battlefield. My opponent played Roiling Vortex, I managed to force them to tap all their lands except the one, They tried to stop me from gaining life when drawing my first card by activating Roiling Vortex, With its ability on the stack, I activated the one ring to draw 4 cards, triggering Sheoldred ability 4 times. I could clearly see the Vortex's ability on the stack, so it hadn't resolved while my triggers from Sheoldred were resolving, but I didn't gain any life.

  14. game freeze

    not happy! Played a great game against a strong opponent. FINALLY got to a point where he admitted defeat, congratulated me for the win and conceded. Concession should have been a win but no, game froze immediately after, still on battle screen. I missed a win.
    hard enough to get high rank with the shuffler and match maker shenanigans as is. STEALING a win because mobile version not up to par just sucks.

  15. bug

    Buying packs is now only addin gems, where there are still rare cards to get form MOM, I'm wasting money and gold planing how many booster pack should I bought to complete the colection. There are still few packs to get from the mastery pass and they will all get me gems? This is bs!

  16. Capricious Hellraiser

    Capricious Hellraiser was able to be cast at reduced cost without the necessary cards in graverad. Cheating plagers are taking advantage of this.

  17. Read Ahead Bug -- The Modern Age

    When my opponent selected Read Ahead (2) after playing The Modern Age, the first step of the saga triggered when it should have been skipped and then my opponent also got the second effect in the same turn.

  18. The Stone Brain Doesn't Work in Most Cases

    While the bug has been reported and experienced quite a few times before, it's been a while and I wanted to submit my own account with a log and screenshot. Long story short, I really, really want to Stone-Brain-Drain my opponents in Standard by duplicating TSB each upkeep with Mirrorhall Mimic (and Mirror Box). It would bring me such joy, but alas.

    An example of The Stone Brain working properly:
    1: Start match with Sparky
    2: Cast The Stone Brain to the battlefield as soon as you have two untapped lands
    3: Next turn after upkeep, activate The Stone Brain.…

  19. Fix your matchmaking for Standard Brawl - Atraxa

    I think you need to start putting certain commanders in their own queue for Standard Brawl matchmaking. Any commander with access to white cards has so many efficient board wipes and single card removal. Just let all the white commanders go against each other in their own queue. Atraxa decks are especially annoying when it comes to board wipes.

    Also, did you rig it so that Atraxa decks get to go first all the time? Please stop doing that. This may be confirmation bias on my part but it's so stupid how often I get queued up against Atraxa decks…

  20. Urabrask's Forge SKIPS past combat phase

    Urabrasks's Forge causes the combat phase to skip sometimes when there are no creatures able to attack. It skips the combat phase, THEN creates the tokens and takes you to your end step forcing you to sacrifice the tokens without attacking. It's random and doesn't always happen, but often enough.
